I've been coming to Bare Raydiance since summer and absolutely love the convenience of having it right here in town. The customer service is always wonderful; everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel welcomed. I really appreciate how easy it is to book online, and the space is always spotless and thoughtfully set up. The room has everything you need to freshen up, and the cute waiting area with tea adds such a nice touch. They often have specials and events going on, which makes it feel like a community more than just a spa. The membership is very reasonable if you visit regularly, and I love that you can easily put it on hold for just $10 a month if you're traveling. Another bonus...they even have a cabinet where you can store your own products! I usually pop in for 8-10 minutes to relax and reset, and honestly, that's sometimes all I need. This is a beautiful salon and the owner is super friendly, available to answer all my questions and offers really great package deals. The tanning beds are in excellent condition, and the red light therapy was a really great new experience for me. I think my eyesight got a bit better since my sessions. I'm sure the rest of the equipment there works... but the spray tan booth does not. I am extremely white and got spray tanned what I thought was "dark" for 60 dollars! And I am still extremely white the next day! Unbelievable. I went back for a second time asking for the darkest one... still nothing showed up. I am an experienced tanner, and wanted to give this place a shot. Definitely not worth the time or money. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the staff, they are really friendly and sweet. But the spray tan does not show up at all! Don't waste your money! read more

I stopped by at 6:50pm (only 10 minutes before they close) to see if I could get a spray tan. They were closing up shop when I arrived, but Allayna is an angel and let me jump into the Versa real quick so I could look nice and tan for a wedding I was going to the next day. Thank you for being so accommodating for something that was 100% my fault for not planning accordingly. I am so, so thankful she was so nice and helped me out big time! Also my spray tans always turn out amazing and they give you all the deets on how to prepare and maintain your tan to make it last longer. If you have the time, do the "cocktail" tan, it makes you feel way less tacky/sticky while you wait for the tan to develop. I'm a customer for life!! read more

I'm half Hawaiian--I shouldn't need a tanning salon! But I do. I've been fair all my life, and I'm also an introvert, so I don't get a lot of natural vitamin D. I love tanning salons because they're quick, affordable, I don't get sand in unexpected places, and I have complete privacy. :) I've been to a number of different salons, and Bare Raydiance is one of my favorites. Access and parking are easy. The space is very nicely designed/decorated: Like the people there, it has warmth and personality, and is very comfortable and welcoming. It's also safe: masks are worn by everyone. The rooms are always clean and tidy; everything is in order. (The lavender spray is a nice amenity.) There's a water dispenser if you get thirsty. I seriously love this place. Alayna (sorry if I spelt that wrong) is one of the nicest humans I have met and all her staff is just as friendly. They are so accommodating and are so good with remembering exactly who you are, which makes you feel special. 5 star experience for sure! Allayna is AMAZING! And incredibly thorough with helping educate healthy, non damaging, vitamin d inducing tanning PLUS red therapy! Which is very similar to infrared, I am in love!! I am so impressed with the owner's attention to needs, helpful and great attitude! Customer service is over 5 stars and I wish I could give more stars! I purchased 2 months of the cocktail package and have tried the red therapy (so in love I am coming regularly), bed 3 (level 1) and bed 5 (level 3)...I will try the Versa spray tan soon and probably write about it. ;-) The well educated employees or Allayna will walk you through all the levels and options best for your skin, giving you an optimal experience! I bought a few different lotions to try (recommended) and they were all nice, but Hempz is my go to and yummm! So I ended up purchasing a hempz bronzer for before tanning and even after showering sometimes, I will use this one over my other hempz lotions. The accelerators don't do well with my skin type, so that's why I don't purchase those, but if your skin isn't SUPER fair (like me), then you will probably do better than me with those. But I tried. ;-) I'm extremely happy with my experiences at this beautiful salon/spa/tanning and more spot! They do teeth whitening and have a versa spa tan machine (I think I already mentioned this, spray tan). I will write about it after I try it. I usually get hand airbrushed...this is a whole new world. ;-) I did go here when I was a teenager and it was called hot bodies....technology has come a long way!! Wow! I am impressed! Visiting a tanning salon on a regular basis is a convenient way to feel a Vitamin D energy boost & healthy, glowing skin all year long. I recommend a nap/resting after tanning & also, chemical free, antioxidant rich hydration before & after your session. I am dedicated to my self-care weekly sessions, so Bare Raydiance is my Vitamin D source while I am away from my home in the sunshine state. My personal favorite bed is the stand-up which I recommend once you are a bit more experienced at knowing how your current skin state reacts to the concentrated UV rays. The staff at this salon are very welcoming, kind, & I have never felt like they are selling me anything... Which can happen at salons where selling products & packages equals commissions. Highly recommend trying tanning if you are experiencing seasonal affective disorder or any medical conditions were you feel weak & worn out. I personally have healed myself of scoliosis through tanning & promote tanning to all. Also, get yourself outside today for a bit of movement & natural Vitamin D if you really just can't make it to the salon!!! In conclusion, I love Bare Raydiance. I used to work at a corporate tanning salon and after I quit I went to Bare Raydiance to continue tanning. This is by far a way better experience and their beds are way better. I've gotten a few shades darker with just 2 sessions (not even the full time). It is so easy to make an appointment, it's always clean, and their staff is so kind. They also have great products for retail as well as complimentary products in each room. Not to mention their prices are much better as well! I am new to the area just have to say this was by far the best experience I've ever had in a tanning salon. I'm a hair stylist so I'm all about great customer service and this place has it! On top of that, it has such a beautiful and relaxing ambiance! Usually when I go to tan, I want to be in and out as fast as possible... I almost didn't even want to leave this place! They gave me a free red light therapy session for being a new customer which I had never done before and it was quite relaxing/therapeutic. I went in thinking I would only buy one session to try it out and go from there but I ended up buying a package because I knew right off the bat that this is my new place! Jeanine I believe was the lady I dealt with and she had the most upbeat and friendly personality! I also came in right before closing thinking there was a possibility they wouldn't want to take me which would have been totally understandable.. but she welcomed me right in and wanted to make sure I was the one good on time because she really wanted to give me a tour and give me my first experience in the red light therapy bed. She probably stayed almost an extra hour after closing just to take care of me and make me super comfortable. I am beyond happy I found this salon! Ok y'all know 5 stars are hard to get from me as a helper I try to be fair,honest and give the best I feel they deserve. Well 5 is it here. First it smells so good when you walk in. Your greeted immediately even if super busy. I came in after tanning some place else and not seeing much color but just after 3 times a great color is showing their beds are so nice,the selection of lotions is huge for every budget too. Love the 3 different levels and price is all reasonable too. So if any negative it's our towns parking just be patient one usually opens up. You want relaxation and golden tan go here. read more

I have been a tanning Patron for longer than I'd like to admit LOL I worked at Hot Bodies II which was the name of this location back when I was in high school. The owner those days was Carrie she was fantastic and totally on top of cleanliness to the point some would call it OCD but a person like me can really appreciate that need to have everything fresh when it comes to something so personal. The salon changed owners quite a few times over the years and I wasn't happy with the previous management for their lack of cleanliness. So I had deviated and was driving out of town for my tanning needs. However I recently stopped in to Bare Raydiance, as a friend told me I need to go check out the updated salon and, boy was she right! Allayna the current owner is right up to par with Carrie's cleanliness plus the salon is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment you walk in the door you can tell she cares about your experience and safety. The decor is lush, there's a great selection of products, her pricing is on point, there are many different levels of tanning beds and packages available. I have been tanning at this location for years dating back to high school. As a Sebastopol native, I was so bummed to hear when the salon almost closed. However, it has re-opened with fantastic new owners which have taken the business seriously to a whole new level. Allayna is an incredible host - patient, kind, and always so helpful and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable and the beds are always consistent, as they change bulbs regularly. The decor is tasteful and very, very clean with a comfortable waiting room. Lots of great lotions to purchase and they are even mindful of their ingredients - now that's true Sebastopol style! Also, they feature some amazing local jewelry designers that I have been introduced to. What an awesome way to show some local love! My love bought me an one of their incredible rings for my birthday and I'm already wanting more....At last a tanning salon true West County style! read more

i have to give this place a one star because of the biggest price increase i have seen for any service ever!!! i paid $99 for a month of unlimited tanning in august 2018 for my september vacation. now i see what the same package costs?????? marlow road charges $50 for the same plan. i only went to this place because it was close to my work so i could fit it in on a lunch break. this place is really nice but for $100 less you can drive 13 min and get the same results.......so sad i hope you didn't price yourself out of business.......i would never pay that no matter how close... read more

Personally I love Paradise Tan .I've Been tanning since 2004 and have tried other places. In 2006 I returned to Paradise Tan and haven't gone anywhere else since. Paul, and staff included have always treated me with the up most respect. No matter what mood I may be in that day. This is a great place to tan! The staff is so nice, and the facility is kept very clean! They have a ton of great lotions from the hempz brand to like forty different tanning lotions all reasonably priced. It's a bit more expensive then some of the salons you can find in Santa Rosa, but it's a lot nicer plus the only one in Sebastapol. Love this place! read more

Would not go back. I went consistantly for a month and saw very little results. The girl working behind the counter is always pleasant but the creppy/cheesy guy in there needs to go. I am always reluctant to tan when he is there for fear he is creeping somewhere watching. Customer service is key, I suggest they work on that and their equipment. read more
