Today I got a pedicure, and my technician didn't even bother clipping or shaping my nails to an even length. She also didn't offer toe spacers, which even the most economical place will make out of paper towels. I was not happy with this nail place at all. Their pedicure was subpar. They took me 45 minutes late. I have rheumatoid arthritis and because I was taken 45 minutes late I could not sit through the entire pedicure due to pain. She made me pay for everything upfront and I would come back and get my nails painted another time. After I left the salon I felt bullied. The owner I believe bullied me into getting gel and then bullied me to pre paying for a service I wasn't receiving because I had to leave because they took me late. It's frustrating. I'm not gonna go back and have them paint my nails even though I pre-paid for it because this is not the type of establishment I want to step foot in. I will check another nail salon. read more

I've been seeing Rose for over 2 years now, and I'm still a huge fan! All of the girls are so friendly here. Of course, I have my favorites, everyone there can make me smile in a second. Also, Rose is the person you come if you want a real technician who can help you with your nails. Rose has done fiberglass, gel/shellac, silk wraps, extra shellac...I mean, every possible combination to help me grow out my nails. And I work with my hands, so any manicure that lasts longer than 3 weeks is AUH-Mazing. And for my birthday, my boyfriend was so sweet and set up cheese and wine for me, and had paid for me to get the full treatment (something I'd never do). I ended up getting stuck working late, then my key fob died on me, and I was stranded without a phone. I had 30 minutes until the store closed...the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. When I finally got in my car and called Rose, she INSISTED I come in. Her staff and her made me feel like a queen and didn't rush me out of the shop...even though they were definitely CLOSED. So, if you want great color selections, organic nail polish, and great customer service...this is the only place you should go to in Cupertino. read more

This place has good options of colors and latest dipping colors etc. But lady who did my nails skipped basic step of cleaning cuticles, removing dead skin, shaping and cutting nails etc. I waited to see when she does it but had to tell her and she pretended oh you want that and did at the end. This place used to be an amazing place. I've been coming here for 5 years! Owner's changed and this place turned into a horrific experience for customers. During my last visit I asked for mani-pedi gel service. 1. First, the lady always on the phone and doing my nails at the same time. From that you can tell she's not going to do a good job. 2. The lamp for drying gel is so hot inside. She pulled my hand forward, I almost screamed that it's HOT!!!!! It is really dangerous, I hope this thing does not explode. 3. She put a thick 3 layer + 2 coat layers and my nails looked so ugly. I told her that this is not appropriate, that gel did not spread evenly and has this massive drops of gel on some nails. 4. She started YELLING at me that I chose a wrong gel that needs to be put with 3 layers because it's thin when you spread it. I TOLD HER WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME?????? The other lady who did my pedi said it's the way her voice is. I mean, I can tell when a person talks or yells! WHAT DA FUCK??? 5. She started to redo the nails and use this machine to peel off the gel along with my nails. This is the second time. You know when they scrab off the whole nail surface, instead of using the gel nail removal liquid. After that your own nail becomes thin. 6. She was mad, furious screaming and aggressive. I thought she will tear off my fingers. 7. When I finally chose the RIGHT gel color, with her advice, so that it's not 3 layers. She also told me that my nails are weird because it is curved!!!! I HAVE A WRONG CURVED NAIL STRUCTURE- she told me!!!!! 8. When this nightmare was over. She charged me $90! And asked if I wanted to leave tips. $90!!!!!!!! It always was around $60 for combo mani-pedi. I asked her to show me the price list - obviously they updated their pricing. She charges $5 for gel removal with that nail drilling machine that damaged my nail and made it so thin. I told her that this was the worst experience ever and will never come back! No tips for your beyond bad attitude. I hope new owners will read this review and make adjustments to their staff. So sad to see the local business that I supported for 5 years to not deliver what they supposed to and rip people off with expensive price list. read more

Really unprofessional new owners. I was a regular customer at this salon for the past 5-6 years while Rose owned it. This place is a couple mins drive from my house, It was my go to place to relax feel pampered. The new management is extremely unprofessional. It's happened twice with me that I set up an appointment and have had to wait for over 45 mins just because Tiffany took someone who just walked in before me. After every 10 mins I was told to wait for just 5 more mins and as soon as another nail artist became free her daughter tells me she will attend to me. Reallyyyy ? after waiting for 45 mins and having an appointment. It was 92F outside and they don't keep the air conditioning on to make their customers comfortable. When I request them to they ask me to wait. Their charges have gone up but the services have gone down completely. It's disappointing to see a good nail service salon give bad treatment to their customers. I really wish the old management with Rose was still in place. Guy who worked there told me they are short of the stuff and he tried to finish his job as soon as possible. And I was so mad how he did his job. It was terrible. On my heels all lines stayed and it was not soft at all. And on the rest of feet it was obviously that I try to do pedicure. I needed to fix at home at the end. This is currently my go-to spot for gel manicures ($30). I generally just walk in early-afternoons, and as long as I go shortly after lunch even on the weekends I haven't had to wait; but they do get busier by mid-afternoon, so call ahead. I've had gel manis done by different girls, and they're all super careful and meticulous. I like how they use the LED light machine instead of the UV one. My gel manis usually last me almost 3 weeks until the nail grows out. Haven't had any problems with early chipping. Once I had a couple shorter, broken nails, and they were able to use plastic nail extenders. I was happy I didn't have to get acrylic like my friends had suggested. The extenders came out very even and natural looking. They do have a mani-pedi deal for $35 that I haven't tried. You can't combine it with a gel mani though. When I asked for a pedi with my gel manicure, they handed me a brochure of deluxe pedis starting at $35. So generally I go elsewhere for cheaper pedis. They have a punch card for $10 off after 9 visits of $25. read more
