12/15/25 I was at the store this morning and a cashier at the front was very helpful and kind. She helped me to locate the area I needed to shop for a specific supplement. I went to the back of the store and and employee responded to me sounding bothered and annoyed that I needed assistance. Immediately Lindsey who was also up front working looked up and immediately walk onto the floor to help me locate the product. She was professional, helpful and clear. She's done this in the past as well. She cares and is an example of truly great customer service. She's an asset to CVS. It's a shame that others do not exhibit the same hospitality and grace to customers. She's special and both beautiful inside and out!! read more

The River highway and Williamson Store. After over 20 years of being a faithful customer y wife and I will never visit this store or any CVS again. After waiting over 25 mins at the drive through I got a sh***y attitude from the young man at the window. I asked him to hurry as y wife was running out of oxygen and we needed her meds ASAP. He then said "I am not going to give them to you and if you don't move on I will call the cops!" So I switched the car off and went inside and got the same (or worse) sh^^^y attitude from the Manager/Pharmacist! She also threatened to call the cops! I reported this to their Corporate but don't expect any response - maybe my lawyer will have better luck? I have known many of their employees for many many years and most of them are good people. The young jerk at the window should never be allowed to be in contact with customers and the Manager/Pharmacist? Well she needs to go through another Customer Care program if that exists at CVS read more

Sh@@ty and grumpy pharmacists, HUGE attitude. Even after they admitting a mistake on a refill script request. Even after the pharmacist they I originally spoke to failed at her commitment. The pharmacy manager said she knew exactly who she was and would talk with her. Then, after waiting for 15 minutes, the pharmacist wasn't able to fill script. Then SHE even became arrogant. To top things off, don't fall for they buy one/get one scheme on vitamins. Look them up via a Google search and you will see that CVS marks them up 2x and then sells them at half off. This was my first and last visit to this "ghetto" pharmacy. Rob in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional. He got an attitude because he wanted me to drive around and go to the end of the drive through because my prescription wasn't ready. I told him that I had just left the doctor and really didn't feel like sitting the line again. I had been sitting in the line for at least 40 minutes watching others wait for their prescriptions to be ready (it was taking so long that a couple of cars left). He then became vey belligerent with me and demanded that I move. The other lady in the car with me told him that he was being very rude and if he kept yelling at me that she would start recording him. He then said "you're banned"'and slammed the window. I parked and went inside and spoke to Chris the manager on duty who said "oh Rob is just stressed" to which I replied that I'm stressed too and sick on top of that. Chris basically tried to "sugar coat" Rob's behavior instead of addressing the situation with him. Mind you I had just left med express due to a stomach virus and just wanted to get my meds and go home. His lack of compassion along with the disrespect and unprofessionalism that he exhibited toward me was completely uncalled for. Chris got him to transfer my prescriptions to another CVS across town and I was able to pick them up there without any issues. I will not recommend anyone to use this pharmacy. read more

I must be doing something wrong because I've never really had a problem with the associates here: customers and drug prices at times, but not the druggists, they're pleasant and helpful. Walk in, drive up, no problems either way except for being a CVS, but that's a whole different matter altogether and the primary reason we're at three stars here (I'm just not a fan.) The whole rest of the store is pretty much a drug store and I'll pick up an occasional odd or end while I'm here to save a trip. It's kinda out of the way for me most days, but it's the least out of the way CVS when I'm leaving my doctor's office. Go figure. read more

Finally got the flu shot Three CVS locations later, I finally got the flu shot. Not a fan in the first place but this was the third place we went to for our lue shot. After 30 minutes, the CVS in Huntersville could not access our plan because it would not recognize a BCBS advantage plan. Second pharma, computer were down. Same chaing and less than 30 minutes from the above. Next day went to this one and finally got the shot. Only reason I gave it an OK because I had many of the same problems here, they were at least willing to work through the technical problems and get it done. This is in spit of the fact that they had the most traffic. They were the most accomodating. I'm rating the overall experience. The rating tor this store would be higher while the corporate score based on the other two stores, would probably not deserve a star. read more

The pharmacists are usually rude but today the providers in the minute clinic were very rude and discriminatory against certain peoples needs or paying out of pocket when we have the money . in my experience not professional and not how healthcare is supposed to be ‍. not a good way to conduct business and definitely not going to spend my money there and definitely why they have such a low rating already... read more

I had a great experience at the minute clinic today with Debbie. I came in feeling very sick. She took me in immediately and did some test. She was kind and courteous. I was in and out of there very quickly and went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication, which was already done when my appointment was done. I cannot say enough great things about this CVS and minute clinic location. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Not only have they lied about my prescription, they genuinely do not care about their patients. I have been getting prescriptions here for a long time and I usually do my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. But not this time. I called on Nov 28 to get my re-fill because they can't seem to keep my pill in stock (even though it's been the same prescription for the last 4 years and I've even dropped my dose), I have called to check in every day this week. Yesterday I was told that my prescription would be ready at 11:11pm, so I showed up to pick it up and was told that it wasn't ready. I called this morning and was told that they did not have my medication in stock. Now I'm on day 2 without medication and I gave them plenty of time to get my prescription in. This has become a habit of their and I will be getting my (extremely expensive) prescription else where. Definitely don't get your life saving medication from them. They DONT CARE. read more

CVS Mooresville at Williamson and River Highway. There are many good things about this CVS, HOWEVER, after having my prescriptions with them for YEARS they still randomly do not auto fill on time or at all. They WILL NEVER admit they are in error and will fight with you on the phone and blame you and your doctor when they have not refilled an auto fill. Mine expired after they did not auto refill and I was told I had to call my doctor's office as my doctor declined it twice. When I called my doctor's office they had not received a request from them. Go somewhere else for Rxs but good luck. All of the big ones are terrible and I have been told by friends that Walmart runs out of meds and they have to go without their meds until they are restocked. BAH BAH AND BAH!!! read more

This is the worse pharmacy ever! Drive-thru or in store is slower than molasses in January! Had 2 scripts sent over by Dr yesterday at 1 pm. At 7:30 pm they were still "In Process". I waited for them to finish them so I didn't have to go back again and wanted to start new medication the next morning. They are fast becoming the DREADED CVS! read more

I was just in there to visit the Minute Clinic and was incredibly disappointed. I spent over and hour online and on the phone getting all the info about pricing and what to expect and it was all lies. The Person that was there to supposedly help me was rude and standoffish and did not want to help me. She quickly stated that the price online was not the price I would pay and that she did not have to adhere the pricing that was quoted to me as well as what was on the website. This place is a joke when it comes to healthcare and being helpful. Would not recommend visiting this CVS at all. read more

Stay far away from this pharmacy unless you want to get the wrong prescriptions. Just got a call today saying oh that decongestant that we gave your three-year-old daughter a month ago it might be an anti-seizure medicine. We messed up and labeled something wrong can you bring it back so we can check it? WHAT!?!?!? Lucky for them and her it was the correct medication and the label was wrong. Our insurance forced us to switch to CVS, despite the horror stories we had heard. This CVS is literally disgusting. I truly don't think I've ever seen a worse pharmacy. Their staff members won't even speak to you as they hand you your medicine in the drive-thru. They also didn't card my girlfriend last time she went to pick up one of her meds that should've been carded for. Anyway...we miss Walgreens and Publix pharmacy. read more

this is the most fucked up pharmacy i have ever in my life dealt with!!!! i am going on a week without my meds because some indiviual does not know how to do their job or better yet simply click the submit button for an order! every time i have called i get the same answer truck delivery has not came yet... this will be the last time i deal with this pharmacy its a joke. you are better off buying your meds on the street then waiting on this fucking place. read more

Use your CVS discount card when you fill prescriptions and you can earn discounts on future purchases. We often have earned 25-30% off entire order discounts. The online prescription center is easy to use and much easier than calling the pharmacy or my doctor for refills. They also have a minute clinic at this location. I do like the photo department as well, you can order your prints online and pick them up at the store. They always have some kind of photo deal going on. The in-store photo kiosk is pretty easy to use as well and it is cheaper to use than the online service if you just want to couple of photos made. read more
