This is my second review and each time it gets worse. The prices have gone up again and the deluxe pedi is now $50. I didn't pay this in NYC. This time, I learned that they charge $5 to REMOVE the nail polish that they also charge extra to put on to begin with. So follow me here. It costs $10 extra to get gel polish rather than regular polish. Then they charge you $5 extra to take it off. So I'm paying $15 JUST FOR NAIL POLISH. I'm feeling very very taken advantage of and I can assure you my relationship with this business has come to it's expected conclusion. I am not afraid to spend money and I'm happy to pay for the service and give a nice tip. But this??? EXTORTION. Plain and simple. I don't like feeling extorted read more

If you have any requests, they will be sure to take the time to add any detail you'd like, as long as they are capable to do so. And if they aren't able to do something, they are sure to explain why not and what they can do instead, if it is still in your interest. The staff is very welcoming and polite. Lynzy did such a great job!! I let her know that I wanted a New Year's theme using dip on my natural nails, and she took it from there! She made a gorgeous set using bright red with a glitter ombre, then painted fireworks on my ring fingers! Altogether it was only $40. Not bad for dip, ombre, and unique nail art! Well I've always loved this place until today! I went in for a full set of acrylic white tip nails and a child's pedicure with regular polish. These are the services I made the appointment for and clearly said I wanted. Left being charged an additional $30 for incorrect services and asking my child if she wanted designs- not me! tried to resolve this and their only solution was to take off what they put on and start all over!!!alist q customer forever!! read more

I decided to try signature nails after being told all these good things and BOY was it a mistake. Shortly after getting my nails done here I got the worst infection on my thumb. It's HUGE and so swollen I cant bend my finger, like AT ALL. It's a constant throbbing pain that has had me in tears. Save yourself pain and money, don't go here. Horrible. read more

Used to be a regular here and every time I go in my price is different when I get the same thing. I get a solid color of dip with no tips and they charge me more and more every time. Today it was $45 and for the quality of it, not worth it. The guy I had was every distracted talking and looking at the phone of the guy sitting next to him. I went in to get my nails done for a school dance that is in 2 days... Lindsay got started right away as the shop wasn't very busy upon arrival. i showed her the reference picture and she told me she was able to do it. i asked for french tip with design on every finger which she said was $75 and i thought that was a lot for this shop as i've never paid over $60 for a set that looks very similar that i've gotten done in the past. she did the french tip with sns dip which i wasn't used to, having the french tip look done this way it did not look how it was supposed to. She had an appointment come in around 20 mins after i had gotten started so it was very obvious towards the end that she was rushing through my nails causing them to not look as good as i'm sure her abilities are. $75 is Ridiculous for nails that don't look like how i expected them to. I also got charged $5 for coffin shape which my nails are pretty square, i got charged $5 for the length and $5 for tips which is reasonable. i got charged $20!!!! for the designs when every other time i've gotten charged maybe $10 with a design on every finger. keep in mind a regular sns french tip is $45!! read more

worst service ever! my nails cost $75 and looked like crap. i've never spent this much on nails before and it was dip w a design. i was treated horribly and called to ask them to fix a nail and they hung up on me. i then went in and no one spoke to me:) i wasent told how much it would be until i was completely done. i didn't think to ask as the most ive ever spent was about $50 for pretty much the same thing! this was my first and last time EVER giving them service. horrible job. read more

They do a great job at pink and whites and are thorough with a simple manicure and pedicure as well. Their pedicure massage chairs are great and they have a nice selection of products. The employees are nice and they speak pretty good English which a plus. I walked in for pedi and shellac polish and even though they busy I didn't have to wait long. Got a basic pedi for 35 and it couldn't a massage and hot stones which was lovely. My shellac mani didn't take long and it was done very well. I recommend asking for Brian, he's quick but very neat and does an excellent job. I would definitely go back but next yime I would make an appointment because it just seems easier that way. read more
