Complete with tee shirts, sweat shirts and other Fort Mill wear of all sizes. Get your prescription filled and drive-thru or walk in. They also offer FREE delivery. I've never seen so many people working in a pharmacy in my entire life. There must have been six people working at lunch time on a Tuesday. I was very impressed with their customer service. Great local pharmacy. Fast, friendly service. Excellent pharmacist who truly cares and wants to save you money on your prescriptions.

My doctor's office called in the prescription and before filling it, Fort Mill Pharmacy called me and let me know that there was a generic version available at no cost to me, even though they did not even have it in stock. So THEY called around, found it for me at another pharmacy and transferred the prescription for me. Awesome service! read more

Joel and his staff are always friendly and efficient. Personalized care you don't get with a chain store. Best pharmacy in town.

Everyone here is so kind and empathetic. They filled out perscription extremely fast and willing to talk to me and how to take the medication. So happy to have found people that care. Thank you Fort Mill Pharmacy! read more

Despite the limited hours, as someone with chronic illnesses, it was a no-brained to switch from CVS to Fort Mill Pharmacy! I first switched to FTP after I had medicine compounded there. They know what medicines I need each month and always have it. If they say that they will order a medication, they do. They never forget to order it and then again and again... Anyway, FMP always lets me know when the generic changes, how to save money with a generic that is similar to a medicine that my insurance requires prior-authorization for, and they explain everything, which is helpful when you are always dealing with insurance! My life has gone from stressful to painless since I made the switch! Thank you, Fort Mill Pharmacy, for making one chronically ill person's life easier! read more

My (elderly) father, who lived a few hrs away, recently moved in with me and I was trying to get his prescriptions moved here. At first, we decided on using a chain store. I went in to pick his medication up and the cashier said they were going to cost over $600! I called my dad and told him the price and he got very upset, it was over 3x what he was use to paying. So I suggested we try a pharmacy my friend had just told me about the night before. She said Fort Mill Pharmacy had saved her a ton of money when she switched her family's prescriptions there and she especially bragged on the person that had helped her do so! I called them and spoke to a very helpful lady who gave me the price on each medication he needed and the cost came up to $152. Wow!!! At first, I thought something had to be wrong but no, they really will be saving my dad $500 a MONTH on his medication!!! It's truly sad how the other pharmacy could mark up prescriptions that much. Needless to say, FMP will be my family's new pharmacy from here on out and I will tell everyone I know what they did for my father!! read more

Great staff that welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door. They address all questions respectfully and professionally. So much more personal than the big pharmacies. read more

The true combination of family business and efficiency. The staff, and particularly the pharmacist, focus on customer service at its finest, working to find and get what you need, to do so warmly, and to do so quickly. The staff will take the time to find something OTC or to answer questions about a prescription, but they also fill the Rx quickly. They also deliver FOR FREE, and they compound (a real bonus for sick kids or animals in your household). On top of it all, their prices are comparabale to (and often better) than the big box pharmacies - all while knowing and appreciating you as a customer! A lynchpin member of the business community. read more

I've been going here maybe a year or two. When I called to question my copay the lady got upset with me. I didn't take it personal but when I went to get my meds she had a major attitude. A real Stuck up snob she was. I have since switched pharmacies and will not be going back there. Good customer service can go a long way... At her age, I would think she would know that... read more

I have been going to Fort Mill Pharmacy for close to 6 years. I'm so thankful I found them. The staff is amazing and they answer all questions asked in a timely manner, prescriptions are filled quickly, they deliver in the surrounding area, and they treat their customers like a part of their family. Fort Mill Pharmacy truly cares for their customers. I recommend to anyone and everyone!! read more

This pharmacy is extraordinarily friendly and the prices are less compared to the big box stores.

You will never find a better pharmacy anywhere. All of their staff is exceptional, but Joel & Cindy truly go above and beyond. From their fast turn-around time filling prescriptions to their free delivery service, they really are the best family owned business I have ever seen. They have gone out of their way for my family more than once and I will never forget it. If your insurance doesn't require you to use a certain pharmacy, you're CRAZY not to use Fort Mill Pharmacy! I have been so frustrated with other area chain pharmacies and their lack of caring for patients or peoples time in general, but you will never experience anything like that here. read more

I can't even begin to tell you how great it is to have this pharmacy there for my family!! We have been going there for a number of years and I love that there is so little turnover that you really get to know them. I can call and ask questions about my prescriptions or my insurance coverage and they take the time to go over everything with me to make sure I understand. My daughter had switched to CVS while in college and since graduating has switched back to Fort Mill Pharmacy because not only did CVS charge her the wrong amount, they gave her the wrong prescription and then told her to figure it out!! When she called FMP to switch, she told them what was going on and FMP took the time to call the insurance AND the doctor, then called my daughter to let her know what had happened THEN got her a coupon to reduce her copay!!! Honestly, I can't recommend them enough, they are so great and they really care. read more
