Vitali's, on the second floor of the Hyatt.

On the second floor of the Hyatt (the meeting level)-- you'd never know it was there find it from the street. A tiny nook, order at the counter, lots of tables on the meeting level outside. A little pricey for crêpes, but you're paying for the Hyatt location. They do make a good effort to provide healthy choices.

Left: Small Israeli salad. Back: mushroom crepe. Front: Greek - style crepe. Right: turmeric chai latte

The food, service, and ambiance here are all great, but I'm giving them a 3 instead for 2 big reasons: 1. Finding parking and finding the restaurant is not easy (it's on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency and can access through the skyway, but took some searching even knowing that information). 2. The very small size creates a bit of a wait for food, there is very limited seating in the actual cute restaurant (basic seating available outside in the hotel), and they are not very environmentally friendly! Even though we had our lunch there, everything (plates, silverware, cups, etc.) was plastic/paper. I got the turmeric chai latte and the Greek style crepe. They were both delicious - there's nothing like a fresh made crepe. Even though it was a lot of food (I got the normal size, not for 2), I didn't feel guilty for eating it all since it was loaded with veggies (sliced baked eggplant, olives, baked zucchini, carrots, and onion.) Wouldn't have been mad if there was more feta cheese though...

Vitali's Cafe is located on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. Stopped in one afternoon while attending a conference at the hotel - ordered a double shot espresso with a bit of half n' half foam on top. There is some limited seating inside. The place was overly hot during my visit - the HVAC is not well designed for this small cafe. The espresso was strong and tasty! #VitalisCafe

I love to support local shops. I always stop in here when my kids are playing baseball at Skippy field. They have great coffee and espresso. They offer fresh ethnic baked goods and crepes. On a revent stop I had a tripple espresso and a pasty filled with eggpllant and feta, it was glorious! The staff is very nice and friendly. They have live music and DJs some of the time. They also have free wifi and a clrean restroom. I think they are also Kosher!

Went here for a quick bite to eat. It was super hard to find because I didn't realize it was inside of the Hyatt hotel on the second floor. It's a super small place. I got a chocolate chip muffin and it had maybe 4 chocolate chips on the inside and was super dry. I was not impressed and would not go back. I suppose it's a decent and convenient place if you are staying in the hotel.

A gem of a place worth discovering, the kind of cozy, pleasant little restaurant you'd expect to find in Paris or New York tucked away on the second level of the Marriott. Parked on the street, easily found a meter I believe it was fifty cents for an hour which was nice. Entered hotel and was directed to elevator, found Vitali's on second level. Wonderful ambiance, mouth watering fares (and between falafel and hummus and tabouli was all plant based which was appreciated, they also have plenty of other meat options.) A pleasure so glad I made it out highly recommend thank you!!!

Great lunch stop during a conference! Loved their savory crepes (lox + salmon, pizza, falafel, and mushroom)

    Boludo - Argentinian-style Pepperoni pizza

It's a humble-looking spot inside, but it doesn't lack in its food. Most is a self-service situation where you're choosing your table to sit at, grabbing your own water, and bussing your own table if you have the time. Casual spot with some interesting pizza. Boludo seems to be Argentinian-owned and family-run. I ordered the Porteño and asked for extra parmesan because of an Instagram reel I've seen with parmesan covering the crust. Due to a small misunderstanding, they ended up giving me something even better.... A fully parmesan-covered pizza. It was probably the best thing I've eaten that entire trip. Truly a great blend of salt, acid, fat, and heat. The second day I tried the Campo and tried to ask for the same cheese covering but ended up with the style I saw in the reel with the crust covered in cheese. It was still good, but not as good as my first order. They have a pretty solid Caesar salad as well! I would genuinely fly back to try this place again.

There seemed to be one guy taking orders at register and cleaning tables. A lot was self serve- order at counter, get your own utensils, water, napkins, to go box, etc They were out of red wine. Out of Malbec. How? Why? While ordering a few people came, picked up pizza, and went. The locals like the food but not a good dine in experience. I got the margarita pizza and my friend got the porteno pizza. We got the Jamon y queso and Messi empanada. The empanadas were the best I've had outside Argentina but they were not hot temperature wise. The pizza looked amazing but I found the sauce too sweet for me. My friends pizza was better because he had so many toppings to mask the sweetness. Missed opportunity on the wine sale!
