My main home is in Annapolis. My id does not reflect my current address because I have a change of address card provided by the mva showing my address. This is exactly what we got at Arnold Professional Pharmacy. They are able to compound which has been especially helpful with young children. If there's ever something we need to talk through with the pharmacist, they are thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. To me, they have been a great extension of our healthcare team for our family. I have never felt any kind of pressure or discomfort here as a customer. The service here is top notch: the staff knows everyone by first name, they're incredibly courteous and conscientious, and if they can't fill a prescription for you they will work diligently to find a pharmacy close by who can. They also understand that insurance can be tricky and the cost of maintaining health in America presents its own challenges, so while they can't dictate the cost of medications, they try to make it as easy and as painfree as humanly possible to get what you need. They also have a solid selection of other things you might need in a pinch and are super knowledgeable about the pros and cons between different brands / products. Not to mention they also have little things like a section dedicated to the community featuring books from local authors. I respect that a lot. When people talk about the benefits of choosing smaller local businesses over bigger companies, I immediately think of places like this little pharmacy. My experience here is that they really care about their backyard and those of us who live here.

When I turned into their drive I saw their lot had not been plowed !! I could not pull out, since there was a car behind me. A 6 inch ice block was in middle of lane the whole way into parking lot. It scraped the bottom of my Tesla. Also the whole lot was full of snow. I told the pharmacist they should not have been open, since the their road and parking lot were a severe hazard. They said they were waiting for their plow contractor to show up, It would have been easy to text their customers with prescriptions and tell them not to come to store until lot was plowed.
