Because the girl at the front said, "Hello" when I walked in, everything is crazy clean, there are Petey's Bing beverages here, and the Frozen section sign has icicles (very cool). I was only here because I was getting my car serviced at the nearby AAA and didn't want to sit around. I need to move. This led to trips inside: Marshall's, Petco, Bagel Bin (plain with butter), Target (two visits), Old Navy, and Harris Teeter. One of our local Harris Teeters but very good. We have at least 5 Harris Teeters within a short driving distance so we don't come to this one often because the other 4 or either closer or where we normally shop This one is a typical Harris Teeter and I don't mean that in a negative connotation. This store is well stocked, friendly and cooperative service and well run. Only reason we went to this store this day is that we were shopping other stores in the vicinity. I really love this harris teeter because of the shopping plaza. This plaza is conveniently located off of the Sam Furr exit in Huntersville NC. The plaza has a Lowe's and a target along with many other local business . The store itself is very easy to navigate . This store has great wine selection and awesome prices on dutchess crab legs. Let me tell you , you can not beat the 8.99 a pound honey ( run to the store and get you some.) Today I was checked out by a young lady name Nyia, she was very kind . Harris Teeters is your high-end grocery shopping experience in the CLT. It is pricier than the other supermarket chains in the area but HT does have a decent selection, clean stores, and excellent customer service. Atmosphere - Clean, bright, well organized, friendly, helpful. Prices - Higher than most when regularly priced (e.g. 12 pack coke $6.19; 1/2 gal 2% Milk $2.29). Strongly recommend signing up for VIC. Selection - Produce here is always top notch and the number of brands of other items is abundant, especially high-end. Strangely, I find this is a great place to look for wines, as the selection is decent and they have a wine club that affords you discounts. Overall - HT is a place I go to when looking for that unusual item or I know they have some great special going on. Tip: HT does not seem to issue as many fliers as the others (in fact, I do not remember ever getting one since I moved to Cornelius, which is odd as there are two HTs in less than two miles of each other on the same road AND I live less than 3 miles from either), with that I recommend signing up for their e-VIC http://www.harristeeter.com/promotions/weekly_specials.aspx This will send you email of specials, which can be quite good. read more

Just moved here a few days ago and this is the closest grocery store near our apartment it's right next to target and a few other store. Although there's plenty of parking this grocery store is open 24 hours. They do have their own brand and name brands as well. I wish they would have more option on certain sugar free products. They do have some good deal and occasional samples. I find that some of their stuff here are expensive especially some of the spices. read more

Harris Teeter is about as good as it gets in Charlotte among the major chains as long as your not throwing in places like Fresh Market, Earth Fare, etc. Clean, good selection of whatever your looking for including a reasonable amount of specialty items. The seafood counter is ok, not great but, that just speaks to the greater Charlotte area. Where oh where is the decent seafood other than Clean Catch on Selwyn? Veggies are usually fresh and plentiful. All in all, pretty pleased to have a HT around the corner! read more

TERRIBLE!!! They delivered to my current address but I noticed I'm missing 3 bags after she left. I called Harris Teeter and they said they would deliver missing bags. After an hour later, I call them back and they tell me she delivered to my old address and my missing bags would be delivered to my current address. Two hours later still nothing. I call Harris Teeter and they said it's late and basically blamed me that THEIR system didn't update with my new address. Remind you that my original delivery was to my current address so I updated correctly. I was charged for missing items. No refund. No delivery of missing items. We went to this "24/7" Harris Teeter at 11:58 they (Courtney) came over the intercom & said they were closing in two minutes, we went to the register and the attendant Courtney (who had her groceries in hand ready to leave, she punched out before we left the store & walked out with us) rushes us to leave the store and was super rude about the "closing time" I have shopped at Harris's teeter since I was 3 now I'm 30 and I have never once left a review or felt so unwelcome for me to spend my hard-earned money, mind you in 2 mins we spent $40 with our Vic card. read more

Make sure you check the date in the eggs, milk , yogurt and cheese. They always have a problem with out of date dairy items.

I typically like Harris Teeter but had a recent experience that just ticked me off. My infant son loves balloons and we went to ballon counter and asked the girl if they "give kiddie balloons like Publix does?" She replied, "we used to, but don't anymore due to the helium shortage." HUH?? IS SHE FOR REAL? Not only did she sound absolutely ridiculous she had an attitude about it too! Harris Teeter has some SERIOUS competition with Publix and with something as small as a little balloon to make a kid happy they should have better customer service. Harris Teeter you better step up your game! I'll be shopping at Publix from now since my kid has fun there and they absolutely cater to their guests. They don't appear to be affected by the "helium shortage". LOL read more

This store is ok, but the lady at the fish counter has a huge attitude. When most people get salmon, they ask for the skin to be removed. Too much work for this lady. Be prepared for a dirty -- and check out Publix. read more

I've been trying for two days to pickup my medication. My fault for not checking the website for the pharmacy hours but Saturday they shutdown from 2-230p for break. Understand, but at 240p they were not open and another customer had been waiting shortly before 2p, so I left. On Sunday, I arrive at 1245p as their posted hours were 11a-5p. Nope, today they decided to open at 1p because it's Easter Sunday even though the store was open much earlier. When I talked to the patronizing manager he informed me that the new hours were posted at the entrance. I told him that it should have been posted at the pharmacy if they had special hours. I also asked why the pharmacy had special hours and not the entire store? Was told due to Easter. Really?!? If you all were so concerned about Easter, why are you even open? Why do your pharmacy employees get special treatment? Well, we will move our prescriptions and grocery shopping to another store. Good riddance. read more

I love the fact that it is a twenty four hour Harris Teeter. This makes it convenient for late night or early morning runs to the store. The pharmacy has decent hours, and they are always friendly. They have remodeled the store within the past year. read more

Store is under renovation and just opened a pizza kiosk. They have been advertising $7.99 pizzas as a Monday special, "make Monday night pizza night." I stopped by on Monday after work to get a pizza for family and only 1 person was working in pizza kiosk and there was a 2 hour wait for a pizza. They also sell pizza by the slice but they were completely out. read more

I just wanted to say how wonderful this Harris teeter is. Today I got a cake for a friends bday. There writing was kind of messy on it so I asked the manager if they could re write it. They did and the writing again didn't fit on it. So they gave me a large cake for the price of the small one and re did it a third time. They were super friendly and attentive too. So nice to have good people working in customer service especially nowadays. They really made my day. Also the 3rd shift crew is just wonderful. They always help ring me up even if it's in the self check out area. The two night women and the guys that stock are just great. They know me by name and always help me find whatever I need. One night I dropped a Gatorade and it spilled everywhere. They cleaned it right up and told me it's ok accidents happen. They're just the friendliest . I love going there.
