This place is clean and they have items you can't find at most other grocery stores. However it is the biggest rip off. $7 for a small pack of lunch meat Hillshire farms which isn't even that great and one apple costs $2 for an average size after weighing the cheapest prices one. Bag of Caesar salad $5 pint of Ben and Jerry's $7.50. Bag of frozen veggies is $4-5? I mean really I can't believe anyone even shops here. Everything is a marked up 33-40% more than what you'll pay at Walmart or Aldi. Ridiculous I'm from New York and these are Gristedes prices which no one shops at anymore read more

When I was at Harris Teeter today everyone was so friendly and helpful! The staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of... from finding a particular item I was looking for to making sure I got my senior discount. Love this store and the wonderful people who work there! read more

There is something fishy going on at the Harris Teeter at this location. I stopped in today and not paying attention. One of the gentleman working. The fish counter told me they haven't had a fresh fish delivery in five days. I should've figured that out to pass on the fish. I bought some flounder and I'm bringing it home. It smelled like a full adult diaper. I contacted the store and as I own two animal hospitals told them the problems with botulism and disease through unclean old fish. I told them to remove the fish before they poison someone. They took all the fish out. I asked them to place it in the dumpster which they refused to do they hosed everything down assured me it was clean and tomorrow they will make a decision what to do with their six day old fish I recommend go to Publix or any other store. never buy fresh fish at this location because you could be getting six day old fish. They also lied and said all their fish is always fresh. Nothing is ever frozen. That's another lie but what do you expect from a store if you use your debit card wants a $.75 fee while Food Lion Publix and everybody else does not. You figure they're making enough money selling bad fish they don't have to skim the $.75. The night manager did not answer any questions and it has to be very difficult to be in charge but have no authority zero authority. read more

Did a full shop here at Teeter and was quite pleased with the store. Well lit, working shopping carts, samples in the bread and deli area, extremely well stocked and leveled shelves, a super checkout associate who was friendly and efficient. Why shop anywhere else? Other than the prices are a touch higher than Walmart, but you're getting a much better shopping experience. read more

Why I don't shop here more often I'll never know! I absolutely love everything about this place from the prices to the club in us to the amazing selection. They have these little sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls that are absolutely delightful. You can definitely find some delicious fruit as well as poultry here. I don't come here as often as I should but every time I'm in here or I wonder why I don't shop here more often. I love the atmosphere through and through. I have shopped here and for the most part the young kids and the older women are great on the registers. Today I had two males. Neither was helpful the cashier did not inquire about my discount card and rang up a box of open food that I hadn't noticed. The bagger did notice and asked me if I wanted them . I said yes if I could get a new box. He said sure go get one. I answered with well your not much for customer service are you ? He seemed astounded that I might expect him to grab another box ... pretty common where I'm from ...anyways he gets it and I thank him. Then he forgets to put my drinks in my cart. Luckily for me I'm old with a significant knee injury so 5 minutes later when he comes into the parking lot I'm still there ‍. Just terrible today. some body spilled water , and I was walking with my card. there was a sign against the veg stand but the water was all over and the wet area was not sealed off and fell on my knees. I was contacted by the manager and was told we will see who was at fault ! Very arrogant and totally unprofessional and unapologetic! I had just spend over 800 that day! I will never shop there again since they don't seem to care for their customers even doubting that their customer was hurt in their premises after failing to secure a wet dangerous area ! This is such a great location. There are four Harris Teeter locations in a few mile radius of me, and I always enjoy going to this location. The staff here is great, the selection is plentiful, and the store itself is situated next to my favorite Juice Bar--lots of convenience. James is one of the staffers who stopped what he was doing to assist me and help me with what I needed. Great experience. Will return, and will recommend. read more

Tonight I went in at 10:50 to grab two things I needed for breakfast tomorrow. As soon as I walked through the door a lady whose name tag I believe said "Tonya", looked at me without a smile and said, "we close in 10 minutes." I didn't get a "hello, how are you?," a smile, a nod or anything. I thought it was SUPER rude. I was literally in the store and out in under 3 minutes. Obviously, if I had gone in and done my week's shopping at that time, that'd be one thing, but to "greet" someone that way is downright unacceptable. I believe I'll find another grocery store. read more

We live in Baxter, so HT is our "regular" grocery store. The one thing I want to comment about is the take out pizza. I'm from western NY and I love a thick, bready pizza. We usually call in for a take out pie once every couple weeks. The pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. It has a nice tasting sauce, the right amount of cheese and toppings, and a nice doughy texture. And for only $11.99, it can't be beat! Our only wish is that the pizza counter was open past 7pm. read more
