There is nothing more I hate than hard ass white rice. The chicken was also cooked well. It tasted really good once you put on the Waba sauce. A big plus at this location they have napkins out where you can grab more if needed. The Perris location you have to ask for more so you have to wait and ask not huge but an inconvenience. We went there for the first time yesterday, Sunday. We were so impressed! They have a very nice menu. Everything is fresh, and prepared to order. He snapped at me because I debated with my friend on the amount of dumpling you order. And even tried to compare my job with his, which had no comparison. I wish I could give a better review given that I was so excited for this location to open right next to my gym. Truth be told, Flame Broiler gives a you twice the amount of food, for less. They are overpriced or they just don't serve you a good amount for what you pay. My sister in law ordered all chicken and got Chicken and Steak, and she also got no dressing on her salad. The wait time wasn't bad but it is unfortunate when you spend 12 dollars and get 3 pieces of lettuce as a "Salad" and a 1/8 slice of orange as the other side? Not worth it to me. I would rather drive to Menifee and Get Flame Broiler because atleast I'll get what I pay for. The food is Mehh, nothing to special but for the price like I said, it's not worth it. I WAS a fan of Waba Grill but these people don't seem to care for their customers anymore. The manager was probably the nicest one there, she really did talk to me and apologized for an action that she did not even take part in! To where the cashiers just stood there and did nothing!!! We really need to work on customer service! I come in look directly at the menu above and ask for a Signature Plate Waba chicken and steak. Alejandra the attendant comes back with a bowl with chicken and steak. I'm puzzled with the plate because what I see on the picture is different than what I'm receiving. I asked," what happened to the plate? I didn't ask for a bowl!" Then Alejandra proceeds to get technical about what is the politically correct way to ask for your order. I asked her to look at her own menu, then she proceeds to explained I wanted the plate I had to pay extra! Really? In addition, right after I ordered, I went to the restroom and I needed a key, she said, "I'll be right with you" and blew me off! The chef heard from the back and came and got the key for me, thank you, I really had to go but I guess in Alejandra's mind, she go my money and therefore I'm no longer a priority! Alejandra, you need to work in a place where you can be snooty with an upper class attitude! I used to frequent this Waba about one to two times a week. This Waba Grill has horrible customer service. I recently attempted to get their promo the Spicy Waba bowl and asked if I could have the sauce on the side (Like I have done a couple of times at this Waba and I have done at every other Waba I have been to). They refused to put the sauce on the side. I asked them "Does the chicken come pre-cooked with the sauce on it?" They responded "No" and said they would not honor my request.
