Don't recommend this Walgreens at all. This store is dirty and the shelves are always half empty. The pharmacy is slow AF, they always lose people's medicine and then all the employees have to help look for it which makes everyone else in line have to wait longer. They also don't order your medication and don't contact you to let you know what's going on. I have been waiting two weeks for an Rx to be filled and finally just transferred it to the Walgreens on Providence to be filled. read more

I hate to give negative report. But this walgreen on Freedom isn't a nice location. The pharmacy service is not reliable, nor responsible to my prescription that had given me bad experiences. Either drive thru or in store service is good. Perhaps they don't have enough staff or they don't like their job. Unless you've all your time, don't come here nor the one on Little Rock Rd. Absolutely the worst staff ... they lie about your prescriptions and doesn't communicate anything to you.

The pharmacy is so slow. They have 7 people back there and there no one using the other 2 registers. No one is being helped. Each customer take about 10 minutes to take care of them I was in here for 30 mins and the line only have like 10 people read more

Look I get it - pharmacies can be a difficult place to work - you deal with sick people at high volumes, but that is no reason for poor service. Already have had a hell of a day for pharmacies so I called this place to ensure they had my script in stock and to confirm a timeline for pickup. I am told on the phone - yes ma'am give us 20 mins. I show up 40 mins later to be told the script is out of stock. Luckily the tech was very gracious and called it into another location. However, come on - why lie on the phone? I wasted 40 mins of my day that could have been better used on something more productive if the person who I spoke with on the phone would have actually checked the script instead of being a yes man. read more

The worst pharmacy I ever been to in my entire f***g life. Everyone is rude. They never answer the phone. No sense of urgency or care at any times ever. I don't know how it hasn't been overhauled yet. I'd rather drive in 5 o clock traffic on 77 to go to a different pharmacy than ever go here again. I do not put bad reviews unless I feel slighted. I am under the weather, came in to purchase Sudafed and some water. Any who I was scrambling through the aisle, finally found it and next to the Sudafed there was a generic version called "Wal- Fed". I wanted to know if it was comparable being that it was generic brand. I went to the Pharmacist being that it's their job to know or at least give some sort of suggestion. The cashier by the name of Kesha rudely explained the only difference is one is generic and the other is the brand name, which as anyone with common sense knows that. I realized she would not be so helpful, so I just thanked her and walked up to the front to buy in which at that time the front cashier redirected me back to pharmacist. It's clear Kesha was not in the mood today. It's so important when you are customer facing that you put on a smile regardless to appear like you want to assist. read more

Had $70 of baby formula and mucinex that was supposed to be delivered by doordash over a month ago, and it still says out for delivery, the driver took the items, walgreens will not help, and my credit card denied the claim. My daughter went down to the walgreens, and they said they would investigate it,.... nothing. so I am out the money, she did not get her items, and the doordash driver is the winner. My wife has asked me over and over to change Walgreens but I keep coming to this one. So I went in to pick up meds that I pick up every month. I was told I could not get one because I got a 90 Day supply last month. I told her to check the computer because my insurance wont approve a 90 day supply. I guess she was upset that I was right and just threw my meds up on the counter I had three scriprs plus I bought two other items and she did not give me a bag. After paying and asking for a bag she once again threw my change on the counter with the receipts falling on the floor. Very poor attitude. Yes it's time to find another pharmacy. I like this Walgreens, always really nice staff and plenty of great seasonal stuff to pick through. I haven't used the Pharmacy as of yet but it is pretty close to my house so I font see why I wouldn't since they have the drive thru. My only complaint I guess you would call it is the general area. Can be dicey at night and there seems to be plenty of transient folks hanging out in the parking lot. read more

Had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with a RUDE, SARCASTIC cashier Saturday, November 29, 2014. I simply wanted to receive all the coupons that I was supposed to receive for the products that I purchased. She RUDELY said, " I'm not going to let any customer ruin my day" when I asked for a refund for the products that I didn't receive the coupons for that I should have. While waiting on the manager, the ANGRY cashier wouldn't shut her mouth. She was ranting and raving like a 2 year old baby. read more
