The store is clean and easy to shop, smaller than some of the other stores, and they sometimes are out of itemsI want, but pickup at the counter is very easy. His customer service was exceptional. Instead of just pointing me in a direction, he walked with me and checked aisle 13 as well while I explained what I was looking for. As we talked it through, it suddenly clicked for him and he realized it would actually be back in aisle 10 in a different section. He walked me right to it and made sure I found exactly what I needed. At two in the morning when you are dealing with a crying baby, that kind of help means everything. Because of Vincent's patience, quick thinking, and willingness to go the extra step, I was able to get the gripe water and get my daughter settled so she could finally sleep. Truly top-notch customer service and very much appreciated.

Never have any medication in stock, they never utilize the automated alert system if your script is ready, you have to call and wait on hold for an hour until someone picks up and confirms. You also have to repeat yourself and why you're calling at least 3 times, and sometimes you get disconnected and then have to call back and reexplain everything. I used to love this pharmacy but it has gone extremely down hill and the personnel working at the pharmacy are also extremely rude with absolutely zero customer service. They will promise you a script will be ready, and then when you call back a few hours later, they will say they don't have the medication and it won't be ready for another few days. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business soon.

With that being said I have always had pleasant visits in the store and with the pharmacy. The staff here are great, I have never run into issues, they are very helpful and provide prompt service. Being a Walgreens member has its perks, it's free to sign up, the points add up and sometimes your purchase is only a few dollars. The coupons are great too! Tonight Blanca helped me at the pharmacy with my prescription and I purchased a few other items at the same register, she was very kind and attentive. After a long day at work it was nice to have a kind interaction. Coming to work with a good attitude is a choice, you never know who needs your kindness regardless of what you're going through. For some reason they decided to charge my medication through the insurance instead of using the manufacturers coupon. I home and saw a charge on my Amex for 1400.00. I had to go back and ask them to go through the manufacturers coupon and not the insurance, they kept arguing that my insurance covers it and I had to explain multiple times that I paid for the 1400 out of pocket. Eventually they agreed on a refund and then go through the manufacturer without the insurance getting involved.

Turns out my refill prescription (which I had gotten at CVS in December 2025) was sent to the mail order company I had previously used. No explanation from my doctor's office regarding why this happened. Vina calmly explained this glitch to me. She then contacted my doctor and the pharmacist at the mail order pharmacy and had my script transferred. Problem solved. But things couldn't have been resolved this quickly without Vina's help. I'm most grateful for her assistance.

The service I received was extremely poor, and some staff members behaved in an unprofessional manner I spoke with an employee named Imelda regarding my medication, but she walked away without explanation while I was in the middle of speaking to her. I was left waiting without any update, and she never followed up or checked on my prescription. I then asked for assistance from the manager, Jessie, but she did not take the time to properly review my situation. Even though I explained that my doctor had already sent the fax, she told me I could not receive my medication. Her tone felt impatient, and she raised her voice, which made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. Because of this, I had to contact my doctor again while waiting at the store. After they resent the information, the medication was eventually found in the system--but no one had taken the time to check thoroughly before. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes unnecessarily. I used to visit this CVS location often, and the staff was always helpful and professional. It was one of my favorite stores. However, after this experience, I feel nervous and uncomfortable returning, which is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, especially since this is a 24-hour location that many patients rely on.
