They are always out of photo paper. They don't send notifications either. Drink cooler is always empty.

This is my local Walgreens frequent to get meds and other essentials. Pretty clean and the drive thru is pretty quick.

Incredibly rude pharmacist. i scheduled an RSV vaccination. The pharmacist denied me service saying it was only approved in Maryland for people over 70. I showed her Walgreens own page that said otherwise. She just became belligerent. I have since confirmed with both Maryland Health and the CDC website that the pharmacist was incorrect. Use the Severna Park location instead. read more

I've tortured myself by using this Walgreens for almost four years now, because it's around the corner from my house. I'm finally done. After countless mishaps, poor customer service experiences, and prescription delays, tonight was the last straw. I arrived at the drive thru to pick up a prescription that my doctor sent in nearly a month ago...that day, I received a text that it was out of stock. That's fair. Three weeks go by and no update...and then, four days ago, I get the magic text that my Rx is ready for pickup. Great! I didn't have time to get it, so I got the follow-up "are you still planning to pick this up?" text 2 days ago. I replied affirmatively. Why then did the pharmacy tech tell me that my prescription would not be ready until tomorrow? He claimed that there was an insurance issue. I am fortunate to have incredible insurance, so I'm thinking any insurance issue would be this pharmacy's fault. I politely asked why I could not receive it tonight, and he said that it wasn't ready...and that I could park my car and wait inside or come back tomorrow. This Walgreens sits at the corner of slow and incompetent. I'd rather drive out of my way to give my business to a pharmacy that doesn't suck as profoundly as the Walgreens at Bay Dale Drive does... read more

I loved coming here when it was a Rite Aid and was sad when it converted into a Walgreens. But, the same great staff continues to work here so we keep coming back. Some of the prices are high but it's a clean and well organized store. There's a drive thru pharmacy that gets very busy so we tend to come off peak. They carry all the good stuff, like ice cream, art office supplies and greeting cards. read more

I have used this place for the location convenience. However Marwa is the absolute worst individual to deal with. I had a medication filled on 5/8 and I picked it up on 5/10. This was to last me 30 days on my notes. My doctor called in a refill early after my appointment and the pharmacist refused to fill it. My doctor again reached out and told them to fill it that it was correct to do. Pharmacist still said no it's too early. I obviously got upset since this all happened on a friday and I could not reach out to my doctor again. The pharmacist has now discharged me from their store. Marwa is not my doctor or my insurance company. Her job is to fill medications sent in by the doctor. Do better. Do not go here. Waste of time and energy. read more

I only go here is absolutely unavoidable. They are woefully understaffed, since there is no self check out, grabbing one or 2 simple things takes FOREVER . It's no fault of the person behind the counter. It never fails 3 or 4 ppl in front of me have check out issues, most recently an older lady trying to use her FSA card to buy OTC products... which was denied & she was insisting the store can fix it.... They can't. I had a migraine setting in. The pharmacy... the pharmacists are so rude & judgmental. The store isn't stocked very well either. Go to CVS up the street whatever extra minute or 2 you spend driving there, you'll save 10xs over not standing in line. By FAR the worst pharmacy/store I've ever been. Since the new ownership took over a few years ago... I avoid this place as much as possible. read more

Locked the doors 15 minutes early. I just wanted a bottle of NyQuil and I would have been in and out in 3 minutes. I was also going to pay with a card so I wouldn't mess up a counted register. What's the point in being open late if they're not going to follow their posted hours? read more

I wanted to pickup a prescription at drive thru. I waited 45 minutes and there were still 4 cars in front of me which meant 1 more hour. I left and returned next day and waited 45 more minutes for 3 cars. I was afraid I wouldn't get to window before 1:30 closure for lunch. Called to see if they would serve me since I waited for 45 minutes and was told I could sit at window till they got back at 2:00. Actually they did not deserve 1 star. read more

This pharmacy is a disgrace. Disorganized, incompetent, and completely indifferent. After an incredible wait time for a scheduled Covid19 vaccination, the appointment wasn't on "the list" of the uncaring clerk so I was advised to start the registration process all over again. I will NEVER deal with this place again, in any capacity. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. I've gone there 4 times and each time they are out of my medicine. At one point they couldn't even find my prescription. In the same breath they claim they had to wait for my insurance to approve it. If you want your prescription in a timely manner my suggestion is to go to a different place. I have always seen bad reviews of this place and no I can see why. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more
