My daughter had a photo taken at the CVS by our house, but her hair was cut off in the photo and it was for an official passport photo, and the service agent would not take the photo and said we needed a new one. Now we paid around $7 for the photos I believe, so I expected that I returned to another CVS and they would fix it, please. So the gentleman that was there, at first ask me for a paper that proved this, but I told him it's clear her hair is cut off in the photos when I showed him and I am only looking for a replacement. We trusted you to do a correct passport photo. And I think when he realized my sincerity, he said sure thing we will do it when the woman is done making her photos. The photo making machine was in front of the place where you pull down the backing and take the passport photos. The woman paid us no mind as we sat there waiting for her to finish up. It's like we didn't exist, but that is not CVS' fault. So once she moved, I got he gentleman again and he took our photo in like 5 seconds and took care of it all right away. HE was friendly and I said thank you for helping us out. He was sad to report that he had people calling out and I empathized with him. So I can appreciate he helping us knowing he was the only one in the store. The store looked pretty neat and clean otherwise and we were glad they were there close to the base where we were getting our passport photos. We were able to get right back to our appointment and get all our paperwork done. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Make sure you have an email or text message confirming the correct date, time, and service that you are scheduled for and even call ahead to verify the time and location before leaving your house. CVS has the ability for you to place your order via the MyChart phone app, via Online, and their own CVS phone app. If you don't signup for email or text notifications, that is on YOU.

I came in to grab a few items that I knew they would have, but after scouring the aisles I only ended up finding two of the items I wanted. After the frustration of going up and down the aisles, I made my way to the registers. I used the self checkout registers and after some difficulty with the scanner I was good to go. The scanner would not read my phone to scan the rewards program in. With my items paid for, I went out the door to continue the day.

On 2 occasions, they had us jump through insurance loops to get some medication or other approved before they can refill just to end with the medication being out of stock here! It's also the messiest CVS I've ever been to. I don't think anyone cleans outside or inside on a daily basis. Debris on the carpet inside and trash spilling over outside on most days.

They have pretty much everything you might need. The pharmacy is great! The staff is all knowledgeable and friendly and very professional. Since then, I've tried not to purchase perishables like vegetables or fruit from here. There are some positives - it's never really crowded, so I can get in and out fast, and some of the products are actually surprisingly good (the Weis premium ice cream is amazing!). As mentioned, some of the staff are friendly and they do try hard, but you can tell them apart from the ones that don't. It's glaringly obvious. They're open super late too, until 11pm, so that really helps me out a lot. Still, all in all, I'm willing to drive a little further to the Quarterfield Road Walmart to make major shopping trips.
