I did not know this was a mistake because it was my first time having them done My nails were messed up by the time I get home I live an hour and a half away from Springfield so I did not have time to go back because I was leaving for my trip. I called the salon the first words out of the owner's mouth was I will refund some money on your card. From there he said he would be happy to pay to have somebody else repair the nails. Unfortunately I did not have time for that because I was attending the wedding. I simply asked for half the money back on my card, like the owner stated at the very first of our conversation on the phone. Of course that wasn't done and now he's saying that was never said but that's not true. Since it was the first time I had my nails done and I am 65 years old it's not like I want them done again it was for a special occasion my son's wedding. He did offer to do them again. But I found out that it hurts to get your nails acryliced. And I will never do that again LOL thank you for your time

You can tell they really care about their clients, not just going through the motions. Anna did my pedicure, and she was incredibly thorough. She cleaned everything so well and paid attention to all the details--my nails have honestly never looked this neat and polished. April was also wonderful very warm, professional, and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. From start to finish, my manicure and pedicure felt smooth and stress-free. The service overall was excellent, and you can really feel that they take pride in what they do. I'm visiting from out of state, and I have to say--I felt really taken care of here. It's not always easy to find that kind of genuine service. They also offer drinks, which was a really nice touch, and they were always happy to bring water or anything I needed. It just made the whole experience feel more elevated. I showed a picture of what I was wanting - color - shape and length. The techs said what color and I said I'm not sure but I really want one close to this color ... he then proceeds to tell me I don't know what color that is and walks off. So I find a color as close to the picture I can find on the samples. When he opens the jar of powder I immediately say that's really pink and not really what I wanted. He ignores me and continues to start dipping my fingers in the powered. I let him get one coat of powder on thinking maybe when he filed it down it will lighten up... so I ask and he said this is what it will look like. I again said that's not what I wanted or chose, he again ignores me and keeps working so I asked if we could put a white of something over it to tone it down a little and his response was no. So I said I do not like this color and asked my niece to go get the sample to make sure I didnt tell him the wrong number and I didn't. I showed him the color and put my current nail to it and it was white compared to the pink he was currently putting on my nails and so I said see this is not the right color and I do want this color. His excuse was those samples are 15 years old. He then said he can put a milky white over it to see if it helps so I just said ok. At this point I was beyond frustrated and ready to go. I also had to ask him to reshape one of my nails as it was nothing like any of the other 9! At the end the color was completely wrong, the dip is lumpy and thicker in areas, and the milky white he put on is different on every nail. One looks more white the one right next to it. Now to my daughter's experience. My daughter (11) getting her nails done since she was 7 wanted french tips this time so she did acrylic ( I do not let her do this often) the nail tech made her bleed under one of her nails and her fingers had red rings at the nail beds where it looked like they filed her skin off! They also left white paint on one of her fingers where she accidentally touched the side when it was still wet.

We made an appt at 12:30 and did not leave until 3 pm and I am still not happy with my nails. My oldest was happy bc the lady did exactly what she asked when my daughter showed her the pics of her inspiration. My pic I showed from the gentleman, was not close to what I asked for- shape of nail and color. I usually only go for special occasions and every time I have been to lucky nails, they have been great but this time was not. The people there are lovely and I will admit, I am not one to complain. My oldest daughter had a great experience. The nails he did for me were not like the pic I showed the gentleman there and he didn't speak great English. Halfway through, I asked if he could just paint the entire nail the color of the line I wanted. He said he could not. My nails were not the shape I asked and also not the (pink/ low white color I wanted) I did ask for brown instead of black but it still isn't anything I wanted and when I asked if we could just do the entire nail the brown color he didn't understand and said he couldn't. If he could have just fixed it, I would have been happy. It cost me $270. The lady there that did my daughters was amazing and did exactly what she wanted from the inspo pic. It is in the 3rd and 4th photo. My daughter's inspo pic was almost exact to what the nail tech did. So I am happy about that.

Jessica explained that typically there are 3 or 4 other techs working but they all had taken the day off so she was working by appointment only. My mom uses a walker and she said how disappointed she was about struggling to get in. Just as I was about to tell my mom we would look up a place Jessica acknowledged my mom's situation and said that she could get my mom in for both the manicure and pedicure which she did.
