My first time experience: rating is on overall experience…read more Staff was nice- gentlemen behind grill gave a sample of Horchata when asked and it was decent. Sweet and flavorful. As I walked in everything looked cleaned and I was suddenly hit with the smell of the lobby with burnt charcoal! Against my better judgment, I asked for the most popular dish and was given the chicken and beef teriyaki lunch special. It Does not come with a drink coupled with a full lunch special price!! Meal Taste: Both the lobby smell and smell of meal added with the black flakes matched the overly burnt taste. Spring roll: vegetable- Good Salad: okay with dressing, next day salad was welted. Rice- Mid *Need sauce- if I did not have charcoal bits and overly smoky meal, I could have used sauce to moisten meat, rice to eat instead of tossing next day on second attempt. I also found the multiple posting that if you give a 5-Star review you will get a 4piece free fried shrimp off putting with my experience. *Free to use debit card but will have to pay 3% fee for credit card transactions!!!

They really are nice guys! I was starving after going to a concert yesterday night…read more Most places were already closed and I was driving from LA. I called in my order for pickup and told them I'd be getting to the restaurant right before closing; they timed making my burger so it'd be fresh when I got there That burger saved my life! They need to invest in an air conditioner. I know us customers can barely tolerate it as we are in there for max 10 mins. However , I feel it is so unfair for the staff that are cooking by the grill and fryers. The owner needs to definitely invest in an air conditioner. It is very necessary. Another aspect is to buy a new doormat please! The one in the front is falling apart. Lastly, I know they close late so having multiple closers would be nice so all the responsibility is not on one person. Thank you and I hope I see changes because the food is really good here.

I'm sorry we slept on this location based on horrible experiences at the drive through location…read morenear Victoria Gardens. This location is a night and day difference! The fish tacos were great - hot, crispy, and huge! The drive through location for some reason seems to have fish pieces half the size, always messes up modifications for toppings, and never gives chilis without having to specifically ask. We decided to give the location near vineyard a shot bases on much higher Yelp reviews and being done with Rubio's from too many bad experiences. You would think this is a totally different company based on the service and quality. They should just close down the other store and stop wasting everyone's time! Even though we are farther away from this location, the tacos traveled better taking it to go than they do when the drive through location is about a mile from my house. I don't know why it's been getting harder to find good fish tacos. Like I said Rubio's is dead to us, La Bufadora has gone so far downhill it's not worth the drive out to South Ontario, and the drive through Senor Bajas seemed like a last resort as the best of the worst. No longer! I'm so sorry we slept on this spot, but this is now our go-to for local fish tacos!

Mind you, they want $11.29 just for 2 mahi mahi tacos. Then, if you want a side of canned beans, some rice, and a super small drink, it's an extra $5.99. You're looking at $17 to $20 for two skimpy tacos, two mediocre canned sides, and a single, solitary delicious pepper that's salted and peppered. No thank you. We will not be returning.

Absolutely out of this world, definitely the best chili Riano sauce I've ever had. It was so good I was dipping my tacos in it and just eating it with the rice. The rice was flavorful and so were the beans which is a hit or miss for Mexican restaurants these days. The shrimp tacos were phenomenal! I recommend getting it without the chipotle and getting their green salsa or using that red sauce from the chile Riano. The elote was on point. Another hit or miss for Mexican restaurants. Personally I feel like most places use too much sauce making it into a soup. This place had the perfect amount of every ingredient. The pina was too Right away when we walked in we were greeted by multiple friendly staff members. Nice clean restaurant. Plenty of menu options. I'll definitely be coming back.

But you know what has appeared? Mooyah. Booyah. What I love about this place is the eating off of baking sheets. It calls to the food barbarian who dwells within and who occasionally arises and goes marauding through kitchens, throwing whatever is available onto large sheets and placing such sheets under hot irons, and scorching them dousing them with sauces and cheeses and chilies and chili. Only to be sent once again asunder As a consequence of devouring such slop. But the food here is not slop. I digress. The shakes are thick and creamy. The fries are crispy and delicious. The Smashburger was very nicely done, seasoned well and tasty. All in attendance agreed it was a satisfying, quality meal. The counter service was impressive. It was like they were getting paid to attend to the needs of customers. And perhaps I'm a simpleton, but the fact that the burgers have creative, cheeky names 1000% increases my desire to try each one. The queso and fixins on the loaded fries met the needs of the aforementioned food barbarian. He slumbers.

I drove to a nearby coffee spot and saw Mr. Fries next door. A name like that deserves a visit. Super friendly worker greeted me and introduced me to Mr. Fries with his suggestions, but I was set on the crab and shrimp. He told me they use real crab. The downside: was quite greasy, didn't have veggies/greens, and was about $30 with tax (for the reg size). Did I mention that the dude at the counter was awesome? Great service!
