Save yourself the stress of visiting this store! Angie, the manager, is about as rude as you can get. She could really use some training in customer service, especially at a management level. Vic, however, that was working the register helping me was amazing. He was very helpful, nice and attentive. I stopped by to pick up photos and he could not find them initially, but Angie, whose name could easily be Karen, came to the front with an attitude trying to find my pictures. I had been first in line since arriving at the store trying to pick up my pictures. She came up, handed my photos to me over the wall so I went straight back to the register since I had initially been first in line to begin with and been there for 5 to 6 minutes trying to pick up my photos. In front of about eight people she loudly insinuated that I cut line in front of everyone. Very unprofessional and this probably explains why they only have a 2. Do better Walgreens. read more

If I could rate this pharmacy with no stars I would. I went to pick up a script after relative's surgery and it was not ready(and it was supposed to be) . They were closing in 10 minutes and refused to fill it. They were supposed to transfer the script to the 24 hour Walgreens - they told me they had - and DIDN'T. I then had to wait for doctor to call in prescription all over again, which took forever. They are slow and rude. No wonder people are leaving these stores and going to CVS. The whole store should be shut down. read more

This Walgreens location has significantly improved its service. I prefer it to other nearby pharmacies. The pharmacists and assistants are professional and very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked with a good variety of non-pharmaceutical items. Parking is plentiful and persons with NC handicapped placards have parking adjacent to the front door. This is my store of choice. read more

My bad experience is with the pharmacy's customer service. The pharmacy front desk staff dealing with customers are confused, very slow and indifferent. One of the staff serving customers their prescription even admitted having the flu, which felt counterproductive. I wish I had gone somewhere else! People working are nice enough, but I've had terrible experiences getting meds here. Literally 75% of the time I order delivery, the meds don't make it out of the store. They'll sit for days ready to go out, then they won't go out, and the meds are totally removed from the app. No notification. Terrible communication when things need to be ordered. Routinely have prescriptions canceled with no notification. I know they're understaffed thanks to corporate, but just a bad experience. read more

The team at this pharmacy is always extremely helpful. It is likely extremely stressful right now during a pandemic and a labor shortage. I went by after work today and you could tell the team was hustling and doing their best to keep up with demand, even with last minute prescriptions after 6 pm!! I have had multiple horrible experiences with the employees working the register at the pharmacy. I understand that working in customer service is difficult, but I am always extremely kind, patient and understanding when the employees are nothing but unreasonably rude. Today, the employee did not ask me if I had any questions for the pharmacist and when I asked a question about the new medication I'm starting, she rolled her eyes and yelled my question to someone 15ft away from her who I'm pretty sure isn't the pharmacist. She was nasty and not helpful at all. I hope the employees learn how to be compassionate instead of adding more negativity to the world. Some people have questions and concerns about the medication they have to take and they should be allowed to talk to their pharmacist without ridicule. To the woman who spoke to me today: you probably don't remember me because you're probably nasty to everyone you speak to. Most likely because you hate your job. I understand and I won't name drop you because I don't want to give you another reason to be a horrible person to those you interact with. However, I hope you have the day you deserve. read more

People in the pharmacy are incompetent and extremely unfriendly. Refused to give me a vaccine even though I had an appointment. Called customer service and they told me to ask for a manager (they found my appointment then). The customer service person despite making a mistake still had the confidence to be extremely rude. I will not be giving this pharmacy any more business if I can help it, and I can literally walk there from my home. Before the pandemic the employees were just consistently rude. Now, they are just incompetent. Save one lovely red-headed employee and the pharmacists, everyone else is doing their best to do their worst. I understand being short handed after the pandemic, so I absolutely do not mind waiting in line, having to come back when I drop off a prescription, waiting over 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. But every time my doctor's office calls/sends in a refill I have to make a minimum of 2 phone calls and usually 2 physical trips to get my prescriptions. Today I was told that the doctor called and "closed" a prescription. On a Saturday. When the doctor's office is NOT OPEN. "What does that mean?" I asked, the employee told me she didn't know and blamed being short handed. They consistently tell me they don't have a paper prescription that I physically walked into the store. Slowest, worst service. I was told at 11:30 am to return at 3 pm for my prescription. At 5:15 pm I returned only to be told it was still not ready and they had no idea when it would be. This isn't some isolated event; this pharmacy is consistently horrible and incompetent. read more

I brought two disposable cameras to this Walgreens over a month ago to get developed. They told me to come back a week later. When I went back they thought it was ridiculous that I would think it would be ready. They lady at the front desk was very rude and didn't even check the photo box to see if the photos were there. She just sent me away. I went back again a week later and they still weren't ready and they told me the photos would be ready in about a month. Now it's been a month and I called about 20 times yesterday but no one picked up the phone. When I was on hold there wasn't even music playing, but the automated message said that someone would get to me as soon as possible. They would repeat this every 5 seconds and it became unbearable. The absolute slowest pharmacy that I've ever been to and they're just the slowest and the most miserable, unfriendly pharmacy that you will likely ever encounter. I don't blame the people who work there. They are clearly understaffed, probably underpaid. I thought things would get better when Walgreens took over the ailing Rite Aid but no, the opposite has happened. It has gotten worse. I called and after being on hold and the automated line said I was the next caller then 7 minutes later I heard ringing and got excited only to be put on hold again. Listened to the typical hold music for another 10 minutes and suddenly the phone rings and I get excited because I'm finally going to talk to someone and it rings about 6 or 7 times and then the call ends. They hung up on me. Do not use this pharmacy. I don't know if any of them are any better but if someone wanted to get in the pharmacy business and put a focus on customer service they would rule the pharmacy universe. They could put everyone out of business because customer service is not something you expect in this business. It's a thing of the past. If someone can give me a recommendation on a pharmacy that they love and has people that answer phones, I would be all over it. I don't care if I have to drive 20 or even 30 minutes away past 20 Walgreens! Please help me! read more

I had the absolute worst service at this Walgreens. Not that I was expecting spectacular or anything at a Walgreens lol but I just had to write a review since my experience was horrible. I was already feeling under the weather, and I went in to buy a thermometer for me and my 2 month old baby. As I was worried I would get him sick. The cashier not only didn't say one word to me when I was checking out, he proceeded to throw my bag at me on the counter once the transaction was complete. He still did not say a word. I was appalled. This should NEVER be acceptable service anywhere. I am still in shock that this happened. Confused why this person has a job checking people out...
