No need to read any further…read more Following the instructions on the email that CVS sent, I arrived eight minutes before my appointment. There were no lines for a vaccination. I had every expectation of receiving a vaccination within two minutes of my appointment time just like every other CVS I've been to. At exactly my appointment hour I started observing the pharmacist. At three minutes after the appointment hour, she put on her jacket. At five minutes after the appointment hour, I asked how long it would be. She came over and she said it will be a few minutes and I said it's five minutes after the appointment and she said yes I start at the appointment time. She refused to tell me how much longer it would take. By the way, you have to mix two vials together, so it was at least another 12 minutes, not a hard answer. The question is whether she was late, or lazy, or it was a power play, or she didn't know how to prepare the vaccine. Kind of doesn't matter I left without the vaccine. I've used other CVS before and they were awesome. Do not go to the CVS for vaccines.

Today I was told because my order was so large it got pushed to the back so they're doing everyone else's order first so even though I placed my order this morning and it's now 3:30 PM I have to wait another hour because they're so busy they need to help everyone else first. Talk about shit customer service and shit procedures. Someone needs to call weights and measures. Not only that they waste my time and gas today but the web sight says 1 hour photo and this isn't the 1st time my photos took days not hours to complete.

The first week of February 2026 it completely fell apart. The little plastic secure ends that help it slide into the rack design and stay upright, completely broke off on most of the rods. Making it impossible to stand up and stick together. It was two weeks past 30 days by time I brought the rack into target. The sales associate and the manager both informed me I could not return the rack because it was past 30 days. I then called customer service and the person on the phone informed me that my purchase was past the 30 day window to be returned. They did not take into consideration that it's a clearly defective product. They did not take in consideration that it literally broke on day 31 32 or 33 or something like that. But 30 days is their hard cut off. So unless you want to spend $36.99 every 35 days for a drying rack don't buy one from Target. In addition to that, they clearly have lost complete touch with customer service. I understand a 30 day cut off. But I also understand backing the products that you sell. Why not sell crap all the time that people have to buy more within a month or two if you have a policy that you don't even support the products you sell. I much prefer the amazing customer service at stores like Costco and Nordstrom. They are some of the only companies that care about the customer and not just shareholder profits.

The reputation of Raley's Pharmacy Rohnert Park has been awful. True, I agree there were times the pharmacy gets super slammed and those times are anybody's guess. Tempers flare after a prolonged wait. Dilly-dallying by a new or incompetent staff in resolving a problem with the Rx refill or insurance would add to the frustration. Maybe I'm retired and am more patient. Who knows I may just be a nice guy! Service did suffer after the retirement of the long time manager Russell. He might be grumpy at times when stressed......who doesn't? But he did get the job done and always polite and apologetic to me. Then followed a period of staff instability when there were frequent employee turnover. A new manager, Ernie, recently took over the reins with the support of a new team. He was a breath of fresh air. No effort was spared to upgrade your next Raley's experience. New pharmacy techs were recruited and would undergo training to beef up the service. Ever since graduating from pharmacy school in 2011, Ernie has been with a Raley's pharmacy and is now a permanent resident manager in RP. Ernie recognizes that quick and friendly service is the name of the game. Plus there will be some permanency and consistency in the staffing!

So I called and 'met' Valerie...I don't really know but i think she owns the place. She has a right hand man who is really nice too. I rented a go go scooter (battery powered) from her and it's so much greater than crutches especially in the house. The main point is that she explained everything beautifully and was very generous with her time. And very kind. These people will really take care of you. They really care about you .
