Called at 6:21pm to get a prescription transferred from the Raleys pharmacy because they didn't have what I was prescribed(special cough syrup I guess). They confirmed that they had the right product and told me they would fill it right away. 7:56 I show up after being asleep because I have a sinus infection and a ton of pressure in my face, I was trying to avoid the wait. I'm greeted by a girl stuffing her face with candy and as she calls me up she then proceeds to finish chewing right in front of me before asking my name. A good 20 seconds, chewy candy chew, disgusting. I tell her my info and it seems she can't find anything, I told her I called over an hour ago to get it filled and pleaded with her that I really didn't want to wait. To be fair I was a little irritated with how I said it, but to be honest she's dealing with sick people who need medicine. Her ego shouldn't trump her job. She then looks at me confused and says are you a doctor?? My reply is of course no, then she proceeds to say, "oh well unless your a doctor you can't call in prescriptions," I then re explain to her the situation and she goes over to the pharmacist I assume and come backs with ," so we have it but it's going to be 30 minutes longer." Totally disorganized for a professional medical setting. No standards of care being met by the staff and quite honestly very disappointing to be a student in the medical field and to see people being treated like this. Will absolutely avoid this place at all costs ALSO, I go to grab a ginger ale while I wait and EVERY SINGLE "refrigerated" drink was completely room temperature. Stay away from this place read more

Even after taking the same medications for years, they still seem to have problems filling them on time. I've even been told they can't fill it because they are out of the medication. What happened to this pharmacy? The staff is rude, and dismissive of THEIR stupidity and mistakes. My infant had a awful accident and needed his medication to prevent infection. We dropped off the script and come back wait in their long ass line..... again, only to find out the way the doctor wrote the script didn't fit their measurements. Basically they didn't want to sell a smaller amount of the liquid so we then had to come back . But apparently that day they were short staffed so they closed at 4pm on Friday , leaving us with no medication. ok so we go back AGAIN only to find out ITS STILL NOT EFFING READY..... THE NEXT DAY . We go back again .... sorry I don't see your script, Show him the text... YOUR SCRIPT IS NOW READY Sorry this is going to take 15min!!!! By this point we are livid! Finally it's ready.... ITS THE WRONG MEDICATION WTF WTf WTF IS WRONG WITH These PEOPLE! They had some old script for our older son ready and NOT the one we were waiting for. Then he says.... can you wait 5more minutes ? In the end we finally got our script that we dropped off on Friday .... and Sunday was the day it was FINALLY READY! The pharmacy runs at a snails pace and also we have a NO CO PAY... for our meds! Every time I come to this Pharmacy there is a problem I get my asthma medication here I got a call saying my prescription was ready yesterday I come in today they tell me they're out of stock I've been having asthma attacks all day and then they tell me I need to call another Walgreens to find one but there's no other Walgreens around cuz the one in Rohnert Park went out of business I am done with Walgreens I've been going to walgreens for 20 years and I am done with them I'm going to CVS. read more

Hands down the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They're ALWAYS under staffed so you get to stand in a line for 20-30 minutes even if you've Express paid via their app. I get that things happen, but when things happen on a daily basis you need to reevaluate how these "things" are dealt with. This constantly being under staffed also means your scripts are never ready when they're supposed to be and I've had to go back several times because they filled a script incorrectly. read more

This place is awful. I don't know what the problem is here, but I have not interacted with any nice staff here. The pharmacy is slow - there always seems to be 4 people back there but only 1 unpleasant, slow person giving the prescriptions out to people in the store and in the drive through. Every time I went, I waited about 15 minutes... even if I was only the second person in line when I got there. Get your act together, Walgreens. But it's too late for me - I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere. So not worth the hassle, the wait, and having to interact with your unhappy staffers. read more

This Walgreens screwed me out of $120 because their employees lack basic training. Bought a giftcard and I thought it was strange I wasn't charged the $6 activation fee. There was a language barrier so she had no idea what I was trying to tell her. Well, I was right because when I tried paying my bills it was declined. I called costumer service and they told me I had to email them my info to start an investigation and I wouldn't be getting any money back until they figured it out. This is a pretty good Walgreens. They have parking lot chickens and that's a big bonus in my book. These are no ordinary parking lot chickens. They're big, glossy-feathered guys. The roosters are beautiful. I've seen the employees at that little nearby eatery feeding them. But, back to the Walgreens... it's tiny, so there's not a lot of selection. The cashiers are really nice. The pharmacy folks are knowledgeable and have been really helpful, working out problems with my prescription. They work like crazy, but you still have to wait for everything. Wait to drop off. Wait to pick up. I've tried the drive-through, but just given up, after... you guessed it, waiting. My visit to your store was great. Called re my prescription to get a price which the pharmacist gave me plus price on the generic. I also needed other items from the store which they had for me at the drive thru. (I'm 80 yrs and don't go in stores) so I was happy that they helped me. read more

I haven't had a problem with my prescriptions here. They're always correct and on time, and the pharmacists were generally nice. However, the lines are usually +3 people long. This wouldn't be a problem, but it takes a really long time. The chickens in the parking lot are cool though. read more

Have you ever heard of a pharmacy sending you a message that the medicine you refill monthly is OUT! Five days later, they claim they are still waiting for a shipment! The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The medication I need for my dog is difficult to find so I'm at their mercy. First time was so bad I had to drive all the way back to veterinarian in Petaluma because he didn't check off a "1" in how many rx's he wrote. This time I gave the rx to them and was told to come back in a few hours. I did and then was told they couldn't start to fill it because they needed the owner's info. They have it in their computer from the previous time and nobody asked for it when I gave the rx to them. Told it would now take more time to fill. When I finally got home and opened the stapled package, they had given me 22 out of the requested 45 pills but of course charged for the full amount. Now I have to go back to the vet for a new rx and get to do this horrific scenario again. If you have a choice, NEVER go to this pharmacy. They don't just NOT care about you, I think they enjoy aggravating people because they have the power over people who need their product, especially the female pharmacist who is rude and won't answer your questions. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled after today's nightmare events. I always receive really good customer service here. I come in every Friday after work to do my shopping. Today I found out that an employee in Massachussetts stole my balance rewards account and spent my points and the manager and sales associates were so helpful and patient with me. I was clearly getting frustrated and trying to hold it together and ended up canceling my transaction completely because of how frazzled I was. I didn't hear one complaint and they were sympathetic to my situation. I get a call from the manager about 20 minutes after I left letting me know that they called corporate and got my points back and were doing everything to keep my information safe as well as calling the store that the MA employee works at to speak with that manager. I just wanted to leave a nice review letting everyone know that I appreciate them so much and all of the help each one of these employees continuously give me each week. Thanks everyone! read more

This is the WORST pharmacy ever. They literally have screwed up every single prescription that I have had sent there. They have even given me wrong medication in the past. More than once my doctor has called in a script and I have gone to pick it up hours later, only to be told that they never received it. After getting in touch with my doctor, who did call it in, and going back to them am I told that they actually did receive it but they had not checked their messages. When given the wrong medication, which I realized once I got home, I went back. They didn't have the meds. OK I can understand that. So they said they would transfer it to another pharmacy of my choosing. I chose Safeway. They sent it to Raleys. This is the most incompetent, unprofessional group of people. I do my best to avoid chain stores, but this one is a gem. This particular walgreens has the most welcoming, friendly and HELPFUL staff/employees I have ever come across! Thank you to the excellent management for doing so well! Bravo! This is one chain store that I feel great shopping at....plus...All their Christmas stuff is 70% off! Say whhhhat?! My shopping addiction has been satisfied for at least the next month and I spent less than $100!! Took two rolls of film in to get developed and it took over two weeks for them to call. When I went in they said they don't have both rolls and they made me wait 20 minutes for them to figure out that someone canceled and lost both of them. Never go to this Walgreens they weren't even sorry for losing both my rolls of film. Worst customer service ever. read more

Went in for prescriptions following my boyfriend's oral surgery and after scrutinizing the prescription we were told that it looked like the quantity amount had been altered and that the handwriting of the doctor's signature did not match the date written. I realize that we are experiencing a narcotic crisis and that pharmacies have to exercise caution and follow laws, but it felt very much like we were being accused of trying to get more pills or fake this prescription in general. This happened as my boyfriend was standing there with a mouthful of gauze. We ended up taking the same prescription to another pharmacy and had no issue. read more

This has to be the slowest pharmacy in all of Sonoma County. On a Saturday I got into the drive thru line with just 2 cars ahead of me. It took them 35 minutes to work through two cars before I even hit the window. I then had to wait 5 more mins to even be acknowledged at the window. I had a simple prescription for some antibiotics and IB profin and was told that would take around 25 mins to fill. Thought about it for a second and literally just looped the building and got back in the drive thru lane, now behind 3 cars. By the time I made it to the window for pickup, it was about 30 minutes later and then had to wait 15 more minutes for them to produce a receipt and the meds. Ridiculous. The line inside the pharmacy was moving just as slow. I've been to many Walgreens, and this has to be the worst. Dirty, parking lot had trash and just plain understaffed. Management here needs to pull their head out of wherever it is and fix the issues. I will never go back, CVS absolutely has my business as I've never waited more than 10 minutes there and they are much more polite. read more

The pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. My prescriptions have NEVER been ready on time. My refill should have been done by 5:45pm YESTERDAY, but I was told it wasn't ready when I went in today at 11:05am. I didn't catch her name (she's the tech with glasses, dark hair and usually has it up in a bun), but she is the one who I've normally seen at the drive through. She is always rude and never apologizes for the inconvenience. Her excuse is that the automated system for refills is never right, but then said they are running behind. Keep in mind, the pharmacy is open until 9pm and opens at 8am. So they had an additional 6.5 hours that they were open to fill my simple prescription. I have a severely herniated disc and it is very hard for me to move around. So it was very frustrating to get an attitude, lies and excuses instead of my prescription that I specifically requested a faster refill for. This isn't the only time I had issues picking up prescriptions and it's not the only time I had issues with this person. Most of the staff there are not friendly or apologetic when something happens. They are in this industry to make things easier for patients and they have done nothing but frustrate and complicate things for me and my family. This is the only drive through pharmacy close to me and that is open as late as it is, so it's unfortunate that I will be moving to another pharmacy purely because of the staff not being able to be sufficient and to not have good customer service. read more

This used to be a great pharmacy and always very efficient. Following the closure of the Walgreens in Rohnert Park the service is slow and difficult. The drive thru is the worst as you can sit in your car for 30 minutes easily. It is a very frustrating and unfortunate situation. If you want to wait for a new Rx it is always a 30 minute wait.
