The CVS app makes it easy to track when a prescription has been received, filled, and ready for pickup. When I arrive at the store, I can scan the QR code at the pharmacy counter to check in, and the staff will call my name once the prescription is ready. The whole process is quick and efficient. The staff members I've interacted with have always been friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even smoother. Parking is probably the biggest challenge at this location. The lot is fairly small, and with nearby construction it can be a little tricky to navigate at times. Coming from the West Coast where I mostly used Walgreens, CVS has been a good alternative while I get settled in Charlotte. The dynamic was hard to ignore and came across as both misogynistic and racially biased in the way he monitored and interacted during what should have been a completely normal customer service interaction. It was blatantly uncomfortable to witness. As someone who shops here regularly, this was extremely off-putting and disappointing. If this is how employees are treated in front of customers, it raises concerns about the work environment behind the scenes as well.

The whole store should be shut down.
