Been coming here since day one, have never had any problems. The meat is always tender and never dry. Ana is always friendly and greets me by name, Miguel also greets me by name. I'm very built from the gym and this is a perfect post workout meal. read more

Love WaBa Grill but was pretty disappointed when I asked for a nutrition facts sheet and was told they didn't have it. I had previously searched online and could not find anything other than a calorie chart. read more

I am a waba grill fan , but very unhappy today as it looks like my food was picked over. My son kids meal that was supposed to include veggies didnt include it & they didnt give us the kids meal drink. I expect to get what i pay for. read more

WaBa Grill - Asian Fusion Near Me - Hemet, California

This location is for some reason over priced $12.95 for a Steak bowl with extra meat?? $6 for extra meat In San Bernardino it's $3 for extra meat. That's ridiculous! read more

I've been coming here for my lunch break almost daily this week. The establishment is always very clean and stocked and the cashiers are so friendly here. I have recently discovered their garlic Serrano sauce and it's fantastic. Highly recommend on both chicken and beef. read more

I like their food, service is never great but the reason I'm giving them three stars is because they always seem to be out of something. I like the rice and the tofu and their sauce. read more

Wappa Grill I was supposed to have steamed vegetables on my Waba bowl the vegetables are super crunchy they are not steamed at all or very little my mother has no teeth she cannot eat the vegetables the rice is really hard the young guys in there need to learn how to cook food better for the public when the girls are cooking the food turns out perfect they need to address the situation the dumplings are burnt some of the bottoms of the dumplings I'm missing you should pay for half done food half of the food is missing the owner needs to address this situation This was Sunday, August 14, 2022 we will not return to this Waba grill again Today is August 22 2022 I have contacted Waba Grill team no one answers they send you to automated voicemail so when they say contact us for what for a computer to say it's automated that's not helping at all Waba grill needs to do way better than what they are doing now and yes this is an Have a great day ahead read more

I've only Door Dashed. Food has been good. But they're always out of the dumplings every time I order. So minus 2 stars for that.

So happy we got a location on this side of town. I always call in my order and it's ready in less than 10 mins. Fast friendly service. Looooveee their garlic sauce! read more

I got to go because there is no other option. I got the chicken bowl with veggies. This was okay. It wasn't the greatest I've ever had. The veggies were healthy and the white rice was soft. There is nothing more I hate than hard ass white rice. The chicken was also cooked well. It tasted really good once you put on the Waba sauce. It's like the sweet dark brown sauce they put on some sushi rolls. I honestly don't know what it's called. I got the Sobe water. That was a mistake because I was in the mood for some sugary drinks. read more

This place is like a hidden gem, I realized it was there just a few days ago. The staff was friendly and the food is superb. A fair price and you can get it to go, which is what I love most read more

New location so far great service and nice clean store. Had the steak veggie and rice bowl my wife had chicken with avocado and my granddaughter had the chicken kids bowl. All good and tasteful. A big plus at this location they have napkins out where you can grab more if needed. The Perris location you have to ask for more so you have to wait and ask not huge but an inconvenience. When we are in Hemet we will stop here again. read more

Called ahead 10 minutes before getting there they told me it be ready with in 5-10 minutes after the call I've waiting over 30 minutes Just for one family meal read more

Wabagrill, that restaurant has been one of my mainly options of food for the last 4 months since I started doing exercise, I can find chicken and stake every time, also, avocado which is Rich in healthy fat and many other vegetables for a fair price. The flavor never dissapoints me and since I love rice read more

I've come to this location plenty of times and every time I get David, to take my order. Something seems to be an issue with the way I order. He snapped at me because I debated with my friend on the amount of dumpling you order. And even tried to compare my job with his, which had no comparison. I was very confused about the scenario, and when my food was ready. He decided ti sit out for a few minutes, until I asked if it was ready. Never have I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, ordering food. read more

So decided to give this location a try because the ones in temecula tasted ok. And of course most food place in hemet taste way off then what they normally would in any other city. The chicken had alot of ligaments and was for some reason slimy mabe old chicken or left outside to long? But either way we ended up buying 2 chicken bowl with avocado and just couldn't eat it and ended up tossing it out. Way to go waba never trying again. read more

Great experience at this location. Very clean inside, and great customer service. There were two girls manning the registers, and a guy in the back cooking. Very courteous and prompt service, which is appreciated at all times, especially the lunch rush. read more

I wish I could give a better review given that I was so excited for this location to open right next to my gym. Truth be told, Flame Broiler gives a you twice the amount of food, for less. They are overpriced or they just don't serve you a good amount for what you pay. My sister in law ordered all chicken and got Chicken and Steak, and she also got no dressing on her salad. The wait time wasn't bad but it is unfortunate when you spend 12 dollars and get 3 pieces of lettuce as a "Salad" and a 1/8 slice of orange as the other side? Not worth it to me. I would rather drive to Menifee and Get Flame Broiler because atleast I'll get what I pay for. The food is Mehh, nothing to special but for the price like I said, it's not worth it. Save yourself some time and money and hut up Flame Broiler. read more

Tried waba grill in hemet for the first time.had the steak n rice bowl.Wow the flavor was soooooo good.recommend to all

This is my favorite healthy spot to eat. I think I'm here 2 to 3 times a week. Excellent food and service. I love that they are open till 10pm and food is always fresh. read more

We went there for the first time yesterday, Sunday. We were so impressed! They have a very nice menu. Everything is fresh, and prepared to order. We both had the chicken and rib eye steak combo with rice and vegetables and avocado bowl. It was DELICIOUS! And very filling. Also very reasonable! We will definitely return. read more

The food is always good here and the location is clean. The staff could be nicer and more helpful but it depends on who's working. I've been there with some really nice and helpful staff and also been there with not so friendly and helpful staff. read more

My boyfriend and I love stopping by after the gym. Usually I order the salmon bowl with avocado and it's always fresh and delicious. The staff is always welcoming and they pretty much know our orders by now, it's a little embarrassing lol. Food is bomb tho!! read more

I WAS a fan of Waba Grill but these people don't seem to care for their customers anymore. The manager was probably the nicest one there, she really did talk to me and apologized for an action that she did not even take part in! To where the cashiers just stood there and did nothing!!! I used to come here before and get my usual AND customer service WAS better but I guess I shouldn't keep expecting the same service as before anymore. Jerry should really take the time to sit and talk to his employees about working to rebuild this restaurant because I've been seeing a couple more bad reviews lately. Also, I have seen a lot of roolie pollies like bugs lately and when I was going to inform the workers about it, she just pointed it out saying," look a roolie pollie how cute". How GROSS!! Sorry Waba Grill but you guys need some Major help!!!!!!!! read more

3rd time WaBa grill has messed up my order. I've continued to come back because I understand people make mistakes, but when they don't want to fix it and charge more than what I was charged because of their mistake that is wrong. I am happy to pay the price but make my order correct...that was my last chance for them read more

We really need to work on customer service! I come in look directly at the menu above and ask for a Signature Plate Waba chicken and steak. Alejandra the attendant comes back with a bowl with chicken and steak. I'm puzzled with the plate because what I see on the picture is different than what I'm receiving. I asked," what happened to the plate? I didn't ask for a bowl!" Then Alejandra proceeds to get technical about what is the politically correct way to ask for your order. I asked her to look at her own menu, then she proceeds to explained I wanted the plate I had to pay extra! Really? In addition, right after I ordered, I went to the restroom and I needed a key, she said, "I'll be right with you" and blew me off! The chef heard from the back and came and got the key for me, thank you, I really had to go but I guess in Alejandra's mind, she go my money and therefore I'm no longer a priority! Alejandra, you need to work in a place where you can be snooty with an upper class attitude! There are only so many people in Hemet you can "piss off " before there is no more business, let's think this through! read more

The experience was lacking...the 2 ladies at the register basically ig6us for six minutes. They kept walking away rather than taking the order. The dining room was not clean...dirty utensils on the floor. Plus, they had not stocked napkins. read more

Woulda done 5 stars but this location doesn't have chop sticks for customers. Every other location I have been to does. Otherwise for my first time at this location pretty decent... read more

Never had a problem but sadly, I did today. I ordered a chicken bowl and was asked to wait ten minutes longer so they could cook chicken. I ended up getting my bowl, brought it home and was excited to eat it. But when I took a bite it didn't feel right and i realized it was raw. It was a to go order so I couldn't examine it before I took it out of the restaurant. read more

I used to frequent this Waba about one to two times a week. This Waba Grill has horrible customer service. I recently attempted to get their promo the Spicy Waba bowl and asked if I could have the sauce on the side (Like I have done a couple of times at this Waba and I have done at every other Waba I have been to). They refused to put the sauce on the side. I asked them "Does the chicken come pre-cooked with the sauce on it?" They responded "No" and said they would not honor my request. I will never return to this Waba. read more
