I visited CVS today on the corner of Springfield Parkway and 160. We shop here regularly but will not do so in the future. We went out of our way to shop here for our sick grandchildren meds. The poor guy up front could not get anyone to come assist him and the automated machine would not work properly. He had to void our purchase and so when I attempted to rescan everything it would not credit me the $7. Coupon. He did not know how to fix it and asked for assistance. No one came so he said we had to pay full price. So I did what any other consumer would do. I left everything and went to Walgreens. I really preferred CVS but I guess no more. Bye CVS! read more

When you have chronic illnesses nothing is more important than your pharmacy (and of course docs). 1. This store never fills scripts your doctor sends. They will sit on them for days or leave them so it says "contact your pharmacy " on the refill app. So you do and you sit on hold forever to be told they'll have it ready. 2. The script isn't ready. When you show up so you're asked to return HOURS later. Really? 3. They fill scripts you DO NOT need. I have a crazy expensive script and I'll be damned when that one comes up for renewal - boom it's refilled though I've asked repeatedly that it NOT be filled. Nope - still filled or they call me DAILY asking if I need it. I'm talking personal calls. Gee, thx no but how about referring to #1. I will say - there ARE some very nice people working here and they desperately need more help and another Store in this massively growing area. My rating is based on feeling crappy and then feeling crappier when the pharmacy can't get the stuff to me that's going to exponentially decrease the crappiness I'm feeling from the start. read more

Okay I can clearly see why y'all's reviews are horrible. The pharmacy apparently close at 1:30 daily and reopens at 2pm. Have you ever heard of such nonsense. My suggestion if you value your time go with a different pharmacy. Worst service ever. After spending 2 hrs on the phone with CVS Caremark to get a refill processed I get to the pharmacy to pick it up and it isn't ready. I wait in line another 20 mins to be told to go to the drop off counter. Again wait in line for another 10 mins to be told it will be at least 30 mins before they are ready. Normally there's a long line at the register and only one person working the counter so it was really nice having fast service today. I had to fill and pick up a prescription and they told me it would take half an hour but it was done in 6 minutes. And was able to check out immediately. That was a nice surprise for today read more

This pharmacy never has our prescriptions ready. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to get them filled. We have started going to another CVS further away because they never have anything in a timely matter. If our prescription insurance wasn't through CVS, we would never go into CVS again. This pharmacy is always swamped. Maybe they should have more than 2-3 people working during rush hour on Wednesday. Stay away from this pharmacy if you can. read more

Signed up online for a COVID test, arrived for my appointment to find the testing site closed. Called COVID testing hotline, got the runaround so I called the store. I spoke with a very rude pharmacy tech named Mindy/Mandy, who thought it was okay that the Minute Clinic nurse "must have went home since it's raining so hard." The nurse is supposed to call me tomorrow. I hope I don't drive back here for no rest again. They do not take COVID seriously here. This is a problem. read more

Worst experience ever at the pharmacy. Waiting 2 hours for my prescription while I stood there with my 6yr old daughter and her high temperature. They mixed up insurance cards and were completely unorganized. Received attitudes and unprofessionalism from the employees behind the pharmacy counter. This is not quality healthcare. If I could give zero stars I would. I've used this pharmacy for 20 years and this was the final straw... over a week ago they received a prescription for my 3 month old. The medicine is on backorder, they reached out to the dr for an alternative. When they couldn't reach the dr, instead of calling me, they did NOTHING!!! Their response? Oh well I'm sorry. Yea, right. My nearly 4 month old is losing weight and you're "sorry"? Not only will I no longer use this pharmacy, I'll ensure to tell my tale at every opportunity. read more

What the heck is up with this pharmacy? They literally never have my rx (multiple ones!) and then my rx was supposed to come 3 days ago, and still hasn't arrived. The lines are so long, and they just never have it when they say they will. I'm not even going to waste my time here anymore. read more
