I had ADT install a security system on my house back in late June I have come to some financial…read moredifficulties that I actually have no control over so I called to cancel services at most temporary only to find out that in the contract that I signed I am bonded to them for 5yrs and to cancel early would cost me over $6,500 but they would do a one time reduction to 2,500 if I paid at that moment I said hold up I never would of signed any contract especially for 5yrs well I was told the supervisor of this department would call me back in 24-48hrs we'll 72hrs later I had to reach back out to them only to be told that I was bonded when I called ADT for their services none of this was ever discussed about a contract come to find out they offer a 24-60 month contract why was none of this discussed they took it upon themselves to put for the 5yr or 60 month agreement I would of never went with any thing cause contracts are nothing more then a loop hole and only one party is in benefit of said contract I can understand a contract if you were financing the equipment for them to provide their services but I paid for all of my equipment upfront I thought it was simply a month to month till I called them to only find out differently I had no issues with the service they provided until I was asking for a temporary stop of services only then had I been told that I couldn't because I was in a contract that they not me chose the highest end of their contracts so I at this point I feel entrapped never have I heard of company choosing the highest contract they offered cause honestly at that point I would of most certainly not of gone with a 5yrs at most I would of done is a 2yr contract they don't inform you cause it is of no interest or benefit other then their own I had no clue I was in a bonding agreement I was under the impression it was strictly month to month until I called to cancel and to be honest I'm still in shock I am gonna take this to the fullest extent of the law cause they are obligated to disclose this information to their customers not just in writing but verbally as well so everyone is on the same page and everything has been fully explained

My mother was already a resident in the Gull Creek Valeo memory care unit in Berlin, Maryland with Alzheimer's with Behavioral Disturbance. But attorney Susan Seidel Tilghman faxed over the new documents which the facility then accepted, telling me on my Google review that "legal matters need to be sorted out in the appropriate setting". My mother had prepared her legal DPOA naming me in 2007, which was duly enacted in 2017 when my mother became sick with Dementia/Alzheimer's. Susan Seidel Tilghman, after changing the documents, then waged a campaign of elder abuse/misappropriation of funds lies against me, even though I was fully exonerated by the Berlin Maryland Police Department and the State of Maryland Adult Protective Services. Ultimately, my mother's estranged, disinherited daughter in Utah acquired status as the new(er) DPOA, and then moved my mother out of Maryland 1,000 miles away. To Utah. They prevented me from contact with my mother for no legal reason. In fact, no one notified me while my mother was dying in the hospital for six days. My dear mother died on 12/27/19 in Logan, UT, where she had never lived before being stolen, under false pretenses, from Gull Creek Valeo memory care. My mother ended up under the care and control of her three disinherited, estranged, adult children who had no relationship with her for decades, due to a rift in the family. Attorney Grievance Bar Counsel now has more recent documents to add to the complaint I made to them in 2018. Susan Seidel Tilghman sent my mother to a Cambridge, MD geriatric psychiatrist in June, 2018 after she changed my mother's DPOA in May, 2018 to try to cover herself. I tracked him down to Tucson, Arizona and gave him a piece of my mind. He told me he never intended for yet another POA to be executed. I am coming for them all. Legally.
