I had such a great experience here. Anna and April were both amazing--super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. You can tell they really care about their clients, not just going through the motions. Anna did my pedicure, and she was incredibly thorough. She cleaned everything so well and paid attention to all the details--my nails have honestly never looked this neat and polished. April was also wonderful very warm, professional, and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. From start to finish, my manicure and pedicure felt smooth and stress-free. The service overall was excellent, and you can really feel that they take pride in what they do. I'm visiting from out of state, and I have to say--I felt really taken care of here. It's not always easy to find that kind of genuine service. They also offer drinks, which was a really nice touch, and they were always happy to bring water or anything I needed. It just made the whole experience feel more elevated. Walked in two hours before closing, on greeting and asking what I needed (remove dip nails and a manicure). She curtly said well we're a too busy just to do a take off and just a manicure. Will you come back later? So basically, if I wanted to pay for a brand new set of nails, they were more than happy to take my money and start right away, but even though they had capacity and took the next walk in customer behind me who wanted a new set of nails they turned me away. My mom uses a wheelchair now so me and my siblings are her main drivers. We decided to make her appointment here because their hours during the weekday are pretty wonderful if you need an appointment after 6pm. The staff was so gracious and friendly. My mom was offered something to drink before her service started. And she said that the chairs here are the most comfortable of any salon she's been to. VIP does appointments or walk ins and we definitely plan on booking appointments here again. There are good and bad things about this salon, they lady that gave me my pedicure was amazing and had very good communication skills but when I moved on to my nails I had an older lady do them and I wanted them on the longer side but she just cut them however she wanted to but I wasn't too worried about them because you can make French look good on that length , then she moved on to actually doing them, the application was good but when she started doing the French tip she made the line thicker than I usually like I asked her if she could make it thinner and proceeded to do what she wanted I and told her 3 times that I wanted the French to be thicker but after being there for 3 hours I just wanted to go home, then she went in with the cuticle cutter and kept nicking my skin multiple times, Just if you do go to this salon be prepared that you may not get what you want even if you do speak up about it. And I do feel like there prices are crazy to me I got a French tip pedicure and a French acrylic set my mom just 2 designs on one finger on each hand and a solid color on the rest and just got one color on her toes and the total was $210 and yes we got gel but that price is ridiculous to me. read more

To start off, I don't have the time too nor do I feel the need to ever sit and write reviews. However after sharing my experience with so many people every single person told me I need to leave a review. I'll keep it short and to the point-- to go along with the picture I attached, the top is the photo that I requested as a reference. Very simple and basic THIN French dip. That's it. I came in with healthy nice length bare natural nails, nothing on them. I was seated with a much much older gentleman which was fine until every couple seconds I had to ask him to fix something. He started off by hand dipping the white tip French which all came out UNEVEN, THICK, and CROOKED. The inner white lines were fatter on one side and thinner on the other, so sloppy and so messy. I was asking over and over to kindly please fix this or redo that. Each time he replied that he will take care of it later, now this is not my first time getting dip or French and if you've had it before you know that once it dries/hardens you can't just go back and touch it up as you would with some acetone had they painted it on. I was getting so anxious and I could tell the guy was getting annoyed with me however I was just asking to please make them thinner and to fix the edges. To make a long story short, he threw the brush down on the table and snarked "get someone else to do your nails then" all because he was doing a sh*tty job and I kept calling him out on it. Then comes some lady who thinks she runs the world and rudely snaps at me asking what's wrong. I literally showed her what I asked for and then my nails. She grabs my hand, CLEARLY sees what I'm talking about but proceeds to say "its not that bad, we can still file them" I laughed out loud and told her this is unacceptable and to please remove them. I told her I am not comfortable here and I don't want to continue because this is passed the point of being able to fix it. She stormed off and as she left I took my phone out to take pictures of the nails to send to my husband, as she comes back she started SCREAMING at me in front of other customers asking why am I taking pictures and telling me I'm NOT allowed to take pictures. I questioned her and said you mean to tell me I can't take pictures of my own nails with my own phone?! she continues to argue with me telling me to stop taking photos-- at this point I am an anxious mess, and I just want to leave. they stick my hands in the acetone bowl to soak off the dip and I hear them in the back saying "tell her to never come back here again" which clearly you don't have to worry about because not only do their skills suck, but apparently their service is trash too. There was a lot more snapping and mean remarks made me to, for example after sitting in the acetone for over 20 minutes with nails that where barely finished to begin with and already all soaked off, I asked if someone could finish wiping them off and they told me "you can just leave you know you don't need to wait here". So I did just that, I grabbed my belongings and left. In a nutshell, this was by far the worst and most unpleasant experience I have ever been through. After asking for help, I get yelled at and publicly humiliated. 8 out of 10 nails were messed up, I spoke up multiple times so I wouldn't be left with a mess for nails and still having to pay for something I hated. They are genuinely just unkind and unprofessional people. read more

Today I went into the salon to get a full set done and I had a terrible experience. Every time I have gotten my nails done, I show the nail tech a picture so that way they have a reference and it helps explain what I want. When we started my nails the nail tech asked me what shape I wanted and I said something similar to the photo (I am not educated on all the nail shapes), she then proceeded to say she doesn't really know and that I had to let her know what I wanted. We then agreed on a shape, and I told her I wanted a chocolate brown color and she said I had to go look for that color (which okay fair). Afterwards she asked me if I wanted clear or nude for the base of my nail, and I asked her what she recommended (considering she is the professional). She refused to give me a suggestion and said that I needed to chose for myself, after I had expressed multiple times that I wasn't sure and that I needed to see the color options. Finally I turned to another costumer next to me and asker her because I wasn't receiving any help from the salon. I decided on a clear base and the nail tech continued to do my nails. When we were finished the base of my nails came out to be a reddish tint, I asked her if this would go away after wiping my nails down with the alcohol solution, and she told me no. She did offer to take all my nails off, but at that point I had already been there for an hour and a half and didn't want to spend another minute in the salon. Overall, she was rude, not helpful and I felt extremely uncomfortable (not worth $65). read more

I recently moved to the area and needed somewhere to get my nails done. It has been awhile since I had my nails done so I looked at the best reviews in the area and VIP had them. George did my nails. He did a nice job and was gentle. The final product turned out really nicely. And they were also very reasonably priced. The reason for the lower rating is I did not feel Welcomed or at ease. No one engaged me in conversation even while doing my nails. I am a social butterfly so this just may not have been for me. They were super busy and seem to be making plenty of people happy. I do like my nails and feel they look very nice although they didn't do as close to the cuticle as I would have liked with the polish and they began chipping after 7 days.
