I called and spoke with Heather explaining what happened. She gave me a two hour window of time when the workman would arrive. The workman, Jeremiah, arrived right on time, and explained what he had to do to replace the cable and adjust both doors to ensure they operated smoothly. I had indicated to him that our other door was occasionally not moving smoothly up or down. When done Jeremiah, sent me a text as I requested and I went to the garage to see how the doors operated. Before we tried them, he explained in a very professional, personable way every aspect of the adjustments. They rolled up and down smooth as glass. Seth arrived early in the morning a few days later, working alone, and set the door into its tracks, reset the cable, and even did a quick conditioning/cleaning job on the outside front of the door, making it look almost like a brand new door. In addition, he screwed in a support brace in the middle of the door because it was bowing. This is actually at the home of my elderly mother, and she has not done any servicing on the door for many years. Seth straightened it out and got it running right. The door is over 20 years old and I was almost thinking we would need a new one. Now I know that the door will run at least another 10 years if not longer.
