He told me my meds would be ready in half an hour. I came back the next day and they were never filled. Why were they never filled? Because they didn't have them in stock. Something he should've been able to notice when he told me they would be ready in 30 minutes. I had to come back and wait even longer to get some answers from a different pharmacist. They've filled the wrong medication. I went through the drive thru today because I can't stand in those lines for that long. I waited a long time, but I had a book. When she finally got to me, she told me that they hadn't filled the medication and there was no record of me ever being there. I've been going to this pharmacy for over a decade. She asked me to come inside to figure it out. I did. Turns out she misspelled my last name. Of course she didn't double check the spellings. This used to be a perfectly fine pharmacy, but I simply can't waste hours of my life doing other people's jobs for them. And the real kicker is that everyone who works there doesn't care that they're wasting your time and failing to do basic due diligence. You'd think this place is run by children.
