The entire place looked entirely different than how I remembered it (as Legal Remedies). Still very casual, but definitely more of an Irish pub vibe. I liked the Irish sports flags hanging from the ceilings...definitely added something fun to the ambiance. The menu has changed quite a bit too. I was bummed that they no longer had the Schnitzel, but they did have a tasty variety of items to choose from. My husband tried the Chicken Pot Pie, which looked good...and I had their Philly Cheesesteak. Well, I was surprised just how good my Cheesesteak was....beyond good, in fact. It was DEE-Lish!! I also enjoyed the drink, Monte Carlo. Small in size, but very, very strong! Service was good too. Despite how bustling it was, our cute waitress with green hair did a fine job. I actually didn't think I'd like the place at all...but their festive Irish vibe and the Philly Cheesesteak changed my mind!

After swapping presents we went down to the restaurant for dinner. It was pretty packed and we were concerned we wouldn't get a table, but the staff allowed us to move chairs around to make room for the 11 of us. Everything about our experience was great. Toya and Brandon were our servers and both of them are excellent at their jobs. They were friendly, engaging, fast and efficient. Somehow with a packed dining room and only a few servers on the floor they were able to keep us all happy and well served throughout the meal. Toya even went the extra mile and had the kitchen send out my daughter's and young nieces' meals first so they wouldn't have to wait or become impatient. The kitchen worked smoothly with us to provide delicious meals for a few members of our family who have gluten and dairy intolerance. All of the food was well prepared and tasty. My sister tried a margarita and said Toya mixed it to perfection. I also wanted to note how clean the dining room (and all of the hotel) is. This is my second stay at the Cambria and it won't be my last. This kind of overall excellence in service and quality deserves repeat business. My sister lives fairly close to Rock Hill and said she'll be back as well to dine at the restaurant. Thanks again for a wonderful experience at the Cambria Hotel/Loom Restaurant! It was a bit chilly so we sat inside even though the outside patio was heated. It was a good choice because it was a little breezy. We shared the okra as an appetizer, it was as good as I remembered! They had a special which we both decided was good, surf & turf with NY strip and lobster tail. I also brought a bottle of Freixnet Cordon Negra which was so good! We were a bit disappointed that the steak we ordered as medium rare, came out rare on both our entrees. Overall it was a memorable evening and just what I had hoped for a special occasion!
