They serve Asian Fusion dishes that are perfect for a quick but delish dinner or after a few drinks (especially those fries) I had their Drunken Fries and this is my fave out of all the dishes! It has pork and chicken on top of waffle fries... Y-U-M The Curry Tacos were so flavorful and you can get chicken or tofu with it! I also had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and all I can say is I should've ordered extra rice for it cause it was Overall, it is definitely worth checking out. Plus, did I mention that this food truck is family-owned?!

I've had the pleasure of catching Kham Fu Dee's food truck at 56 Brewing and Bauhaus. And by "catching" I mean I was really lurking their sched' and going wherever they were. Check out @khamfudee on Instagram to see where they're at next! They're often at Arbeiter, Insight, and Venn Brewing but of course the locations rotate. Here's what I've had! Green Curry Bowl - A flavorful option for vegetarians if you choose tofu as the protein. It had a nice bit of heat to it too! Drunken Fries - LOVE that they use perfectly crispy seasoned waffle fries as the base, and top them with both pork and chicken, two aiolis, and fresh green onion. Great to share or not at all (I recommend hogging them!). Wings - we tried the gochujang BBQ wings, which had a great balance of sweet and heat. The wings were juicy and crispy still! Hawaiian Melt - this hits all the marks with its savory pork (or chicken), creamy and crunchy coleslaw, sweet fresh grilled pineapple... so good. Last but not least, their cream cheese wontons have a hit of garlic to them which gives them more dimension. Above all else, the family that runs this is so warm and hospitable. I've seen the husband (Kham), wife (Yvett), and daughter all working together with smiles on their faces, which puts one on mine.

Drunken fries. SO good. By far the fav of our meal.

This food truck was delicious! We were lucky enough to take part in the the Yelp elite event and help ourselves to some awesome (and I really mean awesome) complimentary dishes. Had I not known of this experience, I probably wouldn't have encountered Kham Fu Dee, but now that I have, I'll be seeking it out the next time around! Perfect portion sizes and super friendly staff. The food was unique and unlike a lot of places I've ate at before. Check it out!

OVERALL: So flavorful! Tasty food, great prices FOOD: we ordered one of every taco (curry, all-American, spicy pork) and the drunken fries. The drunken fries are fully loaded with toppings and the fries are perfectly crispy. The tacos are stuffed full and each have their own unique flavor. Both the spicy pork and the curry taco have a kick. The all-American is a classic taco that hits the spot. PRICE: 3/$12 for the tacos is absolutely worth it! They're so full of toppings that it's worth the money. The drunken fries are a big portion as well. SERVICE: Theyre very quick with orders and so kind :) SAFETY: Everyone is masked up!

Even the dishes on which the food is served are thematic and beautiful. The menu has a lot of unique items and everything we had was delicious and fresh. I really enjoyed my Vietnamese crepe. It's on the pricier side, but I think the prices are worth it because you can't get this type of food (for this quality) elsewhere in the area. We also appreciated the plethora of mocktail choices! Service was a tad slow at times because it was a busy Saturday, but it didn't cause any problems.

Food: My wife had the "Beach Day Energy Cocktail" ($9) from the Happy Hour menu (Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 to 5:30 pm). It consists of Dragon fruit vodka, lychee, Cappelletti, lime, and mint. She said it was quite refreshing and tasty. We then had the Adobo Pork Ribs ($13). This was the highlight dish for us and it was fantastic and utterly cravable!. It was sticky, sweet, tangy and just all around yummy. Our next dish was the Thai-Style Viet Crepe Salad from the Happy Hour menu ($8). This consisted of a turmeric-coconut nan-style bread, with bean sprouts, cucumber, onion, chili, and nuac cham sauce. It was good, but I'm not sure the bread paired well with the salad and it was perhaps a bit too spicy for us. Next we had the Hat Yai Fried Chicken with curry dipping sauce ($23). We enjoyed this, and it was a good variation of Korean Fried Chicken. Finally, to celebrate my birthday, we had an excellent Tiramisu. This often is very dry, but Hai Hai's version was superb. It wasn't comped, but did come with a birthday candle. Service: The service was very friendly, warm, and competent. Our server was excellent and exactly the type of person we really appreciate. Ambiance: This place has a great vibe and a very mixed, eclectic, and diverse customer base. It has a large outside area, as well as the indoor restaurant and bar area. Something for everyone to love.

Inside atmosphere has great vibes and great energy. There is a lot going on in a small space. Service and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Order: Thai tea. Delicious. Just like you would want and expect. Macha latte cold. Great flavor. Nice balance of flavor. Not too sweet. Scallion danish. Probably my favorite bite. Crispy and airy texture with good flavor. Just the smell alone had my taste buds dancing. Sesame balls. Nice crispy exterior with chewy soft inside. The star of the dish was the creamy caramel sauce... it was perfect. Thai tea French toast. Worth the hype and the calories. Perfect crisp exterior with flavorful soft chewy interior. Definitely a destination dish. Hmong sausage with added egg. Delicious flavor in the sausage. Egg was perfectly cooked with runny yolk. The dish definitely needed the homemade house sweet and sour sauce that had hints of lemongrass. Overall dish was good to try for the first time. Chicken noodle soup. Winner winner chicken dinner. Just a delicious bowl of food. Great flavors and textures and chew from the noodles. The stars of the dish were the rich broth and the crispy chicken skin. Definitely would order again. Pan fried bean thread noodles with added crispy chicken. Great balance of flavors with a nice hint of spice. Another definite order again dish. Overall: Great experience and lived up to the hype. The food was delicious but sometimes getting a table or reservation can be challenging. The Protip is to just get the pastries to go. They were all extraordinary and worth every calorie!

We had a lunch reservation for over a month since dinner reservations were months out. We were seated right away but the tables were more cafe style and very tight. We could hear conversations from our table neighbors. I ordered the beef salad (now switched to shrimp maybe), she ordered the sweet pork. We wanted a coconut pandan croissant, but they were sold out so we settled on a shared almond croissant. The croissant was great. The beef salad had a laab seasoning intent but there was just so so much more salad and very few slices of beef. The sweet pork and the papaya salad was mid but tasted more Thai style. Maybe their dinner menu is better. In the meantime, try Hmong village for slightly better parking and more authentic Hmong food options with half of the cost.

We grabbed seats at their tiny 4-seat bar, which turned out to be the perfect spot for the evening. The service was fantastic from start to finish with everyone on the staff attentive, warm, and friendly. We went all-in and ordered the Potsticker Feast ($95): two of every kind of potsticker they make, plus all four dipping sauces, Ribeye Noodles, Korean Wings, General Tso's Chicken, and House Cucumbers. The potstickers were awesome but given the name of the place I was surprised that the real standouts were the other dishes. The ribeye was perfectly marinated and tender, tossed with a variety of vegetables and stir-fried noodles. The wings were terrific and the General Tso's was perfect. Don't sleep on the cucumbers either...smoky, spicy, and sweet, with peanuts and sauce. My favorite potstickers were the Beef & Carrots and the Kimchi Pork. If you're looking for scratch-made Asian fusion with great hospitality, Potsticker is hard to beat.

The server was very friendly and informative, even joked around with us a little. It didn't look like reservations were needed, except maybe on busy days like Mother's Day. The food was amazing. Potstickers were, of course, super good, but so was everything else. Portions were generous. I got the pork belly fried rice and I think I have enough leftovers for another three or four meals. There is a small parking lot in back, but you have to walk around the building to get to the door. I would say it is not handicapped friendly. If you park in back it would be hard to get to the door unless you are able to make it half way around the block. If you park in front it is just street parking. My dad uses a walker and we were lucky enough to get a spot right in front of the restaurant, anything else would have been a problem. Spacing inside the restaurant is pretty tight as well. Once dad sat down they had to take his walker into the back because there was no room in the seating area. We were packed in pretty tightly and very close to the table next to us. Overall, delicious food! We will be back!

Food 5/5: we did AYCE. We got: Edemame, egg rolls, gyoza, corn cheese, Zuchinni, mushrooms, Miso soup, garlic shrimp, pork belly, ribeye, boneless short rib, skirt steak, and brisket. The marinated meats were my favorite along with the shrimp! I loved the pairing of the dry rub with both sauces, and the sauces definitely enhanced the flavor of the meats. Service 5/5: our server was very attentive and helpful. He asked if we wanted a demonstration which was helpful even though we knew what we were doing. They are quick to change your grill place when it gets covered, and I love the option of the avocado oil. Many other bbq places don't offer that. Ambiance 5/5: this place feels very fancy!
