Now, it just so happened that my friend had purchased a bottle of Rosemary infused olive oil a mere half-hour ago. A drizzle of this turned these dry potatoes into something of a revelation, but I really shouldn't have had to doctor the meal I pay for with outside condiments to make it truly enjoyable. My friend enjoyed a hamburger with caramelized onions that was cooked precisely to her order and she enjoyed it a great deal. So, clearly, not all menu items needed as much help.
