While I have been to this Pharmacy several times to get things like Witch Hazel and Hydrogen Peroxide for projects at work, I had never bought anything like wound dressings of creams. Needless to say, I had no idea where these items would be located withing the store. This CVS is right across the parking lot from the Hospital where the Surgery was performed. Picked her up at the front door and the nursing staff helped her into the car, Drove straight to CVS and parked the car with the A/C running. Went in and rather that my normal hit of miss way of shopping which means I look at everything, I explained what I needed to the clerk at the check out and between her and another employee, I had everything I needed and was checked out and back in the car in less than 5 minutes. Probably did not matter much because the pain med's did not wear off for another 3 hours but we were home in about 20 minutes, and she could rest in the comfort of her own home. Still the helpfulness of the staff was excellent and very appreciated.

As teens, adults often find us annoying and treat us differently as they think we will cause trouble however my friends and I are seniors this year and have always been respectful as we all have jobs in customer service, chick fil a, McDonalds, Panera bread, all of us are aware of good service. And I'm guessing that's what the cashier was thinking "oh no a groups of teens", because and I was about to pay for my stuff and put my number in, the older cashier asked if I would like a bag and I said yes please. She then took my cash payment gave me my change, but did not bag my items. I asked her simply "oh do you have a bag I could use?" And she answered in the most disrespectful tone " I asked you if you wanted one and you said no", I then said "no maam I said yes I would like one" . And then she scoffed at me, bagged my items, dropped the bag infront of me in the counter and called for the next person. No "have a good day", just rolled her eyes. Me and my friends talked about how rude she was for the rest of our outing in Birkdale. As it completely ruined the vibe of the day. So moral of the story please Walgreens watch your employees because it takes only a few words to ruin a day.

Rather than drive back to home in Denver NC and detour out of the way to our normal pharmacy, since it was there, it was easier to just go ahead and stop and pick up the Rx. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store is immaculate and Service is very quick. If I lived or worked closer, this location could easily become my default pharmacy.

We went in for our weekly groceries and came away pretty happy. We found a lot of our familiar name brands and also some great new grocery additions. All the floor associates were helpful and the butcher even knew of our old standby H.E.B. The bogo sale last week was full of great values we took advantage of. We also found their store brands to be of good quality too. The checkout associate and bagger Monica and Mason were super friendly and welcoming! We are looking forward looking next visit!

Friendly and Helpful…read more Stopped in last night to get a new Passport Photo. Excellent service and had my photo in less than 10 minutes all properly sized to State Dept requirement. The photo technician was excellent and she managed to get a decent photo of me that looked better than the one on my Driver's License. All in all, it's a great store and we are in there for something at least once a week. Prices are good compared to the rest in the neighborhood and service is always good.

The pharmacist called and discussed options with me to help with figure finances and doses which I thought was really thoughtful. Considering, they could of just filled the multiple month dosage leaving me a hefty bill. When my prescription was ready I received a text. Super easy. Walked in. Got my stuff. I've never had any issues with customer service here. This CVS is extremely clean and obviously well cared for. They have little trash cans next to the coupon center for those who only want to keep certain coupons. A few CVS stores often look dingy, dark, and creepy while this one is definitely bright and welcoming. They always have items fully stocked. They have great clearance finds too. I definitely come here after the holidays to stock up on candy. The pharmacy is quick and simple whether you are picking up or dropping off from the store or either the drive-thru. If you bring your pet in the drive-thru, they often offer treats.

Once again Taryn made sure to ease my concerns about causing the spill. Again, this particular location is always amazing but staff is 5star.
