I've also recommend the salon to two of my best friends, who now come here regularly. However, this experience I had was really disappointing. I initially got a full gel x set done by Vee, and within a week three nails popped off. I photographed two of the three nails coming off and included them in the review. I came back twice to get fixes, and each time the owner Kim said it was my fault for being "too rough" and "they never had this happen before", rather than acknowledging a possible nail application issue. There was no apology for the inconvenience. When the third nail came off, I requested a new set. While I appreciate that they fit me in quickly, the customer service during the redo was poor. Kim cut me twice during the service and did not apologize or stop to clean the area. At one point, I flinched because it hurt, accidentally got polish on her glove, and received an annoyed reaction. Overall, they were quick to fix the nails, but the combination of nails lifting within a week, being blamed for it, and being cut without any apology made the experience frustrating and stressful. As a loyal and long time customer, I expected better service and professionalism.

They were dull, appeared to have scratches all over them on day one, and lifted quicker than acrylic. I went in after a few days to have the dullness fixed and they buffed them, then put a top coat of gel polish. This only made them shiny for about a day, then they looked awful again. Getting your nails done is such a nice self care splurge, but such a bummer to pay for nails that turn out bad. I tried a new salon with my mother in law and I realized just how rushed they are at US nails, they're rough on your nails, I would bleed sometimes and just tell myself "beauty is pain." Absolutely horrible experience and paid $180. I did dip and…read morea pedicure (pedicure was amazing) the dip and nail tech were horrendous. I showed a picture of what I was wanting - color - shape and length. The techs said what color and I said I'm not sure but I really want one close to this color ... he then proceeds to tell me I don't know what color that is and walks off. So I find a color as close to the picture I can find on the samples. When he opens the jar of powder I immediately say that's really pink and not really what I wanted. He ignores me and continues to start dipping my fingers in the powered. I let him get one coat of powder on thinking maybe when he filed it down it will lighten up... so I ask and he said this is what it will look like. I again said that's not what I wanted or chose, he again ignores me and keeps working so I asked if we could put a white of something over it to tone it down a little and his response was no. So I said I do not like this color and asked my niece to go get the sample to make sure I didnt tell him the wrong number and I didn't. I showed him the color and put my current nail to it and it was white compared to the pink he was currently putting on my nails and so I said see this is not the right color and I do want this color. His excuse was those samples are 15 years old. He then said he can put a milky white over it to see if it helps so I just said ok. At this point I was beyond frustrated and ready to go. I also had to ask him to reshape one of my nails as it was nothing like any of the other 9! At the end the color was completely wrong, the dip is lumpy and thicker in areas, and the milky white he put on is different on every nail. One looks more white the one right next to it. Now to my daughter's experience. My daughter (11) getting her nails done since she was 7 wanted french tips this time so she did acrylic ( I do not let her do this often) the nail tech made her bleed under one of her nails and her fingers had red rings at the nail beds where it looked like they filed her skin off! They also left white paint on one of her fingers where she accidentally touched the side when it was still wet.
