(I really needed that this morning.) I paid for my item at the self-checkout, but I also needed to pick up an online order. Tabitha helped me with my online order, made sure I was scanned out & bid me a great day. Everything about my experience at this location was fantastic!! Thank you, Tabitha!

Almost 99% of the comments and reviews on here are about them and "poor service." That is not the case at all. I have been a patron here for 9 years. I see the revolving door of staff members that come and go, however, there are a few that have been here for quite some time and they are what I call "drug gems." I love my CVS pharmacy gals and they deserve better than your nasty remarks and reporting threats. Get ahold of yourselves and realize who the real problem is--Your doctor...You...Possibly an understaffed location, however, YOU selected this location. With that said, after watching a shi*show of a situation unfold yesterday with a horrendous human being waiting to get her shot. I will say what most of them want to say to you...Make sure your doctor's office places the correct order. Make sure your insurance is contacted by your doctor or you BEFORE going to CVS--CVS is not your third-party insurance coverage check. Make sure YOU can read what your doctor wrote down before getting to CVS--CVS is not your scribe. Make sure you have an email or text message confirming the correct date, time, and service that you are scheduled for and even call ahead to verify the time and location before leaving your house. You have NO reason to complain about a wait time, hunny. CVS has the ability for you to place your order via the MyChart phone app, via Online, and their own CVS phone app. If you don't signup for email or text notifications, that is on YOU.

We have had nothing but amazing experiences here and have been using this pharmacy for over 4…read moreyears. We previously had been working with big name pharmacies when we had a major issue and left us wanting better service and a personalized experience. This is exactly what we got at Arnold Professional Pharmacy. They are able to compound which has been especially helpful with young children. If there's ever something we need to talk through with the pharmacist, they are thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. To me, they have been a great extension of our healthcare team for our family. I would highly recommend that you consider supporting a local business and come here to receive exceptional service. Neil and Allison are wonderful team members that we have enjoyed working with!

I have never felt any kind of pressure or discomfort here as a customer. The service here is top notch: the staff knows everyone by first name, they're incredibly courteous and conscientious, and if they can't fill a prescription for you they will work diligently to find a pharmacy close by who can. They also understand that insurance can be tricky and the cost of maintaining health in America presents its own challenges, so while they can't dictate the cost of medications, they try to make it as easy and as painfree as humanly possible to get what you need. They also have a solid selection of other things you might need in a pinch and are super knowledgeable about the pros and cons between different brands / products. Not to mention they also have little things like a section dedicated to the community featuring books from local authors. I respect that a lot. When people talk about the benefits of choosing smaller local businesses over bigger companies, I immediately think of places like this little pharmacy. My experience here is that they really care about their backyard and those of us who live here.

This is the closest grocery store to my house, and it's handy in a pinch if I need a forgotten…read moreingredient or a quick replenishment of staples. But as for shopping on the regular.... eh, I don't know about that. The complaints about the lack of customer service are spot on. Separate departments seem to fare better - the deli counter staff in particular are attentive, friendly and quick - but if you need help finding something, you'd be better off on your own. Pricing is right on the median - it's not expensive like Safeway or Wegman's, but it's not cheap like Shoppers, either (and definitely not on the level of Walmart Grocery). If you don't have their bonus card, get ready to be ripped off. I've also heard cashiers yell for management, stating at the top of their lungs that "their customer has a WIC voucher!" or "SNAP card!" NOT necessary and very humiliating. I've also heard complaints about some food being expired or spoiled, and I have to admit that this kind of makes me squeamish. Since then, I've tried not to purchase perishables like vegetables or fruit from here. There are some positives - it's never really crowded, so I can get in and out fast, and some of the products are actually surprisingly good (the Weis premium ice cream is amazing!). As mentioned, some of the staff are friendly and they do try hard, but you can tell them apart from the ones that don't. It's glaringly obvious. They're open super late too, until 11pm, so that really helps me out a lot. Still, all in all, I'm willing to drive a little further to the Quarterfield Road Walmart to make major shopping trips. It's a matter of price and I know that I can get fresh, quality food there. And if you use SNAP or WIC, I won't know because that's nobody's business but yours.
