The pharmacist and the manager were very well educated on upper viral respiratory illnesses as well as remedies preventatives and the cautions about the vaccines being offered, True informed consent was given. Unfavorably comparing it to CVS where they did not know the first thing about the PCR assay they were using to test for COVID-19, nor do they know much about the injections they were pushing, the current vaccines being offered for COVID-19. My business is going here from now on!

And, your competition doesn't do this. Talking about patients in front of other patients is a violation of HIPAA. And, your competition doesn't do this. I realize there are many staffing challenges. Finally got the flu shot…read more Three CVS locations later, I finally got the flu shot. Not a fan in the first place but this was the third place we went to for our lue shot. After 30 minutes, the CVS in Huntersville could not access our plan because it would not recognize a BCBS advantage plan. Second pharma, computer were down. Same chaing and less than 30 minutes from the above. Next day went to this one and finally got the shot. Only reason I gave it an OK because I had many of the same problems here, they were at least willing to work through the technical problems and get it done. This is in spit of the fact that they had the most traffic. They were the most accomodating. I'm rating the overall experience. The rating tor this store would be higher while the corporate score based on the other two stores, would probably not deserve a star.

I went to the back of the store and and employee responded to me sounding bothered and annoyed that I needed assistance. Immediately Lindsey who was also up front working looked up and immediately walk onto the floor to help me locate the product. She was professional, helpful and clear. She's done this in the past as well. She cares and is an example of truly great customer service. She's an asset to CVS. It's a shame that others do not exhibit the same hospitality and grace to customers. She's special and both beautiful inside and out!!

A big shout-out to the team at Sam's Club in Mooresville, NC!…read more Last Sunday, June 7, after attending our Church's Worship Service, my family and I purchased a bottle of Clinique Happy perfume during our shopping trip. After loading everything into our vehicle, we accidentally left the perfume in the shopping cart and drove away without realizing it. When we discovered what had happened, I called the Customer Service Department hoping there might be a chance it had been found. To my surprise and relief, they told me they had it waiting for us! I want to sincerely thank Amy and Karrie from Customer Service for taking care of the perfume and keeping it safe until we could return. Most importantly, a special recognition goes to Tyler, one of the cart attendants, who found the perfume in the cart and turned it in instead of simply leaving it there. In a world where we often hear negative stories, it's refreshing to be reminded that honesty, integrity, and good people are still all around us. Tyler's actions and the professionalism of the Sam's Club team turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a memorable example of outstanding customer service.
