The young man placed me on hold to see if they were in stock, he came back and said they are in stock and he has them at the register. I gave the young man my husband's name. My husband arrived home with the ultra bag with the two items I needed. I asked my husband did you go to the register ? NO you made it so easy for me to get what you needed by the pictures. I purchased the items before you called them. I called Ultra to let them know they can put the two items back for someone else. Jasmine answered the phone in the sweetest voice. I said hi, and I explained that my husband picked up a lip liner pencil in "cork"and a silky matte creamy lipstick in " Twig Twist #690 " and that I have the two exact products on hold at the register and I gave her my husbands name. Jasmine said " Oh Thank You for calling and letting us know." " We truly appreciate you letting us know." I said no " Thank you!" This is WHY I love Ultra and the employees here are all amazing.!!! It's always a kind gesture. I was unsure about certain procedures(like PFP for my eyebags) and had questions; they were friendly enough to answer them and tell me their personal experiences and even shoes me before and after pics to ease any doubts I had (mostly about bruising). Dr. Wang was very helpful and gave me hope about finally getting my scars fixed. He comes off very professional and experienced. The scar revision procedure was super fast and I didn't feel a thing. He prescribed me a pain med just in case I needed it but ultimately there was no pain and no downtime. In fact, I was able to go to a surprise dodger game that same day without any discomfort! Dr. Wang had a gentle touch and he also seems like a pretty chill guy in general. The nurse practitioner, Natalie, is also super friendly and down to earth. She went through my treatment plan and price quotes. She eased any tension I had and gave me tips on how to help the incisions heal more quickly. All in all, pretty good experience at this office! I definitely recommend them and will be returning as needed!
