She was friendly and courteous and grateful that I'm a returning customer. I felt that compared to last time, they are even neater and cleaner. So a consistent rating. Today I got a pedicure, and my technician didn't even bother clipping or shaping my nails to an even length. I was not happy with this nail place at all. Their pedicure was subpar. They took me 45 minutes late. I have rheumatoid arthritis and because I was taken 45 minutes late I could not sit through the entire pedicure due to pain. She made me pay for everything upfront and I would come back and get my nails painted another time. After I left the salon I felt bullied. The owner I believe bullied me into getting gel and then bullied me to pre paying for a service I wasn't receiving because I had to leave because they took me late. It's frustrating. I'm not gonna go back and have them paint my nails even though I pre-paid for it because this is not the type of establishment I want to step foot in. I will check another nail salon. read more

I've been seeing Rose for over 2 years now, and I'm still a huge fan! All of the girls are so friendly here. Of course, I have my favorites, everyone there can make me smile in a second. Also, Rose is the person you come if you want a real technician who can help you with your nails. Rose has done fiberglass, gel/shellac, silk wraps, extra shellac...I mean, every possible combination to help me grow out my nails. And I work with my hands, so any manicure that lasts longer than 3 weeks is AUH-Mazing. And for my birthday, my boyfriend was so sweet and set up cheese and wine for me, and had paid for me to get the full treatment (something I'd never do). I ended up getting stuck working late, then my key fob died on me, and I was stranded without a phone. I had 30 minutes until the store closed...the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. When I finally got in my car and called Rose, she INSISTED I come in. Her staff and her made me feel like a queen and didn't rush me out of the shop...even though they were definitely CLOSED. This place has good options of colors and latest dipping colors etc. But lady who did my nails skipped basic step of cleaning cuticles, removing dead skin, shaping and cutting nails etc. I waited to see when she does it but had to tell her and she pretended oh you want that and did at the end. Tiffany the owner is very sweet and passionate about her job. I've been here a few times and love how clean everything is. They don't reuse their tools which is a must for me! Never ever. I have been going here for 4 months and their service is going from bad to worse. I did my nails yesterday and this lady even before she completed my nails rushed to serve other clients. As a result my $60 nail paint is starting to come off. Mind you, I have not done any household work since morning. This place used to be an amazing place. I've been coming here for 5 years! Owner's changed and this place turned into a horrific experience for customers. During my last visit I asked for mani-pedi gel service. 1. First, the lady always on the phone and doing my nails at the same time. From that you can tell she's not going to do a good job. 2. The lamp for drying gel is so hot inside. She pulled my hand forward, I almost screamed that it's HOT!!!!! It is really dangerous, I hope this thing does not explode. 3. She put a thick 3 layer + 2 coat layers and my nails looked so ugly. I told her that this is not appropriate, that gel did not spread evenly and has this massive drops of gel on some nails. 4. She started YELLING at me that I chose a wrong gel that needs to be put with 3 layers because it's thin when you spread it. I TOLD HER WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME?????? The other lady who did my pedi said it's the way her voice is. I mean, I can tell when a person talks or yells! WHAT DA FUCK??? 5. She started to redo the nails and use this machine to peel off the gel along with my nails. This is the second time. You know when they scrab off the whole nail surface, instead of using the gel nail removal liquid. After that your own nail becomes thin. 6. She was mad, furious screaming and aggressive. I thought she will tear off my fingers. 7. When I finally chose the RIGHT gel color, with her advice, so that it's not 3 layers. She also told me that my nails are weird because it is curved!!!! I HAVE A WRONG CURVED NAIL STRUCTURE- she told me!!!!! 8. When this nightmare was over. She charged me $90! And asked if I wanted to leave tips. $90!!!!!!!! It always was around $60 for combo mani-pedi. I asked her to show me the price list - obviously they updated their pricing. She charges $5 for gel removal with that nail drilling machine that damaged my nail and made it so thin. I told her that this was the worst experience ever and will never come back! No tips for your beyond bad attitude. I hope new owners will read this review and make adjustments to their staff. So sad to see the local business that I supported for 5 years to not deliver what they supposed to and rip people off with expensive price list. read more

Really unprofessional new owners. I was a regular customer at this salon for the past 5-6 years while Rose owned it. This place is a couple mins drive from my house, It was my go to place to relax feel pampered. The new management is extremely unprofessional. It's happened twice with me that I set up an appointment and have had to wait for over 45 mins just because Tiffany took someone who just walked in before me. After every 10 mins I was told to wait for just 5 more mins and as soon as another nail artist became free her daughter tells me she will attend to me. Reallyyyy ? after waiting for 45 mins and having an appointment. It was 92F outside and they don't keep the air conditioning on to make their customers comfortable. When I request them to they ask me to wait. Their charges have gone up but the services have gone down completely. It's disappointing to see a good nail service salon give bad treatment to their customers. I really wish the old management with Rose was still in place. I love coming to passion nails! I have so many salons closer to my apartment, but I keep coming here because they do the best job. I even got my nails done here for my wedding and I got so many compliments on them -- and they looked perfect all the way through my two-week honeymoon! Guy who worked there told me they are short of the stuff and he tried to finish his job as soon as possible. And I was so mad how he did his job. It was terrible. On my heels all lines stayed and it was not soft at all. And on the rest of feet it was obviously that I try to do pedicure. I needed to fix at home at the end. I'm surprised I'm one of the few so far who are not completely satisfied with the outcome. I went in for a regular manicure. One of my nails chipped the next day (I was not doing anything special, and just noticed at night that a part had flaked off). Some of the edges on my other nails were not smooth even when I left the nail salon. The worst part was when I had my shellac removed, a part of it was still on my pinky nail and my manicurist had already started putting lotion to massage my hand/arms. How could she not notice that part of the shellac was still on my nail???! So then I told her, then she had to file/scrape the shellac off, while most of her hands were already lotioned up. A little sloppy, in general. Day 4 of my manicure and all but 2 of my nails have already chipped. Two stars, because the price is indeed cheap, $10 for a manicure. First time trying this place and I'm so glad I did because, hands down, this is the coolest manicure I've ever gotten in my life. I asked for a sparkly-red color shellac manicure in time for the holidays, and my manicurist recommended a dark-purple sparkly one. She took the fake nail and dipped it in hot water (at first I wasn't sure what she was trying to show me) but then the nail changed color from dark (almost black) purple to the perfect bright red I wanted. Yes, ladies, a gel polish that CHANGES COLOR WITH TEMPERATURE. My manicurist had on herself a very trendy solid lavender color that changed to (also very trendy) mint. Super cute. I had to get it. And now, even as I hold a warm drink in my hand or walk from indoors to outdoors into the cold, my nails gradually ombre from the tips down to the bottom of my nail bed. An amazing effect that's fun to watch and show off to your friends. On top of this, my manicure was very well done. The ladies here are very thorough and pay attention to what you want. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because place is definitely pricier than others (pedicures START at $35) but the thing is, you will experience the difference. Don't expect your typical $12-$15 job where your nails are just trimmed and painted. Expect salt scrubs, hot stone massages, warm towels, a paint brush dipped in polish remover to fix tiny mistakes, shea butter... the works. I totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a full manicure/pedicure experience that also looks flawless. read more

My first time here and this place is amazing!!! They have only been here for two years, but amazingly solid service. I'm a dancer and have dancer feet issues. I came in today with my pinky toe nail was almost falling off and I also had ingrown toe nail. Le glued my pinky nails and treated my ingrown toe nail with absolute no pain. Kim is also good for manicure, and she pays so much attention to details. One other thing is that they give you little snack and beverage for free. I asked for water; they even gave a little extra personal touch and added in a piece of orange. The cream, hot stone, salt they use is really nice too. Nothing to complain about this place at all.
