After being ran around for a prescription by the staff not finding my prescription in their system, but another Walgreens could, they didnt order the medication because they didnt have my medical coverage card, of which they didnt ask for it or say they needed it to order the prescription. Now on my 3rd visit try8ng to get this prescription I have to come back a 4th time to possibly get it. Horrible. Glad it's not life or death meds. Come here if you want to be frustrated. read more

Walgreen Baltimore National Pike, poor service, lack of professionalism from the pharmacist to the cashier in the Pharmacy Department. I waited in the drive thru for approximately 15 minutes with no response from staff. I went in to the store and there was only one customer in front of me. Third visit to the pharmacy in a week because the prescription was not ready. I called the pharmacy three days ago but when I arrived at the pharmacy was instructed that I needed to wait about 45 minutes because the prescription wasn't ready. Make it make sense. Poor communication from the pharmacist to the cashier. Ongoing problem at this location. read more

Terrible pharmacy. They are so under staffed that they have closed the drive through. I ended up transferring my family's prescriptions to CVS. Right now it looks like they have all new staff behind the counter that don't know how to use the registers. Yikes. read more

Store is completely useless. Digital conversion services are advertised online. When I went to the store to purchase the services the self service kiosks did not work. The associates were unable to offer any assistance. What is the the point of having a store with employees when they can't actually offer assistance. read more

Why have a drive thru if you never want to have it working or open..I was there b4 xmas 2024 And it was broken then. However, I overheard one of the employees state that it was not broken only the. Register near the drive thru was broken.. I see that there are four registers at this location one at the drive thru, In 3 up front, only 2 are being used by other employees in one that directly behind the drive through is never being used. Why can't the person just swing right around and use that register instead of inconveniencing? People didn't have them get out their car income inside, especially when it's cold or wet when we can use the driverthru.. The lines aren't extremely longer now that they don't want to open the drive thru. When I come in. I always see one lady cleaning or restocking. Two people one registered in two people refilling prescriptions.... This place is ridiculous..i was never an original customer here. My original pharmacy closed in automatically transferred my information to this pharmacy. I'm thinking about being inconvenient and traveling further out to another pharmacy because this is ridiculous. I gotten email stating my prescription was ready on january 2nd, I want to get it on Sunday. But the line was ridiculous so I went back today right before. They came back from lunch a little late.., She of course, dated that it was not ready. However, the email said it was then. They said they had to call my doctor I set there and wait it and wait it... Finally, I got tired. They never came back to confirm that they got in touch with my doctor I had to get up and ask them. They said that they had to fill it now. I was using this location because the drive-thru pick-up for the pharmacy was convenient. I'm transferring my prescriptions to CVS now because this location is incompetent, under-staffed and unprofessional. You call the pharmacy to get an update on why a prescription has an issue and get placed on hold for 6 minutes and then hung up on and have to call back again. CVS had tried for two days to initiate the transfer and was having the same issue. I called the store manager to resolve this and get my transfer started. I was given to someone in the pharmacy who didn't realize I was transferring out of Wlagreens and bad-mouthed CVS saying they never usually call to handle the transfer. When I corrected him and offered to dial CVS in to get the transfer started, he said he couldn't because their meal break started in 4 minutes and he could take down the information and do it later. read more

Very poor service in pharmacy for last 2 weeks 3 occasions, doctor could not get thru , we could not get thru. Hung up on, disconnected etc. Left on eternal hold. With no apology or anything. They don't care it was the worst service I have ever had. The mgr tried to help of the store she really did. But the employees and the pharmacist just don't care. I also assume corporate does not either cause they have not responded. Do not go to this very dirty non caring store. Very poor. read more

So I go in to pick up a prescription with my temporary Club Card Member number because, after 4 weeks, they haven't sent me my card yet, and the genius working the window can't figure out how to enter it into the system. She tells me I need to return home and print out my "entire email" because she can't access my "account information." So I return home, waste my paper and ink and gasoline, and when I return to the store, after cooling my heals for several minutes, the pharmacy manager tells me the girl didn't know how to enter the number into the system and that she had shown her how to do it. Well, DUH! It never occurred to Dr. Einstein's sister to actually ASK someone how to do it? This ain't rocket surgery, folks. Then, when I got home, I called up customer service to find out where my card was, and I got someone whose Spanish accent was so thick I could hardly understand her. She gave me some nonsense about her supervisor "reaching out" to me at some unknown time in the future. I then hung up and called again, and this time spoke to someone whose native language was English and she arranged to have another card sent out immediately. Now was that really so hard? read more

Tonight was it for me, the drive-thru pharmacy sealed the deal for me. There have been a few courteous and attentive employees over the years. Unfortunately, they are far outnumbered by terrible ones. A little before 10 pm on 2/8, I dropped off my prescriptions and a young man in the white coat assisted me. He was very polite, attentive, and even offered to check my copay amounts without me asking. I was surprised when I got the alert saying my prescriptions were done in about 40 mins. It was all downhill from there. I sat in the drive thru for a ridiculously long time, without so much as a "good evening, we'll be right with you." I watched as a young lady who didn't appear to have a uniform on, went about filling prescriptions without so much as a glance in my direction. I saw another staff person was assisting a customer inside, so I waited then quickly honked my horn to get the female employee's attention. She finally came, sais she would be right with me, then csme back a few minutes later, but it was too late. I was the only car in the drive-thru lane and the one customer inside left before I was acknowledged. One time when it was my turn to be serviced, I sat in the drive-thru thru for over 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. It took quickly honking my horn several times over 5 more minutes just to get someone's attention. I left a message for yhe manager that time, but clearly this is par for the course at this location. Never, ever, ever again. Not this Walgreen's or any other locations. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever gone to. There's been times where I've waited in line with 3 people in front of me for 20 minutes because the staff are so clueless. I've seen people give their names and their medications not in the boxes with everyone else's but sitting on the floor. I'd avoid going here. read more

The only thing I like about this Walgreens is that it's close to my house to get my prescriptions. There is a dark skin chick in the pharmacy area with braid knots who always look and act like customers getting their medicine is a hassle for her my thing is if you hate your job that much find one you like. There have been times when I gotta pick up my best friends meds after they text and say it's ready and I burn gas getting there and "SURPRISE BITCH" they not really ready. FML read more

Last night we visited the dreaded line at Walgreens. It is bad one one employee makes the task so bad. The one lady at the counter was able to pint and snap that finger at customers very well. Never helping the client just snap finger tell them to go wait or get back in line. Then oh it 9pm I'm off and just leave. Never explaining what mess she made out of the 9 people waiting in line. One man had an rx dropped off at noon. it was 9 pm and still not filled. Another woman was given the meds and the liquid needed added after she waited 20 min for it. Again snapped her finger told her she had to wait in the back of them line and come back and get it. Walgreens needs to do something about the employee that works until 9 on Tuesday night on 6/11. read more

If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would. I have been picking up my prescriptions here for two years and have had issues with, the wait time, the attitude of most of the staff in the pharmacy and just the general lack of any sort of professionalism. read more

I've always had good experiences at this Walgreen Pharmacy. They at very knowledgeable and attentive when I visit the pharmacy and have gone out of their way to fill a prescriptions stat that my doc has called in when I was ill. read more

The photo center/screens are always down and the customer service is limited to who ever feels like assisting a customer at that time

First, you said you would contact my doctor to get a refill on my prescription, and then lied about that. Then, when I arranged for the refill (to make up for the missing pills from the Odenton Walgreens), you only gave me a partial refill. Hello? What part of counting don't you get? The only way I would ever trust you to fill my prescription is if I could each pill before leaving the store. I would not get prescriptions filled here. read more

I'd never forget when I had purchased a phone card and asked to return it and swap it for another after I realized the lady behind the counter gave me the wrong card. I hadn't scratched or used the card because it wasn't the one I had needed. The African lady cursed me out in her language and told me she wasn't going to exchange it and that I should of checked when she gave me the calling card. Lied and said no manager was in and finally another cashier can and exchanged the card for me after they heard the arguing. The 1 star is for the employee not the Walgreens itself read more

I had the worst experience at walgreen's today, I got carded for gift cards that I paid for with my credit card that had my picture on it. The stupid manager ask to see my drivers license and the bank card I was using. All black people are not corrupt. I called corporate and they ask me did I look young, I told her ma'am wth, so I'm going to say this, don't racial profile me when I work all day 40 plus hours a week, watch me take my business elsewhere over thousands of dollar spent on percriptions etc. and I will sell my fucking stock too. Walgreens is the worst and this, an amazingly i just got a call from corporate columbia md office, telling me they do that to protect their customers, FOH, get a security guard at the store. Thats is BS...the soap is locked up along with body wash etc. FUCK walgreen's. I will be pulling my business from that locations. I had two transactions the first one no id or drivers license was required, the second one the manager ask for ID and Drivers License. So you didn't do your research before you called me for the record all African Americans are not fraudulent.
