Booked two mani/pedi appointments and confirmed them multiple times through their automated text system, only to arrive on time and still wait 10 minutes before being seated. Once we finally got to our pedicure chairs, it became obvious they had completely forgotten that we had also booked manicures. Everyone around us was getting both services at the same time while no one even acknowledged our hands. After I finally tracked down the manager, instead of simply admitting they had forgotten, she gave me some excuse about how "some clients prefer to do services separately." No one asked us that when we booked and there was nowhere to indicate a preference. What should have been a relaxing spa afternoon turned into a three hour ordeal that wasted half our day. They try to create a spa atmosphere with cookies and water, but the reality is cattle service, and mediocre cattle service at that. Definitely not the relaxing experience they market themselves as. Definitely will not be returning! read more

I have been to plenty of nail shops in my lifetime however Must Have Nails is my new fav salon. Everyone is so kind and sweet. You check in with their iPad & payment is thru Venmo or Zelle. They're detailed with their work and I love how they explain the breakdown of services and pricing with you. They also have someone checking in on you to see how you are doing or if there are any concerns. Today, Henry took care of my nails and Kim took care of my pedi. OMG HENRY brought the shaping of my nails back to life. I'm so in love with the color and shape. I typically do builder gel because as someone who has had weak brittle nails in the past, builder gel has been a life saver. Kim is very sweet as well. My toes are so cute because of her. Came here to do a Hard Gel Removal that I had done in taiwan. The service is amazing, they take care of the client very well. Very professional, clean, peaceful music. The environment is super organized and they have a very good balance of staffing that explains what they do while the nail tech does your nails at the same time. I found this gem nail salon while looking for a last-minute Sunday pedicure and was thrilled to see that they open at 9:00am (earlier than other nail shops)! I made reservation online just 30 minutes before they opened without a problem. The location is very convenient with plenty of parking and a Starbucks right next door. I was greeted warmly by Chloe and paired with Philip for my pedicure. He was wonderful, sweet, gentle, and very detail-oriented. I'm so glad I discovered this spot. She is incredibly skilled at shaping nails and removed my Gel-X set super quickly while being gentle and efficient. You can tell she really knows what she's doing. Such an incredible experience! My friend and I made an appointment for new year for builder gel and it was so amazing! I went in with an inspo nail in mind but was really picky about the color. My nail tech Kim was so wonderful and patient and she let me try on multiple different greens and suggested creative design alternatives. She was so thorough and detailed and intentional throughout the entire process and took her time with the details. I felt soooo well taken care of. We ended up doing a mix of 2 different greens and a white for a jade marble design with Cat eye and also gold accent nails. Loved it so much. I'm visiting from SoCal and my sister wanted to try a new nail salon so we stopped by on 12/29/25. She called to make an appointment for her and my mom, but when we arrived, I decided to join in, so three of us ended up requesting to get services done. The owner was nice enough to accommodate with no issues. When we walked in the vibe was definitely relaxing and had a clean aesthetic. It was minimally, but spot on decorated for the holidays with burgundy velvet ribbons throughout the salon. As soon as our services were decided we were then offered drinks and received small waters and traditional madeleines. Nice touch! My sister and I were taken to the spa pedicure chairs where the water was already filling up. The spa chairs were very comfortable and had various back massage options. The salon opened approximately 3-4 months ago so everything was still in pristine condition. Amy started on my gel manicure and then she was switched to complete my gel pedicure and Kim came to finish my gel manicure. The owner was very apologetic about having to make the nail tech switch after my services had already started, but I was totally okay with it since I was a last minute addition. My mom received a gel manicure and she said her nail tech was very gentle, so she loved it. My sister and I both requested a gel pedicure and gel manicure and our nail techs were awesome! Mia and Sandy worked on my sister, while Amy and Kim helped me. They listened to what we wanted and rendered their services professionally. Everything the nail techs did was done in a pleasant manner; they were delicate while being detailed and moved with the right amount of pressure during the leg and arm massages. Our techs made sure we were comfortable every step of the way throughout our visit. My total was $140 for the Touch of Calm Retreat pedicure and the Harmony Glow Retreat manicure, both with gel fees. Including the tip, I paid $175. Overall, this salon provides calm spa feels, played subtle jazzy holiday music in the background and treated patrons with VIP level service for all. Next time I'm in northern Cali visiting family, I'd return. Since it was our first time there, we each received a small gift (hydrating body lotion and CBD massage body oil), which was an unexpected thoughtful surprise. Salon is def on the pricier side - my gel mani was $80 but you pay a premium for the luxe amenities - super aesthetic studio, high quality materials and seats, + 5 star treatment. The quality of the gel mani I will say is excellent - looks perfect with no signs of chipping after a week. The studio itself is one of the prettiest nail salons i've ever seen and the workers there are super sweet and greet you with a little snack and water! I came in one morning for a mani appointment and I was the only one there so I ended up deciding to get a pedi too. It was so relaxing! Nancy gave me my gel pedicure and she gave the most amazing leg and foot massage. My muscles and feet were so fatigued from exercise, and Nancy gave me a real massage with excellent technique. Some nail techs just rub the lotion in but Nancy's massage was SO GOOD! Natalie did my mani nails and she is so skilled. She always gives me the perfect shape, length, and design I ask for. I really liked this salon the first time I came, they did such a cute polka dot French tip design for me! This time I came in for a fill and chose a simple ombré design. I thought it would be quick and easy, but it ended up taking about two hours. Since the ombré wasn't coming out quite right, I switched to a pink cat-eye design instead. I'm happy with how my nails turned out! the color is super pretty, and the customer service was great. They even served me Nespresso coffee and cookies, which was such a nice touch. I just wish they could do ombré designs more smoothly and be a little quicker with the process overall. read more

I got both a gel x mani and a gel pedicure. Natalie did my nails and Hana did my toes. The nails turned out so cute. Natalie was very accommodating with my nail design requests. I wanted to update my review. I made an appointment to get gel x for my second visit here. I booked online with Natalie. When I arrived at my appointment time, I checked in, gave them my name and the worker told me a few minutes wait. For a Friday, they were busier and much busier than the Friday I was there the first time. I waited for about 15 minutes and another worker, I believe may have been the owner, asked me for my name and asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment at 5pm and I assume they are running behind. I finally got seated and I showed the technician my photo and what I wanted. I had another meeting after and didn't want to be late, since online the appt time scheduling said it was an hour 15 min for gel x. But she did get it done with an hour, however I felt like there were things that were not done during my service. She didn't wipe the nail dust under my nails and I have a build up which made my nails look "dirty". I tried to wash off but it stuck and I'll have to wait till next time to get it removed. Overall, the nails from the top look great, but I was annoyed that I had to wait for 15 minutes and gave my name twice which I felt like they didn't check in on me. read more
