    Clean environment with more and more items on shelves, we are delighted to have Walgreens in the neighborhood. The Pharmacy is proactive in getting clients' prescription filled. Hopefully with the ability to offer Covid-19 vaccines you will help save lives and acquire more patrons. I suggest you educate your customers on all the services that you offer i.e. money transfer, passport photo, parcel holding area, ...etc. Write it down, make it plain. Work on the employee retention, it pays dividends.

    This review is strictly for the pharmacy. The pharmacist that gave me my injection was not informative at all. I had an appointment for the Shingrix vaccine. This is a two series injection which this was my first. Of course there still was a wait of about 30 minutes before being called by the pharmacist. I didn't like that she had my medicine already drawed up in a syringe with no name on it. How can I be sure that's what I received. She did ask me what I was there for but I believe it's because she saw me dressed in scrubs. She said nothing just pushed the medicine in my arm and didn't even tell me what to do from that point. When I had all three of my Covid vaccinations. I was asked to sit in the lobby and wait at least 15 minutes before leaving. Of course I didn't receive my Covid shots here. She told me nothing. EXPLAINED NOTHING. Acted as though she didn't want to be there. I got dizzy by my car but she should have told me to stay for awhile. My bandaid was completely saturated in blood. I have never had any other vaccinations with that problem. My arm also broke out on the opposite side of where she supposedly injected me. You can bet I will not be going back there for my second injection. She was not friendly nor informative. I went on May 25th,22. This was an evening appointment. Definitely not happy with the non communication. Please communicate before and after injections. Is that to much to ask?

    Please don't go to this pharmacy. Horribly understaffed and slow. You wait in line forever and half the time no one is there to help.

    I hate to give MD Dermatology 1 star; the doctor and all staff are wonderful (I go to the Edgewater…read moreoffice), but their billing system is terrible, their billing personnel are incompetent, and I have concerns that they are committing insurance fraud. If you are a patient here, please scrutinize every invoice you receive very carefully. I could write a book on how many times I've been double billed for a procedure, been charged for a procedure that I shouldn't have been charged for, and finally, an invoice I paid in their office back in April that I continue to receive every month. No one in their billing office can seem to make this problem go away and there's just no excuse for that. I had billing issues with them back in 2019 also. Please, please beware and scrutinize all charges on all invoices you receive from this facility.

    The doctor came in late because of another accident over the bridge. He wasn't in the best mood…read morewhich is understandable but he shouldn't have treated my daughter the way he did because of it. She's been very upset about her acne and he only lectured her and basically said he cant help her if she doesn't come in every month. Last time we saw him, he never mentioned bringing her in every month. She also has an issue with some discoloring nails that he was suppose to look at but when we brought it up, he said to schedule an appointment to have her nails clipped. I mentioned that they already did that at another doctor office and so he said to have them send her records. I didn't find out until later when I had left that the dermatology office was suppose to have me fill out a records request form so I had to go back and request the form. We paid a $30.00 copay, sat and waited for 30min for the doctor to look at her for two minutes with not the best attitude, he prescribed her the same acne treatment as before which didn't help. and he didn't bother to look at her nails. Was a very disappointing appointment and they seem to only care about money and not you.
