This wasn't my first time for me at Pink and White, but the other times sure wasn't good either. I originally came to get an ombré done as I did before here, and I left with a solid nail color two hours later from this guy not knowing what he's doing. He didn't shape my nails properly, cut them severely short, and dropped other bits of items into my nails. He also told me that it would be better for him to work on shorter nails than what I wanted. When I asked for an ombré, he used a machine he had never used before, with already crooked nails, and kept splashing paint over his station and all over me. I finally got fed up, as I could not take the fumes and the paint all over, and I asked him to just take it off and paint it solid black. Now I have had these nails done for only a week, and the past few days the paint on the acrylic has started lifting and oozing everywhere. I have gotten a lot of things dirty becuase of this. I am not coming here again, I kept trying and it's not worth it. This place isn't reasonably priced either. read more

UPDATE: Jason, the owner, called me within the hour and offered to have my nails redone! He got me in the next day with Jenny P and she did a fantastic job! So thankful for him reaching out and offering to make it right and putting me with a fantastic tech! And I told him I normally wouldn't make a fuss about it, however my wedding was that weekend and he was amazing in getting me fixed up! I've been to this salon three times now. The first time, my tech was amazing. She is unfortunately not there any longer. The past two times have been really bad. I got a full set of acrylic nails and a French manicure with glitter tips. First, my nails HURT. I know I'm not used to them but they are painful. Secondly, they're crooked. And not the "my tech followed the pattern of my natural nail and it's a little crooked." No no. These are lopsided. The last set I got was for my wedding and my left hand looked so bad I went to a different salon to get them fixed. And they were not cheap either. I didn't have an appointment but wanted to get my nails done on my day off. I called around to a couple salons and no one could get me in. I called Pink + White and they said they just had a no show and if I got there right away they could see me. I was with Jason, the owner, he was awesome! Did exactly what I wanted. He was also the one I talked to when I called to schedule the appointments to have mine and my daughter's acrylics taken off and requested not to have the same nail tech. At that time, he even specifically told me he was putting that request in the computer. Unfortunately for some reason the woman at the front desk checking me in didn't pay attention to what was put in the computer. A friend of mine noticed how damaged my nails. They have to grow out before I can even think about doing anything with them. I respectively decline doing any more business with your company. read more

I came here to get my wedding nails done as well as my wedding party. I believe it was the owner who did mine. He was amazing and gave me exactly what I wanted! He also is just so kind and professional. I came back 2 weeks later because I got tired of the "long nail" life and wanted a simple gel for our honeymoon. I came in Friday, November 27 for Bridal Party nails. I paid over $200. All of us got manicures and pedicures. I did gel on both and the nails began chipping the next day. My daughter just did polish. Four nails came off that afternoon (literally 3 hours after we left). The tech did not clean or prep my daughters nails at all. The wedding we were in was the next day. We called the morning of the wedding to get the nails repaired before the wedding prep began. They couldn't get us in until 11, but hair and makeup began before that (which we explained). If my daughter had been rough on the nails or had caused the issue I would understand. But since it was an application error and since it was for a wedding hours later I am shocked they did nothing to correct this. read more

They got 3 out of 4 of us in right away. The 4th person had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. The quality of the service was good, the technicians were pleasant, and the place seemed clean. Pink & White is a clean salon but I think I got stuck with their worse nail tech. No personality, barely scrubbed & filed my feet with my pedicure and same with my manicure. She stuck me under the dryer and basically forgot about me. She did a terrible job on my toe nail polish as you can see in the UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner of the salon and he personally did my service again at no charge. Once I arrived to the salon, I was taken on time for my appointment which I appreciate. However, it took nearly 3 hours for a mani-pedi. I am un sure if the tech is new or if she is always this slow but I have never had to set aside three hours for a mani-pedi. I was so frustrated by how long everything was taking that I could not even enjoy the service. In addition, the services were not very good. It seems she is new and should still have someone working with her. A lot of other techs walked by several times yet no one checked in to see how she or I was doing. And then to make matters worse, once I finally got out of there and made it home...I realized she used the wrong polish on my finger nails. The color is completely off from what I picked out and clashes with my toes. Side note: The salon did a good job of spacing the clients out and they had signs posted everywhere about proper masking; however that is null and void if your staff don't wear their masks and likewise if you allow patrons to wear their masks incorrectly. This just added to my level of frustration and inability to relax and enjoy the 3 hours I was there. I will not be back. read more

Not only, was it over priced but, I didn't get a service. Just got the basic pedicure and when I got my manicure my cuticles weren't even done.
