I had a great experience at Denny's thanks to our waiter, Rene! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Not a fan of Denny's but we were staying at the hotel next to this place and wanted dessert. Upon entering the employees seemed like they were very busy but there wasn't many customers. But who knows they maybe had a short cooking staff or phone orders. We were seated after a short wait. The table was a little dirty but we just brushed it off. It took a while for our server to come but when she did she was very nice but hard to get to our table. Our order consisted of just desserts, brownie sundae (brownie was a little hard) and the Apple ice cream thing (could have used more crust, isn't that what we always say). Good Morning Denny's! Yes it was - good food, good ambiance and good service. I always say good customer service makes a difference especially early morning! I've been to many Denny's from the east coast to the west coast of the US. This one heads the list. Early Saturday morning was a quick sit down and order. Service was amazing, and waitress and who I believe was the supervisor were on top of service - coffee cup never empty. Many ppl, from all walks, young, older, military, someone with a Trump hat and shirt - very nice person (was courteous and respectful - opened door for us). I don't even know how this restaurant have so many five star reviews I went in Wednesday night and had the worst service. it was like 4 waiters and only 1 was taking orders which it was an older lady The coffee tasted so bad and old and the food even worse. Don't even check up on you or nothing . And last night I made an order in DoorDash the same location a my food didn't even have utensils or napkins! I was staying in the hotel so didn't have utensils with me and ask for no cheese and got cheese on my order they need more attention. Haven't been to Denny's in a while and we came in one night a few days prior to Thanksgiving. We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive. We were quite impressed by the updated menu and Thanksgiving options. We tried the turkey dinner which really tasted like Thanksgiving. The turkey dinner had really good flavor - was not lacking anything at all and largely portioned. We alslo had the nachos as an appetizer. Toby likes to poke fun of me because I usually a cup or two of coffee when we're in, but, get me to…read morea breakfast diner or other food joint and I'm suddenly having six to eight cups with my meal. I remembered this because Iron Skillet has got to be the fastest on the draw in terms of keeping you coffee topped off. I counted in the first fifteen minutes I was there, I had my coffee refilled four times and probably eight times in the span of the forty-five minutes I was there. The only slowdown I saw was when they dropped off the bill. Suddenly after that no one was checking on me to see if I needed more coffee. I guess they figured that I had had enough and were cutting me off. That's a mistake because as long as I'm sitting at breakfast I'm going to want coffee. The second thing I noticed was they have a damn good skillet program here, especially if want to experiment with creating your own. It was something like $15.50 to put in three mix-ins for your skillet, but only $1.50 to make the mix-ins unlimited. This time I kept it simple--sausage, ham, green peppers, and onions along with customary cheddar and three eggs--but next time I'm going to experiment a little. The skillet itself was amazing. The portion was generous, the produce was fresh, and the eggs were super runny. It really is in contention for the best traditional skillet I've ever had. The other thing that could've put it in the running for best skillet overall is if they had some exotic offerings for protein like I've had elsewhere in the country like elk, smoked pulled pork, duck, walleye, or even rabbit. Skillets are good, but skillets with like an animal you don't normally see for breakfast is amazing. I'm still on the lookout for my goat skillet. The service, as aforementioned, was impeccable. The coffee refills is the main thing I complain about other breakfast joints and here I never even had a thought to getting upset regarding that for the first portion of the meal. My only critique as you may have guessed is to continue that generosity and initiative for the whole meal. I really want me to toy with breaking double digits with the amount of coffee refills I receive during a meal. And that's only going to happen if you continue to ask me after you drop off the bill. The ambience is good. It looks like a diner. It quacks like a diner. It's a diner. I felt right at home here with all that space and mix of booths, tables, and counter space. I'm definitely planning my trip back here for that superb Build-a-Skillet and that fantastic attention to keeping the coffee overflowing in my mug.

We had the BEST experience thanks to Noelia! Seriously one of those servers that instantly changes the whole vibe of your night. From the moment we sat down she was super welcoming, funny, down to earth, and just genuinely easy to talk to. You can tell she's the kind of person who naturally makes people feel comfortable instead of giving that robotic customer service energy. She had us laughing the entire time while still being incredibly attentive and professional. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and informative she was. She knew the menu so well, gave honest recommendations, explained everything clearly, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. It never felt rushed or forced either -- she was patient, checked in at the perfect times, and made the experience feel personal. You can tell she actually cares about people having a good time and enjoying their food/drinks instead of just "doing her job." I gotta say though, the bar is really where its at with the darts the juke box and multiple flatscreen tvs. Diego was our host and chef and really pulled off being both at the same time like he was omnipotent. He customized a ham n cheese by surprising my mother with eggless moon over mihami and 2 diffrent kinds of cheese. I tated it and it was phenomenal. My bacon burger with swiss and all the fixings was superb. Diego, Ever the gracious host, your witty banter and friendly charm really added to the pleasant atmosphere. Oh and need I not forget to say that the ice cold mugs of beer really washed everything down with a delightful smack. I've always loved Denny's but now I have a favorite Denny's. Our table was wobbly, which caused our drinks to spill all over the table, chairs, and floor -- not the smoothest start. Thankfully, our server Kesha was absolutely incredible. I am a fan of this location because it is close to where I work. I have been here many times and generally everything is quick and easy. 4 stars because occasionally the orders come out incorrect. The staff is always kind and courteous to correct my order, but I cannot give 5 stars because it has happened 2 times in the last month or so.
