Great location across from the Taj-ma-Teeter! Sometimes the wait at the pharmacy can be lengthy but they are quick filling the prescriptions. It's a super easy location to get in and out of with lots of parking. They always have what I'm looking for and then some. I always make sure to check out all their clearance items with the orange flag for great deals. They have inexpensive Christmas gifts that are perfect for that last minute person on your list (that you may have forgotten !) I get my medicine filled here and they are usually fairly fast but sometimes the line to get to the counter can back up. This is my go to location for wal greens. Always clean but be aware it is also always busy.

This store never has enough people working their pharmacy. It is like this almost every time I come here no matter the time of day. This is 7:30pm. Time to change pharmacies.

Thank you so much for still being 24hrs. It's a big deal post covid and when everyone else closes at 10 in a huge city for some reason.

Way too understaffed. Wait times on the phone are so long and then the system hangs up (more than once).

REVIEW FOR CAR WASH ONLY…read more After moving from the Bay Area to the Carolinas, one of the biggest differences I noticed was the car wash experience. In Northern California, car washes often include full service--vacuuming, hand drying, and tire shine--all for a reasonable price. That level of service set my expectations pretty high. While you won't find full-service detailing here, this 7-Eleven / Exxon co-branded car wash gets the job done--and does it reliably. I personally prefer car washes with brushes. In my opinion, they clean better than the brushless, high-pressure-only systems. Think of it like washing your hands--you need a little friction to really get things clean. The premium wash here runs about $12.50, and the equipment is dependable, the facility is clean, and the process is straightforward. What really stood out to me is the current promotion: You can sign up for the Sparkle Pass using the QR code on-site and receive 30 days of free car washes. That's a fantastic value, especially if you drive frequently or deal with pollen, dust, or road grime here in Charlotte. I've used it multiple times, and the system has worked consistently every visit. Would I personally pay $29 per month after the promotion ends? Probably not--but for the free trial, it's absolutely worth taking advantage of while it lasts. The location itself is in a convenient, well-kept area with nearby shopping and dining, making it easy to run errands while keeping your car looking presentable. Bottom line: Reliable, clean, and a smart deal if you use the promotion. When your car looks good, you feel good--so take advantage of the offer while it's available and keep rolling clean.

He came to my car- made me drive around and checked my tank to see it was STILL empty. Then said "it's money out of my pocket..what do you want me to do??" Meanwhile I've lost $40 out of my pocket for nothing!! Refused to reimburse my money- and then said "I can give you $10." So I left with zero gas and out $39.30. The "owner" was conveniently out of the country. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating that I, as a customer, am out money- with no gas. Terrible business!

I am a white…read morewoman and I have 4 black children, so I'm learning how to help my daughters with their textured hair and learning 'on the job'. Upon walking in the ladies at the counter were polite but short and pointed me to the right direction for hair extensions. After 10 min of getting confused and wandering around I found a clerk in front of me asking what I was looking for, she was polite but direct. I explained exactly what I needed and she went to find it. For the next 30min I asked the clerks all manner of questions about clip-ins, sew-ins, wigs, braid hair, care products and they pointed me to the right isle or came to help me. Their knowledge was spot on. They seemed to warm up some, but they were following me around the store, whether or not they followed me because they didn't trust me or to be helpful, it's of no consequence. I didn't feel it to be threatening or racist. They were helpful but I would say weary. This might be why... Three days later I came back for more things after some research - while I was in the store a group of drunk and high women walked in, they were rabblerousing and very loud, they were so drunk the whole huge store smelled of them long after they left, their interactions were absolutely shocking and they were ridiculous! They then verbally accosted these 2 clerks and stormed out after not finding what they wanted. The driver of their car was drinking and so was everyone else in their car. It was a Tuesday, not even noon yet. I was upset, I think the clerks were a bit shocked too. I asked a lot of questions- my hunch was these women are weary because maybe they have bad customers frequently- unsure. I don't know why this allowed but I felt very bad for them. No idea how they protect themselves, but this isn't a terrible area on South Blvd. Charlotte didn't used to be this way. I don't blame the store staff for following customers, besides the place is huge and full of so much, it is helpful to have them available to show you where items are. To close, this store is vast and they have an extensive amount of hair supplies at fantastic prices! It's a real gem. I saw lots of jewelry and makeup here as well! I cannot wait to go back.

I asked a question about human hair, they pointed in the direction of the hair and seemed to be afraid to come from behind the counter, they acted annoyed and were rude. it's so frustrating to have these Asian people operating in black communities, they make it clear they do not like you; it's just disgusting. They just want our money. Not all Asians who work in black communities are like that, so I don't want to label them all as anti-black. One thing is for certain I will never go back to that place
