I was pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with the compounded products, the prompt and courteous customer service AND phenomenal HOME DELIVERY shortly after filling or refilling prescriptions. I could not be more pleased and the staff never disappoints. I just wish I had known about this pharmacy and the home delivery before....well I do now and I recommend it to anyone needing pharmacy compounding services especially since many do not offer it. I used to be a pharmacy technician and know that some compounded prescriptions can save you some money and when discussing details I have never felt rushed or encountered any negative responses. One word: Phenomenal. GPS pharmacy is everything a pharmacy should be and more. They set the "gold standard" for all small-businesses. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional, efficient, with fair transparent pricing. You'll never be placed on hold for more than 1-2 minutes (if that). Erica and Alex always go the extra-mile and go out of their way to help. Medications are delivered to your doorstep same day or next day. Lovely touch with the polite delivery text/pic and practical packaging of meds and my receipt. They were able to order critical injectable medicine, at a fair price, for my dog when no one else would. Dilworth Pharmacy quoted me 3x the amount of GPS. They also compounded another medication for my dog and assured me they'd use the smallest capsule size possible. I'll be reaching out to them for their help consolidating her many medications (GPS compounds tiny medicine chews, combining up to 4 meds in 1 chew, just for pets!) Absolutely the BEST compounding pharmacy in NC! The staff I've encountered there were so compassionate and understanding! They were also so quick and fairly priced. I've never had any issues with this pharmacy unlike how it can be with CVS, Walgreens, or Stanley's (you know what I'm talking about, that CVS that never answers the phone? Yeah, you'll never have to experience that crap with GPS cause they always put customer service and patient safety first!). Julya is literally one of the sweetest pharmacists I've ever met. GPS pharmacy was an absolute blessing for me and my cat Toni! I've always had to give him his medication in a pill form which has been a nightmare. I tried everything from crushing it, hiding it in a pill pocket to even forcing down his throat. After speaking with her, I feel as if all of my questions have been answered and I am satisfied. The pharmacy delivers directly to my house by way of UPS. UPDATE: Julya never once offered to help me find another pharmacy, why would she when THE LAST CONVERSATION with her was that I agreed to use a different filling method, all Julya needed was the new prescription from my doctor. It was during her conversation with my doctor that things were not communicated correctly. When I called back to GPS, Julya was nasty and told me she wasn't filling my prescription, no reason given. It made no sense other than crazy and judging by the harassment I've gotten from this woman over MY experience and her not telling a shred of truth I wouldn't recommend this facility, her practice or anything she is a part of. No sane business owner behaves this way. The horrible things this woman has done to me because of this is atrocious. I've let the manufacturer know this behavior and I'll be happy to let anyone know about this absurd experience with this pharmacy. I am not the only one who has had nightmare experiences in dealing with this woman, perhaps less selfies and living for social media posts and better business practices are in order. I've never used any professional service that lives to post selfies ad nauseum on social media and operate in the poor manner. I'm disgusted by this place! UPDATE: Julya is altering the reviews on her Facebook page and she is the one who argues and lies trying to justify her unprofessional behavior and she reports you on Facebook. This will now be posted everywhere on social media with screenshots of her unprofessional behavior. This is a woman who does not behave on any professional level and is very nasty to deal with on the phone when she is caught in a whopper of a lie. I would never recommend anyone to use this compounding pharmacy and to go with one of the few other compounding pharmacies in the area who would never treat a customer this way. She has completely come unhinged and I can guarantee there will be spiteful retaliations for daring to post a truthful review of my experience. As you can see her only defense is multiple accounts, of course I have multiple accounts, google & fb are totally different platforms. UPDATE: Julya is claiming that my having multiple accounts, a Yelp, which is through google, and my fb, somehow makes her unprofessional behavior justified. Of course I have multiple accounts, they are all different venues. I do not use my real name on social media due to hackers and unsafe platform and my actual initials are associated with my Google account. Julya, rest assured my full name will be on the formal complaint I file. You are truly unprofessional so keep making up lies trying to justify your behavior. My review is hardly the first one about your vile behavior. People need to know you are unprofessional on am epic level. There is nothing untrue about my experience in dealing with you. I'll drag my doctor into this too if you try to discredit me. I've already shown this to my attorney, keep it up. My doctor suddenly started using this compounding pharmacy as a local option, her preference only. Things started off great with getting same day delivery service, however, they use a bottle for cream dispenser that is completely defective. For the first two weeks I didn't get the correct dosage, you cannot travel with these bottles as it makes the dose even less than it was. Julya started off being helpful but then turned completely nasty. She did inform me that a certain profession in the travel industry has employees who have the same problem with the bottles so then why would a "decent" pharmacy continue using these with no other options. Julya decided to behave unprofessionally, like a hysterical woman, and refused to fill any prescriptions my doctor called in, even after working out a solution with me. I used Stanley and I can already tell the dose is correct from the get go. GPS seems great with offering this quick, free delivery but they are absolutely not worth it, don't be blinded by the pretty wrapping on the package, the contents isn't worth it! I see Julya distorts the truth but I'm unclear why Julya responded, she said she was unfamiliar with this customer. Also, Julya, telling someone "no" you will not transfer is irate, stop lying, other reviews show you are a nightmare to deal with! Perhaps you should hire someone with people skills to be the front line of communication! Also, Julya, stop lying again, the agreement you made with me was to try a different method of filling the prescription yet the lies you told my doctor were completely different than what you said over the phone, I have that recording. Thankfully this is a single party consent state so people can record calls when dealing with unstable people.
