    Bulgogi burrito
    Lindsay T.

I stopped by early on the way to work. The location is convenient at an intersection in the skyway. Ordering is fast and easy because of the screens. I ordered a bulgogi burrito for $13. The burrito is pretty large and has hashbrowns, eggs and a generous amount of bulgogi. It is on the sweeter side so I wish I had added some spicy mayo to counter the sweetness. They do have hot sauce packets to go, which is a nice touch, so I used some of those. I could only finish half the burrito, it was good but a little loosely wrapped. I'd like to try some of their sandwiches next time.

Hubby and I checked out of our hotel and headed over to Egg Flip for breakfast before our flight. We arrived and placed our order on the kiosk. I ordered the "cool guy" bacon. Hubby ordered the beef bugogi. We shared tater tots. I really liked the Korean milk bread and how they toasted it just right. The eggs were cooked perfectly as was the bacon. The house gochujang aioli was delicious! I liked my sandwich better than hubby's but the beef bulgogi was tasty. The tater tots were good as was the dipping sauce. The staff were friendly and worked fast on our order. Great spot for a quick breakfast! I would visit again.

I've gotten Egg Flip a few times and enjoyed the food every time! It's a cute little spot with wonderful art. The service is quick and they have self service kiosks to make orders go quicker. There isn't a lot of seating since it's in the Skyway but most people just do to-go orders. I do wish the hours were longer, but that's the only the con I have.

Cute little spot along the Skyways downtown. Adorable decor and characters. We came for breakfast and got two The Flip sandwiches and a side of tater tots. The eggs and bread were super fluffy and the sauce was delicious. Great quick breakfast spot for anyone in the area!

Quick eat breakfast which is much better than hotel breakfast. The eggs were nice and fluffy. The bread was nicely toasted. The sauce in the sandwich added a little sweetness. Addictive sandwiches!

The sandwiches were amazing! I really enjoyed the bulgogi bowl, add the spicy korean sauce and it's ten times better. The bread wasnt airy or fluffy but it was good. Just one thing i wish it was fill to the bottom of the sandwich. The sauce was yummy. A lot of space inside the place. There are machine you can use to order your food. One thing i would say is it is confusing to get to the location. But make sure you go to the right side to get into the building and then take a sky walk to get to the place.

Small casual restaurant for breakfast egg sandwiches and breakfast bowl or burritos. They have a cute egg mascot haha. All the egg sandwiches are made with Korean milk bread, cafe free eggs, signature egg sauce, topped with chives and house gochujang aioli. We got the beef bulgogi, eggvacado, and the flip. Service was good and straightforward ~.

I'm not really a breakfast person but Egg Flip was one of three breakfast spots I had on my list for the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. It was also within walking distance from the State Theater where I was for a day and had a break for lunch. Once you find the place it is pretty straight forward. Order at the kiosk and pick up at a window, no interaction with any employees. Now the food was really good. I ordered the Beef Bulgogi which had perfectly scrambled eggs, beef, cheddar, grilled onions, aioli and egg sauce on that "eggcelent" toasted Korean milk bread. If I lived in the area I would definitely come back to try many of their other offerings.

This little honey pot was a delight. However, I will tell you to arrive early to get good parking since they are located in the Skyway. Also, make sure you bring your appetite because Egg Flip will not disappoint. I had heard from a few that Egg Flip was a hidden gem and great for breakfast so I had to see for myself. My fiancee and I got up early and went to see if this would make the list of breakfast restaurants I would like to frequent. The food was really good, I ordered the sausage turkey, and my other half ordered The Flip. We were pleasantly surprised the food didn't take long to come out. Also, it looked delicious, so the taste and the looks aligned with one another so that was great. This is an establishment I would definitely add to my list of great breakfast restaurants. Now the pros are they have many options, service is good, and food comes out fairly quickly. The cons are like most other Skyway restaurants, they do not have a bathroom in close proximity, parking is almost impossible unless you come early, and there's not a lot of seating. All in all, I am happy to have finally tried Egg Flip, and we will be back very soon. Oh almost forgot not much to the decor but it was still nice, nothing fancy but still nice.

stopped by here for lunch and it was SO GOOD! I got the avocado signature sandwich and the avocado complemented the eggs so well and made it very creamy. the portion was perfect for lunch.

I am obsessed with a restaurant called Egg Slut but it's only in LA & Cali. I have been waiting and praying that somewhere even kinda similar would open. Thankfully this place has satisfied my craving. It is located inside of an office building downtown which is never my favorite but not really an issue overall. The branding is beyond cute and I love the vibe! It was quite busy when we were there but I felt as though we still got our food quickly. The sandwiches are a little messy (at least for me lol) but they were delicious. I thought they had great flavor and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Definitely would eat here all the time if I worked in the area!

This was okay, I wish there had been a stronger egg flavor profile (or more eggs in general given the name of the store) and I was hoping it would have had more heat/spice to my sandwich. The bulgogi tasted fine and it's a good option if you're looking for a quick in and out experience. It was really easy to order my sandwich with the screen, I got my food quickly, and there were plenty of seating options if you want to eat there.

Love egg sandwiches, so had to try this place. Great restaurant other than parking. Had the bacon and egg and also the bulgolgi sandwich. Bread is delicious, soft even though toasted. Really enjoyed both, always quick and great service!

We also split a happy hour burger and each had a hand roll - they serve it fancy with a plastic sheet above the seaweed to avoid sogginess (didn't catch a pic of this but presentation was very nice!) The showstopper was the local vanilla ice cream with sesame oil (a nice twist on the olive oil on ice cream trend) and Maldon sea salt flakes. Truly such a simple yet exquisite dessert. Service: we sat at the bar and service was friendly and attentive. Our bartender/servers let us know about the happy hour and suggested a great grapefruit NA drink. Ambiance: it's a quaint and modern looking bar. Overall it's approachable but probably not great for a large group without a reservation or private party.

Decided to try Minari for my birthday this year. All in all, we were very impressed. The service is…read moretop-notch, as is the ambiance (both some of the best in the Twin Cities). The food is mostly good, although there is something missing still that could make this restaurant truly one of the best in the state. Still, it's a great night out, especially if you like Korean and/or Chinese food. Here's a rundown: The food: First and foremost, Minari has special menus to meet many dietary restrictions. Not just symbols on one menu, but different menus depending on your restrictions. That's amazing. We ordered off of the Dairy Free (DF) menu, which does include a lot of their dishes from the regular menu. The Szechuan Ribs were my favorite, they are exquisite. The KFC wings are good too, although they could have used a bit more sauce (I am used to Korean-style wings being pretty saucy). The pork jowl was good but did not have quite enough gojuchang flavor. The accompaniments that came with it were awesome, especially the sauces. The bonchon need some work; I would love to see more traditional bonchon, ours had a couple "fusion" type dishes that were a little too contemporary for us. The drinks: The Minari Old Fashioned was AWESOME, a great drink (and the rice cracker was great too). Highly recommend this. The service was some of the best in the metro. From entering (where the host stand will make sure you have appropriate menu(s)), to the server, who was perfectly attentive and very knowledgeable about every dish, including dietary issues, to the complimentary tea and birthday sparkling wine, I can't say enough about the service here. The only weird thing is the dim sum, I would actually just put the dim sum dishes on the menu and bring them out on demand. The ambiance was really nice, and the bathrooms were clean. The final thing I would say is that I think that Minari could benefit from making their Korean dishes a little bit more traditional...as I mentioned earlier, small touches like making the wings a bit "saucier," more gojuchang flavor on the dishes that feature it, and more traditional bonchon would all be great. Still, this is a phenomenal place to dine/drink in NE Minneapolis, and if you like Korean and Chinese food, you will not be disappointed!

I have had Korean BBQ here before as well and honestly I thought it was pretty decent. I ordered the bibimbap and it was very sloppily made with not enough ingredients. I used a good amount of gochujang for flavor which was normal but even the vegetables included in the original bowl were very plain. The japchae was pretty good as the vermicelli noodles were very flavorful. I would've preferred to see some more bell pepper pieces in it, though. My partner got the salmon roe nigiri, the agedashi tofu, and the soft tofu stew. They thought those dishes were pretty good. The agedashi tofu specifically, however, was a bit too soft in terms of its outer skin. I don't think this establishment would be one that I'd choose to visit if I am to bring friends to either Korean or Japanese food places in the Twin Cities, and it seems like others agree according to their reviews.

Plenty of tables available and lots of parking on the street. The place was pretty full by the time we left. The restaurant is huge with a good ambiance. Clean and not too loud. If you opt for AYCE, you mark your choices on a sheet of paper. You're given some marinated tofu, broccoli, tofu, kimchi, sprouts, greens to begin with. We ordered beef bulgogi, spicy pork, pork belly, and brisket. I probably could have done without the brisket or pork belly. Brisket dried out super fast and the pork belly was a little too fatty. Also ordered gyoza, fried rice, black bean noodles, seaweed salad, and a shrimp tempura roll. All were delicious, but we ended up with far too much food for just two people. At the end we were given ice cream. It was individually wrapped so we took it to go since we were so full. I'd definitely return again in the future!
