This is one business that, in my opinion, is getting it right. Not only do they have unique seasonal choices and great produce.... Their prices are competitive. Most things are sustainably sourced. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They demo the items for opportunities to taste the offerings and discover things you like. There are spices, wine, artesian breads, flowers, candy and dessert. You also get a discount for bringing your reusable bags. The prices are always clearly displayed along with descriptions of the items. The checkout lines move quickly. Parking can be a bit daunting.... Saturday is [the] worst day to go. I hope they will open one in Concord, NC. I have been in Trader Joe's across the country. You can believe the hype! They are my favorite place to shop for food.

I love Trader Joe's. I've been to many locations. I walked into this location to pick up some wine with my boyfriend (side note: we drove 15 minutes from home to come here for wine; it's amazingly cheap and the quality of wine is on point).... anywho, main reason for this review is to shout out Billy. What a kind soul. Having recently moved from Denver, everyday has been interesting to say the least. Transitioning to new surroundings is never easy. I guess Billy felt my vibe haha, because shortly after checking out, he told me to go grab some flowers and he would take care of it. That really made my day. I won't forget this. Kindness still exists, good people still exist. Thank you again! Currently on the way home to drink up this wine!

Oh, Trader Joe, you had me at Hello! Fresh Flowers! Fresh Produce! Specialty Products! And Cheap Alcohol! What's not to love? Currently, I'm totally in love with TJ's skin care line, Nourish! Yes, I buy my skin care products at a grocery store! I use the Microdermabrasion Scrub, Hyaluronic Moisture Boost Serum and Antioxidant Facial Serum. The serums are in my daily skin care regime and I use the scrub every couple weeks. The scrub is so affordable, I also use it on my elbows & heels. I never leave TJ's without a fresh bouquet or two! There's always a few items in fresh produce that grab my eye, too! And what's a trip to Trader Joe's if you don't get a couple bottles of wine? Unsuccessful, if you ask me! I love that TJ's strives to get fair trade & sustainably sourced products! Their specialty items offer opportunities to try new foods! I love Trader Joe's!

And of course I had to get some fresh flowers .

I just LOVE me some TJ'S bka Trader Joe's. The Staff is always super friendly, the store is always clean and neat which makes for a better shopping experience. This trip was for wine, hummus, sausage and flowers...what a night right TJs always has a different variety of health food options that are reasonably priced and always delicious. Loyal custome for sure.

I enjoyed shopping at Trader Joe's because you can find unusual fines here and that's always a plus, but although they have fresh fruits and vegetables they can sometimes be a bit pricey. I love how Trader Joe's caters to the season and tries to enhance that particular theme, for example they had beautiful fall decorations at the entrance of the store with a nice array of pumpkins and hanging decor. My favorite find this week was a Rosemary deluxe mixed nut assortment and a big oversize bottle of Champagne; these items are seasonal and we have to grab them while they last.

    Good stuff!

Color me impressed! I went out of my way shop here today. I was looking for a hard-to-find item(they didn't have it) and I found a lot of neat things that I wanted to take home with me. The store is very clean. There's an employee next to the shopping carts diligently cleaning every cart as they come available. Inside, the place is well lit, nicely organized, and has a great atmosphere. The employees were friendly. They had a huge wine selection. They had an entire refrigerated dedicated to cheeses from around the world. I bought several spices from their copious selection of different offerings. They had some great looking fresh fruit. They had jellies that you won't find anywhere else locally. Checkout was easy and painless. I didn't buy more because I wasn't going straight home to my refrigerator. I will be back soon!

Trader Joe's is one of the best markets and I shop here quite often! There is always a variety of options for whatever you are looking for. From produce, to meats, to wines, to health products. There is always a good supply of items in stock and available. The prices of the products is also super competitive and cheap, which makes this place a steal! They even do tastings and events in-store! To say the staff is friendly and helpful is an understatement! There is never a time when the staff is not helping you out, asking what you need, or what they can do for you. The parking lot can be a little challenge, but you always find parking. The experience inside the store makes up for the parking!

I asked for a Turkey, bacon and cheese sub. He goes to say, "oh that's extra meat". I asked, how? Then went to say that I've never been told that and I'm there often. The guy continues on with his reasonings. I was lost and confused by this time. So, I let him know that I didn't mind paying for what I wanted. That was just some new info to me. He started going about how not charging affects his bonus pay and this that and the third. I didn't ask him for any of that info. Carried out so bad, he ended up burning up the bacon. I kindly let him know he burned my bacon. He picks it up and look at it. I replied again, "it's burned, I don't want it"... Trying to be nasty and look, bacon turned out to be useless. Hopefully "he's" paying for it, smh. And I doubt that he will. I never want to encounter him ( older, black American guy) again.'Never had that problem with anyone else. Sometimes the line can be extra long or there's been a time when they were out of white bread(but the young guy, took care of that for me)... This guy was rude, too old to carry the situation out like he did. I was fresh off work, tired and all(still in uniform). I had no time for that type energy. I was trying to grab dinner and get home. That's it and that is all. I work in an executive kitchen in Uptown, we please and take care of our customers. I would do the same and give the same energy even if it was QT, Subway and any other place. I ended up purchasing the sub as well as a pack of Oscar Myers fully cooked bacon strips( again I do not mind, paying for what I want). The service and experience was horrible. He needs to stay off front line. Especially tell me, the customer... "If I don't charge, it affects my bonus. Go get who usually serves you and I'll tell them too. See, I don't mind. They must not know"... ... Pissed me off, so UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm sure the few who were behind me in line heard him also. They ended up walking away.

Parking garage is connected to The Francis apartments and the parking is on the first floor. Make sure you follow the signs and not the ones to the hotel/ apartments like I did. Shopping experience was really nice as it always is at Whole Foods. This location seemed smaller and the employees definitely do a ton of shopping for pick up orders so that could get in your way. Items are often out of stock, and it's not always predictable what will or won't be available, which makes it hard to rely on for regular shopping. The takeaway bar can also be hit or miss--many times items are unavailable, and when they are, some of the hot bar items can be on the dry side. The cut fruit has also been inconsistent--either underripe or overripe, with very little in between. Overall, great quality when everything is stocked and fresh, but consistency (both inventory and prepared items) needs improvement.

I worked/lived in Northern Va for 15 years and would drive distances to do my grocery shopping there. BUT, this location is without a doubt THE most challenging location. For many reasons. The store lay out is like a jig saw puzzle. In no way does it follow the layout of all the other stores I've been to. The WORST part is the entry/exit and parking. Most every time I've been, there is always a near miss with someone pushing a cart with everything but groceries in the driveway entrance/exit. The most recent experience is why I finally decided to post this review as a WARNING. Beware, there are people who act as though they are trying to get hit. You can draw your own conclusions as to why but it's a fact. Yesterday, this person is approaching the entry crossing pushing a cart. I'm making a right turn off Central into the lot. We make eye contact, they stop as I inch closer into the entry way...then they STOP right in the middle of the crossing and act like they are pulling up their PANTS off the ground. There are vehicles behind me on the horn because they can't see what's going on. It's a highly dense, intense traffic location. On every side there are pedestrians, cyclers, dog walkers and people pushing carriages.
