"Strawberry shortcake " waffle. The waiter said kids/younger visitors like it insinuating I'm too old to enjoy.

on my visit to the Waffle House, there was a new cook on board so our food took FOREVER. Okay, we waited patiently. I ordered the strawberry shortcake waffle which was pricier than a plain waffle. When it finally came, it had no strawberries on it, but instead had strawberry syrup poured on it along with crunchy strawberry candies. It was absolutely horrible, but I decided to scrape off the candy and eat what I could given how long it took to be made. But sadly the waffle itself was gooey and awful. I'll never go back.

Great foods! They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and open 24/7! Had a long time memory that I've had a delicious waffle in Waffle House back in 2008, and today I'm lucky enough to taste this delicious waffle again! Our server Maya was wonderful, sweet and nice! The restaurant decor brought me back to the movies like in the 1970-1980's, cool atmosphere! Love it

waffles, eggs, sausage, and cheese on a table

I am a 34-year-old Black woman who's somehow never been to a Waffle House before last week. Now that that's out the way, I am now hooked. They seem to have every breakfast option my secret southern roots desire. Waffles. Biscuits with gravy. Sausage, egg and cheese grit bowls (MY FAVE). Crispy hash browns. I thought I hated hash browns all my life. Well, not anymore. And while it gets busy here and they may not always answer the phone, the waitresses and cashiers are super sweet and friendly that it makes up for it. If you place an order, they even take your phone number and text you when your food is ready. I'm excited to end up here one drunken late night in need of some down-home sustenance because I know they will surely hit the spot. Ya'll have made me a fan.

Hair in waffle

Horrible. Rude service. I was given an expired apple juice. Both me and my friends food had a hair in it. Don't go here !!

This place has all the greasy spoon appeal that you could hope for and it reminds you that there is still great food in the world that's not covered up by fluff. You get your belly full and you don't go away broke. I haven't been to a Waffle House yet where they don't act Like they already know you. It's that kind of place.

I had never been to a Waffle House until today. It was a very simple menu with food flying out of the kitchen. The cooks and waitresses were in some sort of tiff and it was obvious. There was waffle batter all over the counters and the waffle irons. The food was ok, nothing special, but their menu is limited ane bland. The bacon was the high point; very crispy! The waitress was great and super friendly evem though she was getting her ass kicked.

We were in Denver for a few days and looking for a place to eat breakfast when I found this location only a few minutes from our hotel. We noticed people standing outside, nearly turnaround and left. However, I got out of the car and made my way inside to ask for the wait time. The male host asked how many were in my party (3) and then said there's no wait at all. He pointed at the side table and I texted my sister to let her know I had a table. Once seated, the waitress asked if we would like anything to drink and then gave use a few minutes to look over the menu. When we all knew what we wanted we placed our order and watched in awe as we saw the cooks prepare our food. Everything was freshly made! From the stove to the plate, literally. The food was delicious! I do not like bacon at all but after my nephew offered me a strip and I took a bite from the extra crispy strip I'm a fan. The scramble eggs were light and fluffy, bacon was extra crispy, toast was toasty, ham was juicy and the waffles were PERFECT! Our waitress checked up on us every now and then but not to the point where she was annoying. My only disappointment was the fact they didn't sell their cute little coffee mug with the Waffle House logo.

Sooo I'm addicted to Waffle House and try to go to one in every city #fatlivesmatters Aurora is very nice and the people here are friendly but babyyyyyyyy lets talk about Waffle House grits!!! AMAZING (once I add cheese and my bacon) Jesus take the wheel. The steak is was very well seasoned with love, and of course you have to try the waffles. Overall the staff was really nice, and the service was fast especially because we got here at 2am. I really enjoyed dinning here in Denver.

Both were really good. I really enjoyed the spice in the Philly. My wife really liked her chicken fried steak. She nearly ate the whole thing. The space is nice and quaint but the seats at the high top tables made for an uncomfortable sitting situation for me. My butt isn't big but it's not small but I kept sliding while seated as did my husband so he grabbed a yellow chair from the bar. We even had a conversation with the table next to us and they experienced the same thing! Anyway, I ordered the grilled chicken avocado sandwich and the house potatoes and a coke. Not bad, loved the house potatoes and a side of bacon cooked extra crispy. My hubby ordered pancakes, two patties (frozen) eggs and house potatoes too. He said they were ok but ate the food any way. The customer experience wasn't bad at all the waitress was quick and doing her best to get the food out hot and fresh. One thing would be great is to ask guests if it's their first time and share the favorites of the house and make recommendations. My suggestions to the owner, please replace the sliding chairs and if you need help getting some wooded high bar chairs, I can help. Would I try it again ?

We decided to eat there for our first meal after landing from the airport. We arrived to Denver Biscuit Co on a Thursday late afternoon recently. The restaurant is located inside the nice food hall, Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, CO. Parking is accessible all around the marketplace. The restaurant has fun vibrant modern decor. Plenty of booths and tables are available for dining in. A lively full bar with bar stools looks welcoming. There is a family friendly diner vibe going on which was great. Since it was about 4:00pm when we were seated unfortunately they were not serving anymore breakfast food which includes the Franklin Biscuit Sandwich. It ended up being a blessing in disguise though because it happened to be happy hour. We ended up ordering 2 Lights Out Burgers, Sully Fries, Kids chicken tenders, Old fashioned cocktail, and a glass of Chardonnay from the happy hour menu. We also ordered a big cinnamon roll to go. Everything was delicious. Our Lights Out Burgers were mouthwatering. The soft bun, huge juicy patty, melted cheese, pickles, onions were such a great concoction of bold flavors. Sully fries smothered with gravy was scrumptious with every messy bite. Our drinks were refreshing and perfect after a flight. The cinnamon roll was soft, moist, and delectable. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Denver Biscuit Co. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price point was more than fair. I love the location and Stanley Marketplace is such a fantastic food hall with many food/drink options. We went for a late brunch knowing it would be busy on Mother's Day weekend, and were prepared to wait, but had been wanting to give it a try. As soon as we walked in we were ignored by the hostess for an unknown reason, however another girl saw and came over to seat us... great! We get it, it's busy so thought okay awesome we can get right in. She was the best part of our entire experience, probably the only person we encountered who seemed genuinely helpful and aware. We sat outside and the table was filthy. Okay... no biggie it can be cleaned. The server eventually comes over and takes our drink order. When she brings them they spill on the already dirty table, so I asked for some extra napkins and a wet towel to wipe the table if they have it... to which she replied "It'll evaporate." Then a few minutes later another girl came over and tossed two wet-naps on the table and walked away. Did not say a word... okay. Remember: I kindly asked for napkins lol and a wet towel *if possible*. At this point we were looking around for hidden cameras, surely this was a prank, right?????? We waited to see if maybe things could turn around... but it was downhill from the start. We ended up asking for the check for the drinks we had gotten to continue our day on a better note elsewhere. The waitress (who I'm not naming out of grace) had a horrible attitude and just walked away. She brought our check but no one came to take the payment... fine, we were finishing our drinks anyway. Oh! And one of the glasses we got for our drinks was dirty so we were just sharing one cup :) After some time I saw the manager who was cleaning up a table and seemed to wish he could avoid coming over and let him know what happened, he said "he'll take care of it". Then disappeared never to be seen again. So we waited and finally flagged down another person to take the payment so we could head out, we also let her know our experience was shocking to which she was defensive instead of interested. We finally left after an hour of this and went to a local fav and had a wonderful rest of our day-- they even wiped the table without us asking when we got there! We're super chill and I used to work in the restaurant business, so we tend to extend a lot of grace, but the service here was truly unacceptable and jarring. We almost took our parents here last week, so glad we didn't. Would NOT recommend, unfortunately. God bless! (Dirty cup and wet nap pictured )
