This is the WORST pharmacy in the entire world I have ever, ever had to deal with. They NEVER have the prescriptions, they never even order them even when they know t hey will have to fill it. The "systems are constantly down" and I have come close to medical emergency due to them. read more

Those who work in the pharmacy are incredible! They seem to be severely understaffed, yet are always friendly and efficient. I've seen them deal with cranky old people, and they are still calm, gracious, and helpful. Just waiting in line watching them juggle what appears to be a heavy workload, stresses me out. These people need additional staffing and a raise! read more

I give this Walgreens a four because the staff is friendly when I have entered the store and with it being a building specifically for Walgreens is the standard layout. It's very clean and easy to park, entering and exiting as well. The only reason for a non five star is that the pharmacy could be better. When you move from the city to the suburbs, it's immediately noticeable how many fewer customers are on line and yet I don't really get my prescriptions any faster or more efficiently. I still like this location, but that prevents me from the true five star rating. read more

Another formulaic execution of the Walgreens system. This is a perfect store with the usual aisles of personal care, over-the-counter medications, a pharmacy, snacks and drinks and a seasonal aisle. I was able to purchase the cold meds I needed, a bottle of water with which to wash it down and a box of tissues for blowing my stuffed nose very quickly. Went for my COVID booster - had an appointment at 3:20 - arrived 3:15, wasn't checked in until 3:40... place was full of people getting COVID shots, including children (who obviously weren't previously vaccinated) I finally went back up to the window and asked what was taking so long (it was now 4:20... the woman behind the counter that checked me in told me "I'm not running the shots - I'll check for you"... 20 minutes later, she calls me back and announces she's the immunologist. So she is running (and I use that term loosely) the shot clinic - poorly. To have all these people waiting in a tiny enclosed space for a shot to combat a deadly virus is unconscionable - she did not advise me to wait 15 minutes after the shot, just thanked me for my patience (which had already run out by this point) I would leave zero stars if possible. read more

Located in what seems like the middle of nowhere is a walgreens that doesn't stay open 24 hours and the pharmacy had wicked hours of operation. I'm learning that Fort Mill is still the country which I'm fine with but I would love the walgreens to be open 24 hours. I did ask about the funky hours and the staff told me it's because there's not enough doctor offices in the area and the traffic isn't enough to warrant staying open all the time. Nonetheless I like coming here because everyone is friendly and ready to accommodate excellent customer service. If I want 24 hours I would have to drive to Rock Hill...no thanks. read more

Today, I was in the Walgreens in Fort Mill, SC(store 11968 at Tom Hall St and Hwy 160), and I was trying to buy some OTC Sudafed Syrup for my grandson, that is kept behind the pharmacy counter. And the pharmacy cashier refused to sell it to me because the Pharmacist was not on duty. Yet, prescriptions were being filled by 2 Techs that I saw over at a side counter, covid shots were being administered, people in the drive through were being helped, and I was not permitted to buy Sudafed for a sick child. All that is required is my license being scanned. Can you explain this? I was directed to go 30 miles north to purchase this. Absolutely absurd. This is not something that a pharmacist has ever rung me out before with. I hand the card to the cashier, they scan my license, and ring up my product. Believe me, I will think twice before shopping at Walgreens again, and I definitely will never go to this location again!! read more

The store is clean and well layed-out, and they offer a great variety of products. The pharmacy team is top notch; attentive, thorough, professional and friendly. I've had serious complications with other local pharmacies in the area, so it's a welcome relief to have such a competent team to manage my prescriptions. read more

I have been getting my monthly prescriptions from the Walgreens for almost 7 years. I can unequivocally state they serve me with excellence. I have never had any concerns with their service. We even recently (December 27, 2019,) had an absolute emergency with my visiting from out of state 85 year old father-in-law, who got terribly sick, and was hospitalized, who's on several medications, and this Walgreens stepped in with dignity. For that our family is forever grateful. I don't know the situations of others, but for our family, we have the utmost respect for the Pharmacy Staff, and the retailer staff as well. This Walgreens was amazing and then they changed their pharmacy staff and now it's worse than CVS. They consistently are slow, often rude and more often than not, don't follow up on med refills. Do yourself a favor and fill your scripts somewhere else. read more

Stacy the pharmacist went out of her way for the second time. I had a new prescription for $100 and she spent time to do her research and got me a coupon so the prescription actually cost me $10. Than I drove home to find out I purchase the wrong Apple iTunes gift card. I had to drive back and spoke with the store manager. I'm thinking she is going to tell me "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do" but she also went out of her way to call Apple for me and explained to them what happened and exchanged the card with no problem. I was amazed at this store's employees keeping the customer satisfaction at the very best. I would wish the rest of the retail industry in this country would use what happened to me today as a great example how retain a customer and keep them happy. I am going to e-mail Walgreens corporate head quarters to let them know what kind of excellent staff they have in Fort Mill. Thanks read more
