Decent place. They seems very fast pace and rushed. They didn't seem to clean the area between people, which is essential during these times. They polish and power from the last client was still at the station when I sat down. The nails looked good, I didn't have any complaints about them! I wished they used forms instead of tips. First time I went was 2 weeks ago, work station was grimy with previous powders or shavings. Though my nails were done decently. Today I went to redo them with my daughter and mom. Standard manicures, my daughter (5) was spoke to harshly and didn't receive the mani/pedi I asked for just a polish paint. My mom didn't get the spa manicure she asked for, nor did they paint her nails properly. They also didn't clean their station of a nail chip filled towel from previous clients. My mom had to request the towel be removed. They didn't use bottom coat, the top coat was done premature so my polish didn't set correctly. Both my mothers and my nails are already indented. The technicians spoke no English, and seemed to be speaking of us. I won't be returning, nor do I recommend anyone go. If they can't clean nail clippings off, what else aren't they cleaning. read more

I've been going to this shop off and on for a few years now. They've never been the best but they are a relatively cheap place to visit when you dont wish to spend that much money. I've noticed that the polish would sometimes ware prematurely, they blamed it on not getting gel polish, but I've been going to them for a while and know how long it used to last. So either they are getting a cheaper product or, they are adding something to it so that it will ware off faster so that you will choose the gel polish going forward. My last visit will be my last! After only 2 days, it began to look as if I was in need of a fill in! On day 4, a nail popped off! I was disappointed, once before when I had an issue, I simply went back to the shop, told them about it and they corrected it. This time, the older gentleman ,who appears to be the owner, went back and forth with me saying that after 7 days they can do nothing. I explained once again, that it had been 7 days since I got them done, however, it's only been 2 days since it began to look as if I needed a fill in and only 4 days when my nail popped off. They replaced the nail but did nothing further to assist with issue. Cheaper is not always better, I will not return. read more

I went here because it was close to where I live. LI walked in and requested a mani-pedi ($35), and was asked if I wanted shellac probably 3-4 times. The water for the feet was luke-warm. They clipped my nails and filed them, but they are still gnarly. She used cold water from the sprayer to rinse my legs/feet. The nail polish on my toes chipped in less than 48 hours and my finger nails chipped within 4 hours. When I went back they said that it was because I didn't use shellac. This is a lie because with normal nail polish on my toes I can go weeks without them chipping and my fingernails at least 4 days. They cut my thumb nail way to short. The only pro was that they fixed my fingernails free of charge (expected), but continued to argue that is was because I chose normal polish. I will not be going back here. And would not recommend. They are not friendly and are argumentative. read more

The employees here are so friendly! I just recently moved to Springfield from Sparta and my go to nail salon was in Ozark. I was nervous trying to find a new place that I'd feel comfortable at. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an employee. The place was very clean and had super relaxing music playing. There is a wide selection of nail polish as well as acrylic and gel polish! I must say I am very satisfied with this place. I got acrylic nails done and have no complaints. My cuticles are fragile and usually bust anytime I get my nails done but not today. I had an older lady working on my nails and she was very sweet! I will be recommending people to this shop! I had a wonderful experience! read more

So bad. The guy didn't speak one word to me, didn't clean my nails, and left me for 30 minutes! While my nails were drying; he didn't say thank you, give me a time that I would be done or anything. He just walked over to another person and had a brief conversation with her about her nails and then didn't even talk to her after she told him the color! Been going to have my nails done for 3-4 months. Never the same person twice for a fill or a new set. Had a new set put on the 27th of July. Had to have them fix bumps & rough places on the sides. The. on July 28 I took my 2 granddaughters, myself & my daughter in law to all have shellac pedicures right before we left on vacation. Daughter in law also had her nails shellac'd. Well we left for vacation on the 3rd of August & by the 4th their polish was coming off toes & fingers. Very disappointed that I spent over $300.00 on services & tip & it didn't last a week. What is it about me in my old age that makes me expect a certain level of service and care at a place of business? I stopped by Royal nails on a whim to get my nails done and it was my 1st and probably last visit. I sat for an hour, and granted I didn't have an appointment, but most nail salons don't make you sit for an hour especially when you clearly have acrylic dip on your nails already and it will be a bit to soak off. So I sat for an hour and watched a couple roaches run under the couch, and then got called to sit at a station. Just sit. Not get my fingers wrapped, not sit in front of a tech, just sit in between 2 people getting their nails done. My Tech was nice enough, there wasn't a huge language barrier, and he did a good enough job. It just was less than impressive. The fumes are too strong, he left me back at the air dryer to take another person and I didn't get the lotion or cuticle oil treatment that I was looking forward to. Plu he snagged my finger with the drill 4 times.. It wasn't good, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't the experience I was hoping for and And it wasn't any cheaper than my favorite place. The people watching is definitely the best part of coming here. read more

Absolutely terrible! Do not waste your time at this place. I waited 15 minutes to even get seated in a chair for a pedicure. I waited another 15 minutes in the chair waiting for someone to start on my pedicure. When the guy finally came to start on me they told him not to do mine but to start on the lady that came in 10 minutes after I did. I normally do my feet and nails myself. But it has been a really bad month and my pedicure was very over due. I just wanted to treat myself and have someone else deal with them! I probably showed up at the worst possible time. It was 4:00 on a Friday! They were so busy and I thought they didn't have time for me. I asked them if I should come back another time after several workers said, "hi!" when i arrived. One of the workers told me that they could get me in about 5 - 10 minutes. They did and in the mean time I chose my colors. I was showed to the massaging chair with a bath and he held my belongings while I sat down. He started the bath and said that someone would be over with me shortly. They had over 18 customers not including me. There could of been more customers as it was hard for me tell who was actually getting nails done or who was waiting while their friend got theirs done. The atmosphere was nice and they work quickly, but always asking you if you need anything and how is the water temperature, etc. They were all engaging the customers in conversation and I felt they were very attentive. I will admit this is only my third professional pedicure. I was very happy with my pedicure as he did exactly what I asked for. He was very nice and asked me before he put anything on my skin or any color on my nails. He also asked if I wanted a manicure too and I told him I didn't have time and he was nice about it. I can not believe that there are not many reviews as packed as they were with customers. The pedicure started at $25. I wanted a little extra bling so it was $30. Well worth the price because he did a great job. They take appointments also. They also do waxing according to the price chart on the wall. The place was clean and I found it to have a nice ambiance.
