TOO BUSY FOR NEW BUSINESS. Gift certificates irritatingly difficult to utilize. Will NEVER AGAIN purchase gift certificates from them. Have had three gifted family members complain of scheduling and rescheduling complications. My relaxing gift to them instead becoming a source of irritation. Appointments are scheduled months out then rescheduled now weeks later with another provider or cancelled outright on day of / twice now. Seriously ? Nope I'm done. This place is so nice and had a very delightful experience here! Came for a couple deep tissue massage. When you walk in you're greeted with your choice of complimentary beverage. I had a Pinot noir. They offer free wine, beer, side and hot tea. Very nice list of wine and tea options also. The massage was amazing. I had Casey. Both masseuses were very professional and knew the right pressure points. It was the most relaxing deep tissue massage I've had. I had received a gift card at my bridal shower for a 1 hour massage at Grove Spa. I decided to use it the Monday before the wedding, and I am so glad I did! I had Carrie for a 1 hour massage. I usually like very light pressure and she matched what I asked for perfectly. It was the absolute best massage of my life. I almost fell asleep a couple of times. After my honeymoon, my husband and I decided to get a couples massage since they were priced outrageously at the resort we stayed at. We had a 1 hour massage with Catherine and Chad and it was also wonderful. The service is incredible, the spa is perfectly relaxing, and pricing is right on. The masseuse did a very great job. It was my first massage id ever had. I have health conditions I told her she was knowledgeable in different techniques to use with fibromyalgia and other muscle/tissue conditions. I left feeling so much better. Well better than I felt in a long time. The knots that I had in my shoulders were gone and I felt less tight and more relaxed. They offer you a glass of wine or something to drink when you first go in very friendly staff I recommend this place. The atmosphere was very relaxing they put a warm blanket on you ask where you feel more tight that needs more attention. I loved it for sure. read more

I came for the Serenity Package which includes a 60 minute massage and a 60 minute facial. I have decided that I love facials. Rachel was very good. I have had 4 facials in my lifetime, and she did some treatments I haven't received in the past. In fact, she was so good I plan to return for a chemical peel. My only negative was that the package concluded about 20 minutes early, to which Rachel commented, they allow 15 minutes for transition from massage to facial. I would have loved to have been treated for those 15 minutes. read more

This spa was terrible, I was here on a family trip and decided to go get a massage with my mom here. Everything seemed so unorganized and it made the whole process stressful. Customer service was terrible, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. It felt like the workers didn't want to be there and it didn't seem like a friendly environment. You can tell the employees don't even get along which makes it impossible to have a nice comfortable environment for their clients. Clearly they don't care about their clients at all! I would definitely not recommend this spa to anyone! Treating yourself to a spa day should be nice and relaxing, this WAS NOT! read more

Made an appointment a month in advance for a massage. Confirmed it two days prior. Only to be told the day of my massage was not scheduled with a massage therapist. Ended up having to cancel it. Fix your online booking system so that people don't make appointments with people they aren't supposed to. Or catch your mistakes sooner. You had a month to fix this. My prenatal massage was don't by Casey. He was great! He made sure I was comfortable and talked just enough in the beginning that I was at ease but not so much that I was annoyed or begging for silence. I grew up in Springfield, and currently live in LA. My mother, sisters and I always come here when I'm in town for "spa days". Grove is such a wonderful retreat for us to all enjoy together. I had my nails shellaced here one week ago and they are still looking fabulous! Angela Grisham was my manicurist and even though I was her last client on a snowy night, she did not rush. The paint looks PERFECT! I would recommend Angela and the shellac treatment to anyone. My facial was with Krista Dark. She is the 4th facialist I have had and even though it was my first appointment with her, I can honestly say she has been my favorite. The experience was so relaxing and she did not talk once. I liked this becasue I felt like I really got the change to turn off my brain. The receptionist was also very helpful and sweet. I bought a facial cleanser and it took me a while to decide....she did not seem impatient with me although I was probably the last person in the building. I am so pleased. Wow! From the second I walked in this place was incredibly serene and relaxing. Megan was the first person I saw when checking in and she was super friendly and sweet. Review on massages.... I visit Grove Spa frequently and hands down, it's my favorite place to get a massage. I love the decor, lighting, and it always smells wonderful! The massage tables are very comfortable. I like the relaxation massage the best, and one hour usually runs around 65 dollars. The masseuse I see usually uses a combination of small heat packs and warm towels to help my muscles relax.... It's sheer heaven. Would highly recommend Kayti M. I live in Los Angeles and was in town visiting Family and friends, and my sister highly recommended Grove Spa. As someone with chronic neck and back pain and I'm only in my 30s, I was in need of someone very skilled at deep tissue. They recommended Tanna. And she did not disappoint! I have a hard time finding people that do deep tissue with as much pressure that I need, but Tanna had no trouble with that. And she really knows the body and understands what you need. I was able to communicate my issues and she got it. She also gave me quite a few tips for at home self care. I am so, so grateful for my wonderful massage yesterday as I am feeling awesome today. Just went to their University Plaza location. LOVE IT!! My service was great, the girls were incredibly helpful. It was only a few minutes away from their main location. No problems with parking.
