My family has been filling our prescriptions at Cannon Pharmacy for over 10 years and although they are not as big as the big box pharmacies they have better prices and impeccable service. If your tired and you don't want to come inside that's perfectly fine, they have a drive up window where pharmacists like Jessica to greet you with a smile and answer all your questions. This pharmacy is terrific. I have chosen this place over the larger pharmacy chains for the following reasons. The prices are much better than most of the chains. Personalized full service. Free delivery. Great home town feel. Friendly staff. The reasons they received three stars out of five, is as of late, they have been severely slipping in every category. I am concerned that they may be getting too large and may be experiencing a demand they cannot handle. There are another few Cannon branches throughout the area, and I am unsure if they are dealing with these same issues for the past few months, but one of the service people on the phone directed me to a nearby Walgreens because they had no idea when they would have my medication in. It is upsetting when you arrive to pick up your prescription and instead of the items you need you get excuses, half an order, a very long wait or a date when they will have the items etc., I have been going to this pharmacy for over three years now, and I am hanging in there trying to give them an opportunity to return to the great pharmacy I know and have depended on in the past, but because this is not a luxury service, but a part of my medical needs, I need this service to be reliable. If it this the new level of service... I will sadly take my business elsewhere. read more

Circle pharmacy is the first pharmacy that truly cares about their clients and they would make sure their medications are safely in their hands and they have necessary meds even if it's late I have had them go out of their way to get me my heart meds because they offered I didn't even have to ask they could tell it was a dire situation and they just wanted to help. Other pharmacies have never done that they've never helped me if I couldn't pay this 3 hours up front for antibiotic this pharmacy has done that for me because I had an infection that was in severe they let me pay a couple days later the $3 coping one time. They also have an exception gone way out of their way for my friends who is not insured that has a heart issue to get his medications he's a new client drive them out to him and make sure that he's safe and healthy and has what he needs even after hours. I'm not saying that they'll do that for you or everybody but when somebody is in a real medical crisis they will do whatever they can to their ability to help you get better and keep you safe over caring about the couple dollars or the copay or whatever they care about the person and their health first it's a rare find and I would recommend them to absolutely everybody over Walgreens. They're even better than Canon was which is crazy because I thought Canada was amazing and would never be beat but they now have them be true care is the boss everybody should transfer hands down read more

Ignore the previous reviewer because first off I can tell she 1) has issues because "new to the area but been hanging around concord for at least a year now. 2) She failed to realize it was toward the end and beginning of the month which means the monthly meds were being prepared for many people which does make the store a bit more hectic but locals know that Cannon is more of a family oriented company compared to other pharmacies. 3) she judges people for her own pleasure. I have read many of her past reviews some seem somewhat valid but she is not a valuable reviewer. Don't trust her review on cannon, the bead lady, and a few others. Now on to my review. Cannon has been wonderful. Make sure you leave yourself extra mine because this is a small store and they are serving hundreds of customers a month. I usually have to go in 2-3 time a month for medicines. They are always very nice and make you feel like a part of the family. They have sent my father a few cards since he got sick last year. They really do care for their customers. They will even help set up a payment plan if you cannot afford your medications, they help with understanding your insurance, medications, how to order certain things you need. They are a wonderful company and I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I have to say I am super impressed with this pharmacy. It's not typical that I would leave a review for a pharmacy but they have just gone above and beyond. I've only used them to fill two prescriptions, special prescriptions. The first one they delivered it for free. The second one, when I forgot to pick it up they called me multiple times to make sure I remembered. They were actually open on a Sunday afternoon and they had dog treats at the drive-through window for my dog who was with me. Very impressed by their follow up and courtesy, and overall promptness. read more

High chaotic stress level environment, way too many people working there everyone tripping over each other. Why does one pharmacy need so many employees? I counted at least 7 pharmacists! That's nuts for one tiny store. They had more pharmacists than target for crying out loud. When you're over staffed it gives a chaotic clustered appearance. If you have any kind of anxiety, ptsd, or get anxious in high stress level environments skip this place because between the staff which all looked like they're in high school, the phones going off and pure chaos your experience will be stressful. I went in there for a quick question and couldn't wait to leave. The girl at the counter a fake bleach blond who looked clueless about life looked disinterested in helping me. You couldn't pay me to ever step a foot into that chaotic place ever again. Choose a more professional, organized and structured pharmacy like rite aid. This is why small businesses never thrive, no structure or organization and hiring young immature staff. You walk in and you'd think it's the end of the world or something. Cut your staff in half, have someone answering the phones as soon as it goes off so it's not ringing and ringing and get organized because with large competitors out there like Walgreens across the street, rite aid and target I don't see why any local would choose a business like this with rude and immature staff. I'll keep my business at Riteaid their pharmacists are extremely professional, it's a way less stressful experience and the employees are not all kids. read more

I love their personalized service and free delivery options. That part is great. The part I have issue with is when you are trying to reach a pharmacist or when 5 different people call you verifying the same information the last person did. I think they lack efficiency of late, which may be due to their growth. That is really the only complaint I have about them though. They are very friendly and personable, much more than most large retail chains. read more

We have been using Cannon Pharmacy for a while now. We recently came in to purchase something for our new daughter, but there was an issue with our insurance that made it so that they could not bill our insurance. Instead of making us pay out of pocket until the insurance could be ironed out they gave us the medicine up front said they will work out the insurance on the back end. To me this small gesture just goes to show you that when they say 'Life is easy here" they really work hard to make sure it is true. You won't get this level of service from any of the national chains. read more

Wow, I never knew a pharmacy experience could be so easy! I was so fed up with Walgreens and hated going there, my prescriptions were never ready on time. I was hesitant to turn to a local independent pharmacy because I didn't know if they'd offer everything the chains do but my mind was changed instantly the day I turned to Cannon Pharmacy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My prescription was ready in no time at all and David, the pharmacist who assisted me spoke to me about how to take it correctly. I have never had that happen before, what service! I can see why they say "life is easy here"..what a pleasurable experience! So glad to be a part of the Cannon Pharmacy family! read more
