He was fabulous. She wanted the front sides pink with highlights and a dark wash on the bottom/back, not ombre. He did exactly that. She was (and still is) thrilled. Of course knowing the pink would fade, the style was done so well. She cuts her own hair, which drives me batty, and he cleaned that up for her without losing length. . .and so she was not upset. The salon is nice inside and had friendly stylists that I had noticed others had returned to see. It was my first hearing about the place, and we were visiting from out of town, after years of being away, when I had lived here for many years prior. Ample parking. I was able to walk down to a little market and grab a beverage and snacks while she was letting the color set. They had a bench out front I could sit at too.

Review of Palm Beach Tanning I recently visited this Palm Beach Tanning location as a walk-in, looking forward to a relaxing tanning session. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of expectations due to subpar customer service. Upon arrival, I was informed that as a walk-in, I would only be permitted a five-minute tanning session, a policy I was unaware of. While policies are essential, the manner in which they were communicated was far from professional. The staff member folding towels in the back displayed rudeness, frequently rolling her eyes in response to my inquiries and making inappropriate comments. This behavior created an unwelcoming environment that detracted from the relaxation I sought. I hold a membership at a Tanning location near my home in the Bay Area and was hopeful that a visit to this site would offer the same standard of service. Instead, I encountered a lack of professionalism that is unacceptable, particularly in an industry that revolves around customer experience. In a world where customer service should be prioritized, I cannot recommend this particular Palm Beach Tanning location. I believe businesses must treat their customers with kindness and respect, and I will not spend my hard-earned money where this is not upheld. read more

I now go to PBT on Marlow Road because of Carly. She is the best! Cami is the best at the Yulupa location. Carly and Cami go over and beyond and are efficient, lovely, kind, helpful and Carly is purely the reason I go to Marlow. She's amazing! Cami is five star on Yulupa. Without these two ladies I'd probably drop my membership. read more
