This is the first time I have ever left here upset with my service and nails. I felt I was rushed then put to the side. I came in and requested a full set and a pedicure The full set was started then more customers came in and I was set to the side NAILS NOT COMPLETED then had my pedicure done (absolutely love the outcome of the pedicure) my full set was then started back on after another 20 minutes of waiting after my pedicure then my nails were poorly completed not fully filed they are rough and sharp. this place was horrible. I came in and asked for a full set with holloween designs. I showed him a picture before the service started he told me he couldn't do some of the stuff on there I said "okay that's fine we can do something else ." Overall he was rude and aggressive, he rushed and he also put both AirPods in with his music on full volume not engaging in anything. I felt so uncomfortable. He didn't shape my nails how square is supposed to be they looked as if they were lipstick nails. I didn't get any designs just plain color and yes I didn't say anything because I'm not a mean person I even tipped him 30% but I will not be going back there ever again! read more

The woman who was doing my pedi proceeded to not only mention it to me several times but I only venture to say she was talking mess to the other tech in their native language. I was looking for a salon to have a pedicure, it will not be this one. There is a mask order in Springfield. The owners and most of the employees and several customers were not wearing them. There was also no social distancing available. This is a pandemic. I think it is important to go by the science on this to keep us all as safe as possible. Found the salon lacking in cleanliness. The towels were disgusting. The owner has a large dog in the salon and the entire place smells like a wet dog. I will not return. read more

What a great experience, I got shellac on my nails and they are PERFECTLY done. I also got just a polish change on my nails, not a full pedicure. I went in without an appointment and waited for around 20 minutes which I expected and didnt mind. I paid $22 for a shellac manicure and $10 to have the polish changed on my toes. The place seemed clean to me and they had a good selection of shellac and regular polish. At the end of the visit the owner came over to me and thanked me for coming in and hoped to see me again which I though was super nice of him! I felt like this salon really took pride in their work and wanted to do a great job and not just get you in and out and onto the next customer. When I first came here, I was amazed at how they knew all their customers names, it was obvious everyone comes back again and again, and now I'm the same way! They didnt matte my toes like I asked for and they didn't even paint my toes all the way some of them were missing spots I got charged 50$ for a 35$ pedicure that wasn't that great at all. I am very very picky on who does my nails. I HIGHLY recommend Allan and his family to do your nails. When I would call, Allan would know it was me, and answer with care, I felt like family. Just got my acrylics done and i have a few complaints. I had pointed out my ring finger on my left hand because the was crooked she told me "I'm still going to file them" a little insight it's still crooked.. then i showed her a picture of how i want my nails. She said "okay" very confidently. My nails look NOTHING like the picture.. she brushed me off even after i told her that my nails had bubbles. I didn't even complainthe whole time or even about the color. But i was brushed off too many times. read more

Its nice to be in a family like atmosphere and to be accepted like you are part of the family. They have a really sweet dog, and they take a true interest in who you are as a person. I have gone to this Nail salon on and off for about two years now. In February 2020, right before the pandemic, I received a hefty gift certificate for Valentines Day. I was unable to use it immediately, but then a global pandemic occurred. They closed down and did not open until May I believe. I quarantined and did not want to risk anything just to get my nails done. The gift certificate expired in 6 months. I called in September to check if I can still use it because it was only a month past expiration. I was told it is no longer valid, but the individual on the phone said he can see if I would be able to use 50% of my gift certificate since it has expired. I asked to extend the certificate just because they were closed for several months due to the pandemic. He declined and I am not happy under all of the circumstances of me not being able to use the certificate. It is just a piece of paper with the day it was issued, the amount, and "expires in 6 months". It is not an official card or check, so I know they are just not willing to work with their clients during a global pandemic. read more

I love Elegant Nails! They are located near my home and they all though they are very busy they will always get you in and seen. I do recommend making an appointment though. I love the way that Alan and Elaine do nails and the way that Elaine does the designs on my nails. The only down to the salon is the pedicures, I was disappointed by how the girl doing my pedicure and how she was in a hurry to get it done and over with. I had to give me 1 star because this made me...BUT unfortunately while they are all very nice.....the service i expected was not what i got! I had my nails done in Cheyenne, Wy and i needed a fill while i was in springfield, of course they were naturally busy so i made an appointment...no big deal! First the wife cut my nails to short (as i like longer nails) no big deal they will grow, then Alan took over (again a very nice guy, from my hometown, figured we cant go wrong with him) NOT....after he finished my FILL, i questioned the reason he put the acrylic over my cuticle, and i told him i was worried they would lift....he assured me they WOULD NOT lift....first the top coat he put on my nails rubbed off within 2 days so they looked super old and not shiny, within 1 week of nail growth and me forcing my cuticle out from under the acrylic because they hurt so bad they started to lift.....i had to go back to my nail guy in disappointed because alan ruined the fill and my nails.....they look horrible so i had my nail tech take all of them off and do them again! Im not writing a review to ward you away from the salon but i shouldve walked out the minute i walked in.....they have minimal services and that hows they keep it so cheap.....no fun nail acrylic colors, no diversity with pedicures, the tables have stuck on acrylic to them and the interior is drab and dirty....its needs no carpet and new tables and a variety of pedicures! If you want CHEAP this is the place to go....if you want QUALITY find another spot read more
