The brand of tires were "Yokohama Geolandar" to be installed by Walmart service center. The appointment was for 9 am. I waited in their service center 1 hour & 15 minutes, before they pulled my vehicle in the Bay area. I ask, why someone having an appointment, was it necessary for them to wait over an hour. Their response was, because "we had to wait for the 10 am guy to arrive." At this point the service tech told me I needed a key to take the lugs off. Well, I had the vehicle for 11 years and no one ever ask me for a key. My vehicle is a Lexus RX 350. In the past I've taken it to Lexus dealership and they never ask for a key, presumingly they had a universal or master key that would fit many vehicles. Well, Walmart stated they didn't have keys and could not get the lugs off to install the tires. Needless to say, I took my 4 tires packing them in my truck went a half block down the street to "J's Tires" on Patapsco Ave. They took the lugs off the rims, mounted, balanced and installed my new tires too. My tires look great, installed by "J's Tires" and do not recommend going to Walmart Arbutus for any auto service needs.
