Our server was super helpful answering all of our questions. Here's what we ordered - I would eat it all again. - Laab lettuce wraps - Balinese chicken thigh - Hanoi sticky rice - Hat yai fried chicken - Vietnamese crepe - Passion fruit posset The restaurant has a tiny parking lot, but there is also street parking available in the neighborhood.

Food was better last year and the year before. Had the Balinese chicken thigh which seemed better in previous years but I still wouldn't kick it out of bed. Service was abhorrent. Like you know when you go to a restaurant and they make you feel like you are there for them and not the reverse? Disinterested, disengaged server who didn't check back. It felt like we were an inconvenience. Also, it's 2026 so it's weird when the server dismissively leaves one check without asking how to divide it for a party of six. Pretty weird. ANYwhoo the only thing our service guaranteed is that I won't be back. There are plenty of other options with great service and I'm sad that Hai Hai, a once mind blowingly amazing establishment in food, service, ambience has become where the tip decision is based solely on not wanting to hurt someone's livelihood. Such a shame.

The spring roll sauces are excellent too-there's additional spice additives on the table if you dare. I really enjoyed my Pad Kra Pao with Beef. It was fresh tasting, perfect amount of basil & nice beef. The Hot Pot Seafood was good. Too much for one person to eat, so I really got my seafood on! Great service today from Musar-she warned us about the authentic spiciness of our dishes & what level spice we could handle! We had leftovers to bring home. Be sure to check out this little gem in the middle of a strip mall-just look for the lovely flowers growing outside! Bring your camera, you will want to use it here!

Had the Fresh Spring Rolls With Noodle and Shrimp, Papaya Salad Thai Style, Hot Pot Seafood and Thai Fried Rice. There was only 3 of us and we over ordered, as usual. Fresh Spring Rolls With Noodle and Shrimp - had mango & avocado inside, would be so much better if the mango and avocados were cold. Came with two sauces nuoc nam and Peanut sauce. Papaya Salad Thai Style - made the mistake of ordering this medium spicy. I overestimated how much spice I can take. But it was good, had great flavor and had nice crispy pork cracklings on top. Hot Pot Seafood - the broth for this was so good would be really perfect on a really cold day. Thai Fried Rice - this was just OK tasted like regular fried rice. Would definitely go back if we're in the area again.

We grabbed seats at their tiny 4-seat bar, which turned out to be the perfect spot for the evening. The service was fantastic from start to finish with everyone on the staff attentive, warm, and friendly. We went all-in and ordered the Potsticker Feast ($95): two of every kind of potsticker they make, plus all four dipping sauces, Ribeye Noodles, Korean Wings, General Tso's Chicken, and House Cucumbers. The potstickers were awesome but given the name of the place I was surprised that the real standouts were the other dishes. The ribeye was perfectly marinated and tender, tossed with a variety of vegetables and stir-fried noodles. The wings were terrific and the General Tso's was perfect. Don't sleep on the cucumbers either...smoky, spicy, and sweet, with peanuts and sauce. My favorite potstickers were the Beef & Carrots and the Kimchi Pork. If you're looking for scratch-made Asian fusion with great hospitality, Potsticker is hard to beat.

I was born and raised on Oahu, just moved to MN a handful of years ago and I'm always looking for food that reminds me of home. And this is one of them! Even the prices remind me of home?? I'm so impressed with the delicious food at such an amazing price point - you hardly see that in MN. Ramen is always soooo over priced, but not at Staff Meeting! We had the tonkotsu ramen, mom's fried rice, and the wings. All absolutely delicious and I'd get them all again. I wish they had the ribs, I was hoping to try it! I'll definitely return and highly encourage everyone to visit!!!!

There were other great options too! So this would be a solid date spot or meeting with friends so everyone can get something they like. There is a fair amount of seating inside and a fair amount of seating outside on a patio. There really isn't a view for the patio. There are free parking lots across the street though! Service: This is where they lost a star from us. The woman who took our order had no energy, wasn't very friendly and just looked annoyed we were ordering. I had heard good things about the service, so this was a bummer. The food: We got them take out wings and each got the pork ramen. The wings are very good, but best in twin cities? No. Are they worth getting? If you love a crunchy wing, then yes! The ramen had the most flavorful broth!! Oh my goodness it was rich and full of flavor! The noddles were cooked perfectly! Definitely one of the best ramen dishes I have had in the twin cities! We would have tried the ribs but they were all out of :( Definitely check this place out!

We ordered a fried chicken sandwich, Char Siu, egg rolls and rice. The favorite was definitely the chicken. It was very crispy, thick, moist and flavorful. It was on a pretzel bun, which normally I am a fan of but I think it takes away from the flavor of the fried chicken and the gochujang sauce we got and doesn't quite make sense. To me, it seems more haha a burger bun than fried chicken. The char Siu was good, but very small pieces of meat for the big price tag. The egg rolls were delicious and we liked the way they were cut along with the dipping sauce. Overall, we would come back but I think we would focus on just getting fried chicken and apps and avoid the rest.

The chicken was crispy and flavorful by itself as well, a big win! The char siu was tasty but the portion size was a bit small. The service was very quick and efficient but the restaurant was pretty loud and it was kind of hard to hear if you were trying to have a conversation. It seemed like just an acoustics thing in the space we were sitting.
